• Charlotte (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Dirty and unsafe! - Nothing The property building was decrepit and dirty, when we met the “agent” outside he was rude, aggressive and if I had not been travelling with my partner I would have felt very unsafe in his presence. The hot water does not work in the apartment, we were told that in order to get hot water in the shower you must turn the hot water tap in the sink on as well. This did not work. The shower and bathroom itself were dirty, dingy and not well looked after. The main room in the apartment had a strong smell of cigarettes and body odour despite it being a non smoking property. The photographs show that there is a living area with a sofa, this was not the case. The stairs to the bed are unstable and unsafe, the top stair appears to be missing meaning there is approximately 60cm between the top step and getting onto where the bed is. The bed did not have bedding on the duvet, which is incredibly unhygienic for a rental property. There was one sheet to cover the mattress which did not fit properly. There was a large crack in the apartment wall which is not there in the photos, the over all impression of the apartment is: poorly looked after, dirty, do not waste your money by staying here.
• Quentin (3/5): Très bien placé mais prestations pas du tout correctes. - Échange facile avec l'hôte par téléphone. Excellent emplacement. Pour le prix et le respect des gens, il serait bon de louer un logement avec de l'eau chaude qui fonctionne ! Aucun débit d'eau chaude dans la douche. Déjà il faut ouvrir le robinet d'eau chaude du lavabo pour avoir un micro filet d'eau chaude dans la douche. Impossible de se laver avec ça, nous avons du faire chauffer de l'eau avec la bouilloire et se laver comme ça. C'est honteux ! Ensuite, plusieurs lattes du lit sont cassées, avec un matelas de mauvaise qualité et formant un creux au milieu. Très inconfortable! Le draps du lit était déchiré.. et la lunette des toilettes cassée. Voir photos jointes Un logement ça s'entretient ! Surtout pour le louer!
• Tiberghein (7/5): Goed genoten en geslapen, koud gedouched en veel wijn. - De locatie was perfect. Het Colosseum, de Ara Pacis, het Forum Romanum, … lagen allemaal binnen wandelafstand (maximum een half uurtje wandelen). Veel gelegenheid om lekker te eten en iets te drinken tot de vroege uurtjes. De kamer is rustig gelegen dus geen geluidsoverlast. Er was enkel koud water in de kamer. Ook was de douche een beetje kapot. Op de 3de avond ging het licht bij de tafel plots uit en deze bleef dan ook uit voor de rest van het verblijf waardoor het plots ‘s avonds zeer donker was om nog iets te doen. Maar al bij al goeie punten

• Eda (9/5): We loved it, it was pretty nice stay. They welcomed us so nicely and supported us anytime when we need help. - The location was amazing, the apartment was so nice. We had a nice time during our time. The shower was not good, not enough water was coming out. It was very slow. And the sofa for the third person was not comfortable.
• Kitty (2/5): Wanted to like it - The location. During my stay, I encountered several significant issues that impacted the overall experience. There was a persistent and unpleasant odor in the room that lasted throughout the duration of my visit. Additionally, the hot water in the bathroom was nearly nonexistent, making it very difficult for my friend and I to shower comfortably. The shower curtain was inadequate in size, resulting in water consistently splashing onto the floor and leaving the bathroom flooded. The washer also malfunctioned after only two uses, requiring us to unplug the machine just to retrieve our clothes. Furthermore, the room lacked proper air circulation, leading to a hot and musty environment, particularly uncomfortable on the upper bunk.

• Anonymous (2/5): Very poor - Location was good in Piazza Navona I would not recommend staying here. We did not have access to hot water for the first 2 nights. The host seemed very unmotivated to help us fix the problem. Ultimately it required running the bathroom sink at the shower at the same time, and leaving both running - and even then the temperature was highly variable. The key to the door was also challenging to use and there were times where we were stuck outside for a few minutes trying to get it to work.

• Ayana (9/5): Superb - Good place, love the location and it was convenient. Small bed for children for the single bed, and there was an issue with flushing the toilet and warm water was hard to control.
• Anna (6/5): Fair accomodation, great location but needs proper clean - Excellent location within walking distance to main attractions. No metro station nearby, just public buses. The apartment needs refurbishment and deep cleaning, bathroom door very dirty and sticky, tiles need cleaning as well. Mold in coffee maker and new kettle is needed.
• Anonymous (5/5): Passable - Location Well , there was no elevator. The shower was dangerously slippery and sleeping in loft was difficult because you can stand .
