• García (8/5): - El apartamento está bien equipado y es cómodo. La persona a cargo fue muy insistente con muchos mensajes previos y exigencias. Tuvimos que dejar el pago en la casa y entró a recogerlo durante nuestra estancia.

• Feazuare (9/5): Pleasant stay - The apartment is as per advertised. Basic amenities available, including washing machine (one thing that I love the most). The bed is comfy with extra pillows available. The peson in charge Nina is very helpful, the instruction very clear and we have a smooth check-in and check-out process. Location wise, it's walking distance to LRT Masjid Jamek / LRT Bandaraya, easy access to food & shopping area. Will I stay in this place again? YES Nothing much although it will be nice to add extra plates or bowls

• Arina (6/5): Pleasant - A fairly ordinary apartment to stay in for a few nights. The assistant Nina is the nicest person! I checked in following the instructions, it's very convenient, and texted Nina when I needed help, she explained everything to me. The view from the window was gorgeous, all the amenities for the accommodation were there too, but the apartment itself is quite old, especially the bathroom, it looked bad, but basically it was clean. I can't say it was great, more like satisfactory if you need to sleep 3-4 nights and be in the city center. The proximity to major attractions was nice, within 30 minutes you can walk to Petronas, Pavilion, etc. I did not understand how to turn on the hot water in the bathroom and washed under the cool water. I found someone else's hair on the floor a few times and the mattress on the bed was not made up, it was stained and I had to put an extra plaid on top to sleep comfortably. At night I wanted to close the curtains but the curtain rod fell on my head and I couldn't get it back up.

We picked up this one and this was a great choice: our host helped us to get to the apartment really quickly and also changed the room, when the first one wasn't comfortable for us. We spend there 3 nights with a wonderful view and really happy about that! Thank you so much!

We were given very clear check-in guidance by our host who was really helpful and friendly the whole way through. Some lovely cafes and eateries nearby. Good location generally - about a 30 minute walk to both Butik Bintang and to KLCC Park area.

• Rahmad (9/5): The apartment owner is incredibly generous and kind. I highly recommend her apartment. - The apartment was a perfect place to stay in Kuala Lumpur due to its proximity to a shopping mall and an MRT station.

• Meghdoot (9/5): Great place. Close to the hot spots. Great view. Helpful Host. - The property was secure and close to the Dang Wangi metro station which was very convenient to get around. The free Bus is also available and the stop is right outside Maytower. The apartment was spacious and had a kitchenette which was most helpful as we are vegetarians and there are hardly any veg options available in KL. The Wifi connection and speed were good. we couldn't watch TV because there was a problem with the device. however, we didn't have much time to watch TV anyway, so it doesn't matter. The host - Nina was very helpful and gracious and was available when needed. There was some dust on the light fixtures, fan and curtain which we had to look up at everytime we lay down and also the toilets were clean but smelled a little musty.

• Anna (6/5): Would be a 9 if it’s not because of the insects experience! - Nina is very friendly and efficient. The property is at a great location, very central to all the landmarks. First day we were at a studio (at level 17 and had refurbishment at the next door studio) that infested by insects that made our evening becoming a hunting insects adventure and we were very tired the next day as we could not turn the lights off thinking insects might crawl all over us. Nina managed to moved us to another apartment that has better natural light and no insects. We could sleep well here.

• Mariia (7/5): It was ok, but the little things described above bugged us every day. Especially the Wi-Fi situation. - The apartment has everything essential you might need: a big fridge, a single burner hob, a washing machine, a few dishes, a microwave, an iron, a hair dryer, an umbrella. Four pillows. Good location. They have a policy of not cleaning the apartment if you book less than 10 days which means we didn't have the sheets changed for a week. Please at least provide spare sheets so that people can wash the dirty ones themselves. The water in the kitchen is only cold. Pretty hard to wash dishes. The hood is located above the microwave, which is not how it’s supposed to be. Everything burns to the pan, regardless of the amount of oil and temperature. Needs to be changed. A strange thing is happening with the AC: every night it turns off. You go to bed, set a comfortable temperature, but in the morning you inevitably wake up from the heat. Weird hose in the bathroom. It's indeed a hose, not a toilet showerhead. You need both hands to use it, which is not convenient, and you have to turn the bulb all the way to turn it off if you want to switch from rear to front, and then turn it on again. For the washing machine to work, you need to put the hose on the floor in the bathroom. Also strange. The floor is wet afterwards. But the worst thing is Wi-Fi. Did not work 4 days out of 7. Twice called the masters. Apparently, something is wrong with the cord, so even if it works, it is not stable. This was important to us as we work remotely. The owner said that this is the only provider in KL, but we moved to another tower and the wi-fi is excellent here. Thus, the problem has to be fixed.
