Ses petits-déjeuners sont exceptionnels. En prime, la plupart des produits offerts sont cuisinés maison. Quand à la chambre, elle est spacieuse, très propre et aménagée avec soin et bon goût. Bref, une location que je recommande vivement. Et, si un jour je reviens à Milan, j'y reviendrai avec grande joie! Rien. Tout était juste parfait!

• Elizabeth (8/5): - Paola is a great B&B host who gives guests a lovely place to stay plus the benefit of her knowledge of the city and her culinary skills - the breakfast is all home-made and fabulous. Her tips about everything from how to use the metro, trams and buses were very much appreciated as we're her tips on things to see and places to eat.
• Frank (10/5): Topp, wir können die Unterkunft wirklich nur empfehlen!! - Einfach topp, das Doppelbett sehr bequem, das Zimmer ist komplett durchdacht, der Kleiderschrank ausreichend, das Bad vollausgestattet, eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Stehtisch und Stehhockern ist vorhanden, eine wirklich gut bestückte Minibar zu kleinen Preises, eine Illy Kaffeemaschine sowie ein wirklich schöner Balkon. Alles ist modern und sehr sauber, ein wirklich tolles Zimmer. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hat uns persönlich begrüßt uns gleich einen frischen Kaffee zubereitet, uns das Frühstück gemacht, zu der Zeit wie wir es wollten, supernett, hilfsbereit und so herzlich. Wir können die Appartements nur empfehlen. Parken konnten wir auch immer in der Nähe oder direkt daneben ist ein Parkhaus. Die Bahn ist gleich in der Nähe. Wer viel Medien zu laden hat, sollte eine 3fach Steckdose mitnehmen oder Paola fragen, sie hat für alles eine Lösung oder selbst alles in ihrem Repertoire. Es waren unvergessliche Tage, auch dank Paola und dieser tollen Unterkunft. DANKE Wir haben nichts zu meckern, wir haben uns Zuhause gefühlt.

Starting with the contact from the venue before actual check-in: confirmation of check-in time and suggestion of finding the right parking place. Then a very warm welcome, which makes you feel like home right from the start. Breakfasts were a delight, the owner showed us places worth visiting and which underground tickets to buy, etc. The location itself is also a plus, very close to underground station!

Accompagnement très professionnel, répondant a toutes les questions. Malheureusement le propriétaire n y peu pas grand chose, mais je ne suis pas habitué à être réveillé à 6h00 du matin par le locataire du dessus (bien que celui-ci ne fasse pas de bruits exceptionnels sinon vivre)!

La professionalità e la cortesia della signora hanno reso il mio soggiorno piacevole e senza alcuna difficoltà. Un’attenzione al dettaglio davvero rara da trovare: complimenti!

The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to the metro, making it easy to get anywhere you want. Our host, Paola, took great care of us and made our trip to Milan easy. I highly recommend it to everyone. For the price/performance, the hotel is the best in Milano.

Whether the information upfront for parking or late check-in, dining recommendations, public transportation options, etc. She offers homemade granola, cake, muffins, jams, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bed, mattress and sheet are all top quality! Rarely get to enjoy such a top place for this price. The metro line will also be right outside in a few weeks. Nothing. Only the elevator in the appartment building is a bit tiny, but that was not a problem for us at all.

We absolutely loved the delicious homemade breakfast and really enjoyed our stay. It’s not that close to the centre, but that worked for us as we arrived by car and needed to park nearby. Access to the centre on public transport is very easy.

Although the B&B is outside the centre, the heart of Milan and the attractions can be reached easily by tram/bus (next station is only a few minutes walk from the accommodation). The room is very neat and clean and also quiet. Paola is a fabulous hostess and can give tips on Milan which were very helpful. The breakfast deserves 5 stars and Paola is happy to cater for her guests' wishes.

• Gill (10/5): The perfect place for a visit to an authentic part of Milan. - The property was perfect for a couple. it was in a great location in a lovely residential area, well serviced by public transport. We did not spend a lot of time there as we were out sightseeing, but it have e wry thing we needed. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom facilities were clean and spacious. Our host Paola was very attentive and provided so much information and support during our stay. The elevator is a little tricky, and one time we had to walk to the 6th floor as someone on a different floor had left the door ajar and therefore it would not move.

Paola prepared us an exceptional breakfast and did everything to make us feel very welcome. I wholeheartedly recommend choosing this accommodation. You will not regret.

• May (7/5): Don’t think I got my money worth. - In residential area, quiet but not convenient. Price for a hotel but a bed and breakfast place. Thought it included breakfast but was not. No full time attendance to ask questions such as directions. Have to use keys for the building front entrance, the door to get into the suite, and into your own room. The area is quite remote, but this may be just because I didn’t know the city. The elevator is very old. Have to close 2 doors to make it work, and close the two doors for next people.

Paola was an excellent host and her communication before the reservation sending e.g. instructions how to reach the hotel by public transportation - or if using a taxi, how much the cost should approximately be - was really helpful. A day before arrival she sent a heads-up message about a public transportation strike about to happen on the day of arrival. Very thoughtful. Room was spotless and stylish. Moreover, we got a lot of tips for walking/tram routes, and recommendations for restaurants. And the breakfast - all home-made and so beautifully presented. Absolute value for money all around! No complaints whatsoever.

Probably one of the best bathrooms in rental homes. Exceptional breakfast, handmade by Paola who is the most amazing host. Although the building is good, the elevator is a bit scary and the apartment is on 6th floor. Apart from that, we have nothing to say about the apartment itself.
