Sharaisa (6/5): De locatie is top, qua hotel vind ik dat de hygiëne en uitstraling beter kan. Personeel is vriendelijk. - De locatie was echt heel erg top. Om de hoek bevind zich de mall en het winkelcentrum. De vloerbedekking was vies, badkamers konden iets schoner, handdoeken waren oud en versleten en werden soms niet aangevuld, de lakens hadden ook ingedroogde vlekken. Alle meubels zijn oud en gedateerd.

Azyan (6/5): Hotel rooms are better than the residences, but of course, upgrades are definitely needed. - The location is great, within walking distance to the nearby malls. The bed and pillow were comfy, so that's fine. The hotel room was in better condition compared to the residences. Cleanliness is questionable for the residences. The sofa was dirty, and the marble flooring was somehow not well cleaned. The toilet was okay. The TV was outdated too; it couldn't connect to Netflix. It was noisy compared to the hotel rooms, too crowded, but probably due to the long weekend. My parents stayed in the two-bedroom suites at the residences, and they couldn't sleep during the two-night stay. They complained it was too noisy and that they could hear the next-door room. Breakfast was so-so. We were expecting it to be great so we could overlook the rest. So, it definitely needs improvement.

Maha (1/5): - The experience was very disappointing. The staff were extremely rude, and their attitude was cold and unprofessional. The bed and pillows had an unpleasant smell, which is completely unacceptable for a place that should maintain basic cleanliness standards. As for the room, the furniture was in a disgusting condition and felt neglected and poorly maintained. Overall, a very disappointing stay and definitely not an experience I would repeat.

The lobby looks a bit rundown for a 5 Star rated hotel. The lighting is not enticing. For the upgraded mini suite I was put in, it would be nicer if the counter top on the left of the entry door (just below the mirror) is decorated with an artificial pot of flowers to add life to the room. Otherwise the room is great.

Rameshvaren (6/5): It was comfortable stay with a near proximity to popular Bukit Bintang spots - The location and the staff. The breakfast was almost the same every day with 1-2 dishes different. The quality and taste was average.

Emi (5/5): 不十分な面も多かったが、ほぼ外出している分には許容範囲内。立地もとてもよく、お値段据え置き。お得であったと思う。 - 立地がとてもよくて便利、Grabもすぐ見つかる。広い入り口、リビングダイニングも広い。二つの大きなトランクをあけてもまったく狭くない。シャワー二つ、トイレ２つ、4人家族には問題なし。洗濯、乾燥が部屋でできるのは、荷物も少なくて済むので助かった！屋上のプールは清潔で、子供の遊び場も少しあり、楽しめた。シャワーの留め具が不安定で、シャワーが思う方向にいかない。水圧も微妙。バスタブもあるが、栓がちゃんと閉まらないのでお湯をためることはできなかった。5泊するのにトイレットペーパーが少ない。これまた留め具がグラグラでペーパーが落ちそう。シャワー用に用意されていたのはバスタオル4枚のみ。フェイスタオルやその他アメニティはいっさいなし。シャワーから洗面台にかけて、シャワーの水が溢れ出て洗面台の前もびしょ濡れ。一度2500円ほどで掃除に入ってもらったが、掃除に使ったであろうタオルが置きっぱなし。掃除後、玄関のドアの鍵が開けっぱなし。怖かった。トイレットペーパーの補充を頼んだのに置いてあったのは一つだけ。 3人で寝るためにおいてあった簡易ベッドは硬く、足の部分が壊れていた。

Sherwan (7/5): - The room itself was impressively large, providing plenty of space for the whole family The hotel’s location is fantastic. It’s situated in a great area, making it very easy to get around and explore. I want to credit the staff for being very kind and welcoming throughout our visit. Their friendly attitude was much appreciated, even if the maintenance issues weren't solved. The internet did not work for the entirety of my stay. the issue was never resolved. This was a major inconvenience. My kids left some snacks on the table one evening, and by morning, the entire surface was swarming with ants. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Mubasarah (8/5): It was comfortable and good stay! - It was clean and tidy. The staff have listened to our requests. The foods were served hot and in good portion. Maybe the staff who have showed us the room could have waited outside instead of entering the room. The rest of the stay was smooth and comfortable.

Muhammad (8/5): Great stay, could be better. - The residence side of the hotel had a balcony which is connected to the other rooms and the master room had a tub. Hot water from the water heater wasn’t consistent. The dumpster to throw away your trash is at the back of the hotel. If someone opened the door, dragged a chair across the floor or runs on the floor above you, it can be heard clearly in your room. No soundproofing.

HASSAN FAHAD (4/5): Disappointed - Location I booked a suite room (room + living area) it was very old and didn’t even have a spoon to make a coffee. The room looked very old and not taken care of. Will not stay at Dorsett again.
