Shower appalling door hanging off its rubber, they did come out and fix it but the next day it was hanging off again not very appealing to get into I’m afraid. We immediately complained. Locked out of apartment at 1am in the morning door mechanism just would not work (push button key) had to wait 1.5hrs before anyone turned up to let us in hence 2.30 when we got back in & that was after arriving to shower door hanging off so not the best start then no sleep due to traffic noise so definitely wud not stay again.

Døra mellom oppholdsrom og soveromsgang var svært vanskelig å åpne. Vi hadde med en baby og ønsket å lukke denne døra etter at hun hadde lagt seg. Dette kunne vi ikke, da vi var redd vi ikke ville få åpnet den igjen. Var også redd noen skulle lukke den ved et uhell. Sendte sms om dette til verten, men fikk aldri svar. Opplevde flere ganger at heisdøra i 5. etasje (sidedør) ikke åpnet seg. Vi måtte da enten gå ut i 4. etasje og bære barnevogna opp til 5, eller bære vogna fra 5. til 4. etasje og ta heisen ned derfra. Kjøkkenutstyret var skittent. Burde vært oppvaskmaskin der.

In de badkamer drupte water als onze bovenste buur water gebruikte. Er was een gat in het vals plafond. Op foto is het veel mooier voorgesteld dan in werkelijkheid.

• Marly (8/5): - De omgeving is prachtig de locatie van het appartement super. Het appartement was schoon maar verouderd, schimmel in de badkamer en een toilet dat niet doorspoelde, dit werd verholpen maar na drie dagen weer het zelfde.

• Lisa (6/5): - Die Lage ist gut, man ist sehr schnell on der Stadt und auch am Hafen und Strand. Die Markthalle liegt direkt gegenüber, die Bäckerei nebenan. Sehr abgewohnte Unterkunft. Das Bad geht eigentlich gar nicht. Die Fotos aus der Anzeige stammen nicht aus dieser Wohnung. Keine Ablagefläche, die Dusche schimmelig. Genauso wie die feuchte Decke im Bad. Das Besteck war dreckig, es klebten ordentlich Essensreste dran. Es war nur ein Weinglas vorhanden und im Kühlschrank war so dick Eis, dass sogar der Aufschnitt leicht angefroren ist. Der vermeintliche Kleiderschrank war im Flur. Auf der offenen anderen Seite befanden sich Putzsachen. Sehr schade, da wir schon häufiger in Wohnungen. von iloft waren.
• Cindy (9/5): Heel fijn appartement, perfecte locatie - Locatie is perfect, op het randje van het historische centrum en ook op loopafstand van de haven. Wij waren met 3 vriendinnen. Appartement had 2 slaapkamers dat was voor ons perfect. Er was een wasmachine, keuken, strijkplank/bout, fohn, wasrek, handdoeken, kleine flesjes shampoo en douchegel. Een klein balkon met 2 stoeltjes was heel fijn! De bank in de woonkamer is een bedbank. Deze was volledig ingezakt, dus een nieuwe bank is wel noodzakelijk. Als je met meer dan 3 mensen bent moer je de bedbank in de woonkamer gebruiken. De badkamer is erg klein maar voor ons niet erg.

• Rina (9/5): Wederom een heerlijk verbliif - Locatie is echt super. Tegenover de markt, direct bij het centrum. De service van iloftmalaga was eveneens perfect. Communicatie verliep per app. Altijd meteen reactie en meteen hulp of een oplossing mocht er iets zijn. De bank kan iets comfortabeler en als er 3 personen verblijven moet de 3e aan tafel zitten omdat een fauteuil ontbreekt.

• Shay (5/5): Location excellent, property is poor in quality. - Location is excellent Poor in quality, furniture was shabby, dirty and cheap. Kitchen utensils were a minimum, no spare bedsheets for the length of time we stayed - 15 days. Cleaning was superficial, beneath the layers it was quite dirty. Extremely noisy in the early mornings from 4-7am with deliveries - although noise is expected, it should be noted in the property description as it is very noisy.

Property well equipped for our stay and comfortable. No complaints about the property. Precious reviews already highlighted noise in area. Something to be expected in catch a central location.

Gefallen - Ausgezeichnete Lage:3 min von der shopping male, 5.min von Hafen.Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erfüllten alle Wünsche.Twei bäckerei und Eine Bio-Supermarket war am Haus.Visasvis war der Markt mir frischem Lebensmittel, Obst-und gemüse, sowie frisch zubereitetem FischGerichte Vor unsere der Anreise wurde uns von Iloftamlag zugesagt , dass in der Wohnung alles zur Zufriedenheit eingerichtet ist, und die Wohnug warm und sauber ist. Enttäuscht müssten wir feststellen, dass die optisch schöne Wohnung sich nicht in einem sauberen Zustand befand. Die Heizung und Beleuchtung hat nur teilweise funktioniert. Insbesondere die Steckdosen waren nicht sicherheitsgemäss in der Küche und Bad angebracht. Bis zu unsere Abreise wurde die defekte Duschkabinen-Tür nicht reparieret. Die Wände sind sehr schmutzig, und bedürfen dringend einen neuen Anstrich. Hier ein Auszug aus meine Korrospondenz mit der Vermieterin: A) DEC. 19 2025 Good morning, dear Guest Service, although one of your colleagues was in the apartment yesterday, we still have the following problems: a) Living room: the heating is still malfunctioning and doesn't warm the entire apartment. Even though I set the desired temperature to a maximum of 28 degrees, no warm air comes out of the vents (because of the low airflow). A technician urgently needs to inspect the heating system in the apartment. b) We don't have enough dishes in the kitchenette. We still need: coffee cups and saucers, bowls for cereal and salad, and a small, sharp knife. c) The lighting is dim everywhere because lamps are missing (in the living room, hallway, and the small bedroom). d) Large bedroom: because the apartment isn't warm, it's cold in the bedroom at night. We need an extra blanket for the bed because the blankets are thin and only suitable for summer. e) Bathroom: There aren't enough towel racks for three people, and there's no holder for toilet paper. The shelves in the bathroom are loose and slanted, so items fall off. Dear Gust Service , Since we will be staying here for another two weeks, I kindly request that you rectify the defects today and provide us with the requested items.

