• Elena (9/5): Apartamento cómodo y muy bien comunicado - Lo mejor la atención de Giorgio, que hasta nos llevó las maletas a otro sitio nuestro último día en Roma para que pudiéramos recogerlas por la tarde.

• Anabel (9/5): - Comodidad camas y la ubicación para ir a los sitios. Tienes una parada de autobús justo en la puerta. Que al ser 5 personas siempre teníamos el sofá cama abierto y como es cocina Office pues terminas comiendo en la cocina con la cama ahí. Pero al ser Roma comes mucho por fuera y es algo insignificante.

• Scarlattine Progetti (7/5): Ottime potenzialità, potrebbe essere perfetto con qualche accorgimento in più. - La struttura ha ottime potenzialità e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. E' un delizioso arredamento che la rende accogliente anche per una famiglia o per un gruppo di amici. Manca un po' di cura in alcune piccole attenzioni: un po' di caffè nel barattolino per un caffè mattutino, un po' di zuccheto, qualche indicazione per l'uso della tv o per il riscaldamento (non siamo riusciti a scaldare l'appartamento con l'aria condizionata presente), un accendi gas, delle batterie di scorta a portata di mano, qualche sapone per la doccia in più. Purtroppo l'appartamento presenta un problema di "puzza" in bagno probabilmente connessa alla fognatura che pervade l'intera casa e che potrebbe essere per qualche ospite impegnativo da sopportare. Il lavandino del bagno un po' scomodo, specialmente immaginando con i bambini.

• Andrea (5/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einfach und praktisch eingerichtet. Obwohl das Bad saniert ist, riecht es sehr stark nach Kanalisation. Auch durch starkes Lüften konnte der Duft nur geringfügig verbessert werden. Außerdem hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert. (Ab 15. November beginnt die Heizungssaison in Rom)
• Afroditi (6/5): Μέτρια, δεν ξέρω αν θα το ξανά προτιμήσω - Ηταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο Το μπάνιο μύριζε πάρα πολύ, σαν να είναι κακές οι σοληνωσεις και να έβγαινε η μυρωδιά από άλλους ορόφους σε εμάς. Επίσης έξω είχε 9 βαθμούς το βράδυ και δεν υπήρχε η δυνατότητα να ανοίξουμε λίγο θέρμανση το βράδυ γιατί τα είχε κλειδώσει ο ιδιοκτήτης.

• Priyangi (4/5): Good transport links - We stayed here for few nights. Transport links were good. The apartment was disappointing. There was a permanent drain smell. We were glad to be out all day. Mould is growing in the shower room etc. Apartment generally need a good clean. It wasn't a pleasant stay here.

• Sliwa (2/5): Very poor - Location, close to the city center The condition of the apartment is way worse than what the photos present. The apartment is not suitable for receiving guests in the warmer months when temperatures are high. There were multiple ventilators, but most were not working (No AC), those that were working didn't help much. The apartment is heating up even with closed windows and lowered blinds, opening windows during the night involves a lot of noise, which, together with the high temperature, makes it impossible to sleep. Even tho we booked this place for 3 nights, we decided to leave it after the first night because it was tough to stay there. I do not recommend it, especially for older people, children or people who cannot tolerate high temperatures.

• Dominic (7/5): Not as expected but still good. - Can't fault the host for going above and beyond to help. Location is brilliant, Piazza Testaccio on an evening is lively with locals and kids having a drink and some snacks and lots of really good bars and restaurants around. Also worth a look around the market - all in easy walking distance. The apartment is not like the photos, it is old and tired but still perfectly ok - just sets a bit of a false expectation from the photos. There is no aircon and even with plenty of windows for ventilation it is a very hot apartment. Plenty of fans though which do help.
• Uliana (5/5): Passable - Very spacious and light. Does not exactly match the pictures on the website. Washing machine was broken, the host promised to fix it but that didn’t happen. The furniture was much older and run down so the price is not justified.
• Sofie (8/5): Practical flat on great location - Really good location. Close to Trastevere, easy to get to the historic centre and lots of food options in the neighborhood. Flat is basic but practical. . Super nice and helpful manager of the place Note that it is on the ground floor so gets a bit of traffic noise

• Michal (10/5): Exceptional - A good place to stay if you want to explore Rome's historical center. Well equipped for the basic needs and comfortable enough to feel fresh and relaxed for the exploration of this spectacular city. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond when we had a question.
• Zeynep (9/5): Superb - Great location for the visitors that are coming back to the city for the food & mood. There were many good restaurants around and not so touristy as the other areas. Flat is spacious and comfy. It's on the first floor, you don't have to climb many stairs.

• Marko (9/5): Very pleasent stay at Giorgio’s place and wonderful experience of Rome! - Giorgio is very flexible host and made our stay very pleasant and comfortable, one of the best hosts I had in years of traveling! The apartment is at good location close to local bars and restaurants in Testaccio quarter, and yet not far away from the city center. Also apartment has excellent bus connections to the city center, Termini station, and Vatican. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for the stay. It is perfect for 2-4 guests.
