- Jens Fr C (10/5): Enjoyable accomodation in Firenze - Excellent, efficient and friendly service offered by owner Claudia. Nice decorated rooms with all comfort expected and needed, and quiet at night with comfortable bed and room temperature.. Convenient location and within comfortable walking distance from city centre. Several ok places nearby to have a coffee, lunch and/or an,evening dinner. If you arrive late or have a delayed flight or other transport delay, keep Claudia updated to her and your own comfort. Upon arrival, you have to present to Claudia your ID / pay local tax, as required by police/ Firenze authorities. Drom Florence and Firenze: a place on earth certainly to be recommended and also to revisit ! Enjoy !! If you fly to Firenze, use tram T2 from/to airport. It stops at Valfonda Stazione Santa Maria Novella. Travel by bus line 11 from Stazione Scalette nearby to Serraggli Campuccio and walk a few minutes further to your accomodation. When going back: take bus 11 from Romano Boboli (in Via Romana) to Piazza Adua, and walk 50 m to tram T2 heading for airport. Tip: consult Google Map for bus stops and T2 stops. Payment? Use your creditcard on the reader onboard both Tram and bus, sweeping it slightly until screen turns green and indicates OK. Travel fare is cheap. NO NEGATIVE REMARKS !!. Drom Florence is perfect and what you need and should expect for a pleasant accomodation. And Firenze is also worth visiting again. Remember to see the downtown located brass pig, touch its nose and drop a coin to be sure to have a revisit to Firenze !

- Jeannette (8/5): Heerlijke plek in een niet zo toeristisch deel van Florence - Het was schoon, de gastvrouw was heel hartelijk, prima badkamer, prima bed, rustig deel van Florence met leuke winkeltjes en prima restaurantjes. Het was iets te warm, behalve 1 dag toen de verwarming uitviel. Mijn gastvrouw had gewaarschuwd dat de verwarming kon uitvallen als de druk te laag zou zijn, daarom kon ik de verwarming niet lager zetten. Echter ondanks dat ik daar goed oplette en het eigenlijk te warm vond in mijn kamer viel de verwarming toch uit. Daardoor ‘s ochtends geen warm water. Ook moest ik zelf mijn gastvrouw waarschuwen dat de verwarming was uitgevallen.

- Michelle (8/5): - The property is charming and the owner and staff were very friendly. Claudia took extra time to explain the parking rules to us and helped to answer any questions. We thought there was a big green space across the street but it turns out its a private property. The street was much less busy than the old downtown core, however, it was still pretty busy with traffic all day. This is very typical for the area. The outside seating area is nice to have a visit in the sun. The courtyard is shared between all the rooms. We did not get to use the kitchen as we only booked one of the rooms, but we had to pass through the kitchen to get to our room so that was a bit weird. In the photos it appeared that we would have an "inside outside feel". The room was visually "pretty" but it lacked any extra to make it feel comfortable. A headboard would be nice, the bed was nothing special, the side tables are tippy and there is not enough room to set things down. The bathroom has a good layout for the small space but there was a lot of dust built up on the higher accent pieces. Attention to detail was missing. With these few minor complains of the room, I would still recommend this space to others due to the proximity to everything we wanted to see in Florence, as well as the fabulous service from Claudia. They provide instant coffee in the morning and there are nearby cafes to enjoy.
- Jessica (10/5): - Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The listing pictures were exactly like our room and the courtyard is absolutely adorable!! The rooms are within a locked automatic gate, but the area itself felt very safe and walkable. There is no smoking on the premises, which I didn’t notice until I arrived but it was easy to step outside of the property if needed. There are several parking options available if needed, as it is located within a residential/restricted parking area. We used a parking garage down the street, about two blocks away, and they were affordable and kept the vehicle in a safe area overnight. Claudia was such a warm and welcoming host, when we go back we will definitely be wanting to stay here again!!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

- Liz (9/5): Quiet home from home - We liked the location, only a walk away from the centre of Florence, and near the Santo Spirito area, which has a nice vibe to it. Claudia gave us some really helpful tips on places to go. A beautiful little place, in a garden courtyard, surprisingly quiet considering its location within the walls of Florence.

Communication with the host was easy, done through whatsapp. Staff were all very kind. The room was large and had a nice size washroom. Air conditioning worked well, we had comfortable sleep. The only downside was there was construction going on during the time we stayed so we couldnt use the outside seating and it got a bit noisy at times during the morning. Overall I would stay here again.

The bed was the most comfortable that I had during my seven weeks day in Florence. I had several accommodations throughout the city during my stay and this one was the highlight of all of them. The courtyard was very sweet, The room was well appointed. I had one of the private rooms not the apartment and so my situation was kind of like a hotel room but much better! Italian breakfast of coffee & croissants each day, immaculately clean room, large comfortable bed, and a bright cozy space that really helps you feel like you're on holiday. The room was spotless, spacious and well appointed, with a stocked beverage fridge and traditional decor. Claudia and Antonio were amazing hosts and communicated regularly about my stay to ensure I always had everything I needed. The daily turn-down service ensured I always returned to a spotless room after exploring Firenza and other locations around Tuscany each day. The location was quite and amenities such as laundry, markets, restaurants and coffee shops are all within a two minute walk. Other key attractions like Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery are a five minute walk away. The neighborhood always felt safe and clean at all hours of the day and night. 10/10 - highly recommend - would stay here again!

- Jane (8/5): - The man who took care of our room, Antonio, was great, so helpful and accommodating. He brought us coffee on our first morning which was wonderful. The proprietor was warm and responsive. Our room was small, great for a short stay. Small for our six nights. The shower is fabulous! There was a living area between two guest rooms but we were not able to use it as extra living space. We had to go out for every meal and coffee except the first AM. The location is perfect! Away from the big crowds in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay in one of the apartments if we returned.