• Toni (4/5): Aufgrund der Lärmbelästigung (s.o.) war der Aufenthalt kaum erholsam und schlichtweg zu teuer! - Der Fußboden in der Stadtwohnung war aus marmorartigem Stein und es gab keine Teppiche. Die Möbel waren einfach und instabil. Leider hat jegliches Bewegen der Möbel zu heftigem Quietschen geführt, weshalb wir selbst Filzgleiter besorgten. Das Quietschen, welches vor allem zu später Stunde aus den anderen Wohnungen kam, war aber unerträglich! Der Straßenlärm wurde nur sehr wenig durch die dünnen Fenster bzw. die Rollläden gemildert. Eine Steckdose war technisch mangelhaft befestigt. In einem Schlafraum fehlte für die vorhandene Nachttischlampe die entsprechende Steckdose..
• Joke (7/5): Verblijf was top buiten het badkamer gedeelte - De ligging was top ! De badkamer , douche was zeer triestig en dat zeker met 4 personen
• ellen (6/5): Top locatie maar faciliteiten moeten beter voor prijzig appartementb - appartement is voor 5 personen maar bestek en keuken spullen was voor minder personen . Evenals de handdoeken. Als je appartement voor week huurt mag je meer verwachten. Vorige jaar zelfde appartement gehuurd in zelfde periode, toen was er meer aanwezig. Tussentijds nog gereclameerd maar er kwam niets extras. Badkamer niet schoon. Locatie is top maar is gezien de status duidelijk over-priced.

Heel slecht matras op de bedbank, contact hiervoor opgenomen, pas heel late response dat ze niets konden doen. Ook veel te weinig handdoeken waren met 5 ook heel duidelijk gezegd op voorhand.

Op zeer korte afstand bakkertje en supermarkt. Prachtig dakterras. Zeer compleet appartement met veel keukenbenodigdheden en wasmachine. Strand op 20 min loopafstand.

Dårlig med bestikk(kopper og kar),dårlig belysning p g a manglende lyspærer, ( vi meldte fra om det,hadde ingen virkning), ingen informasjon om noe som helst,f.eks søppeltømming. Burde vært kart over Malaga der,litt såkalt turisti formasjon. Kun ett eneste håndkle til hver gjest i løpet av seks dager.Alt for lite toalettpapir.

• Patrik (8/5): Trevlig lägenhet med bra läge - Lägenheten ligger centralt med gångavstånd till Gamla stans sevärdheter, butiker och restauranger. Missa inte heller matmarknaden snett över gatan! Caféer finns också i närheten liksom en mataffär, Carrefour. Bekväma sängar och helt okej kök och badrum. Bra luftkonditionering. Lyhört, trafiken från vägen hördes väl i det ena sovrummet.

En la cocina había solo una cuchara pequeña. Queríamos tres camas pero hemos tenido que dormir dos en la cama grande porque en el sofá cama no se puede dormir.

• Jesus (1/5): Good location but terrible property - Location was the only good thing We arrived at our scheduled check in time and we weren’t allowed in since they weren’t done cleaning so we waited another hour and a half. Aside from that the apartment was extremely dirty. It looked nothing like the pictures on the listing, especially the bathroom. The bathroom in the listing is nothing like the one in the unit it’s terrible. The water wouldn’t drain while showering. The twin bed was falling apart and the sheets were stained. The support legs for the bed were all bent inwards, im surprised it didn’t fall apart while sleeping on it. When we were getting ready to sleep on the sofa bed we noticed that the mattress was filthy and covered in stains. I don’t think they’ve ever cleaned it. The sheets were all dirty as well. We ended up using our clean shirts as the pillow covers. The A/C barely worked my parents would wake up at 2 am drenched in sweat. My family and I will definitely never be coming back.

• Casula (1/5): Thieves - The position of the apartament, it's in the middle of the center Our apartament looks nothing like the pictures we saw here in booking. There was not enough space for 5 people and because of that the house was difficult to keep clean. On top of everything my group was robbed twice and more than 1000€ went missing. The support only told us that the cameras weren't working, gave us the logs of the people that enterded our apartament and told to go the police, we expeted more help like cheking the cleaning staff, who have free acces at the apartaments, and at this point we suspect that maybe there was a collaboration of some type between the robbers and the company of the flat (after that we noticed that the cameras were on, the opposite of what the support said). Overall, except the good position we don't reccomend this apartament

• omar (4/5): Misleidend door gebruik van valse foto’s - Centraal gelegen tegenover de markt atarazanas. Ruimtelijk. Helaas kwam het niet overeen met de foto’s waarmee men adverteert. Lakens waren niet schoon/gewassen na vorige bezoekers. Badkamer is heel oud, totaal niet zoals de foto’s. Helemaal beschimmeld, niet goed gepoetst. Zetel in de salon is ook heel vies, kussens die erop lagen ook. Balkon was ook vies. Lichten werkten in een van de slaapkamers niet. Na melding werd er een poetsbeurt van de badkamer voorgesteld, heeft bijna niks geholpen helaas. Dus we hebben de badkamer amper kunnen gebruiken door alle vuiligheid. Dus in dit geval zijn wij zwaar misleid en hebben wij niet gekregen waar wij voor betaald hebben.
