Окна не обеспечивают шумоизоляцию. За три проведенной ночи, я не спала ни одной. Шум от уборщиков после 11 просто нереальный и безумный крик чаек, которые растаскивают этот мусор ночью. Если хотите спать по ночам, локацию не рекомендую.

• Christine (6/5): Pleasant. - The room was spacious and clean. Not easy to get in and out of lift. Also, going through a few doors before accessing the room was at times challenging. Nobody to reach out to in case of an issue.

Rommet var rent og pent. Lite kjøleskap og kaffemaskin på rommet var et pluss. Kommunikasjonen med Flavia var utmerket. Airconditionen var støyende.

• Modesto (9/5): Soggiorno piacevolissimo in una città magica come Roma che riserva sempre nuove sorprese - Posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro storico, vicinissima alle attrazioni più famose e a molte vie animate piene di ristoranti, bar e luoghi di ritrovo. La colazione era eccellente sia per la possibilità di usufruire di cibi già presenti in stanza e regolarmente integrati sia per i voucher quotidiani per una colazione presso un eccellente bar-pasticceria molto vicina. Ottima la dotazione di apparecchiature nella stanza (bollitore, macchinetta per il caffè, piastra elettrica…). Il personale si è mostrato attento, molto gentile e disponibile, sollecito a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Scrupolosa la pulizia. Se possibile, punterei ad un materasso più comodo e ad una ventola del bagno più funzionale.

• Yvette Hodkinson (10/5): Absolutely loved our stay, Location, Food, Atmosphere, all the boxs ticked. - Beautiful building, tiny old-world lift that does the job. The upstairs foyer, located on the 3rd floor, is secure with a very cool locking system. We felt quite safe with three doors between your apartment and the street. Just a 2-minute walk from the Pantheon, Giolitti, my all-time favourite breakfast location, is included with your stay. Enjoy the most delicious Cornettos, Cappuccinos, and gelato. You are close to many great restaurants, so there's no need for a car. Communication for check-in and any other questions was via WhatsApp with Flavia, who was kind enough to add a rollaway bed at the last minute for our daughter. If I am ever in Rome, I will definitely stay at Dante's Hell. I can't find anything that I didn't like about our stay

Very quaint decor and building. Air conditioner was defective and rattled when turned on. Windows are not sound proof and the street noise was all loud and never stopped during the night

It’s sagging in the middle. Need to provide Kleenex or some kind of facial tissue, and more than one set of cutlery.
• טל (10/5): Amazing place in romantic Rome - We had a great time at Dante's Hell. Perfect location, a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona and Pantheon. A lively area, full of restaurants, bars and shops. It's a small, family B&B, located in an original Roman house, so we felt a bit "local". The room is quiet, spacious, cozy, very clean and equipped with everything needed. Cleaning and changing of linens and towels was performed every day. Special thanks to the host Flavia who was available for us at any time and helped us with her advice. We definitely recommend this place !
• Lowe (2/5): We would not stay here again. - Location LOUD, dated accommodations, AC could not keep up. Wifi didn't work most of the time. No shower soap/wash. Trash pick up is Tuesday around 2 am. Street sweeper around the same time.
• Heather (9/5): Great location, very pretty room with every amenity you could hope for. - The location is awesome! Multiple restaurants, blocks from the Pantheon, easy walk to our hop on hop off bus that we highly recommend for getting to the top must see sights in Rome. We felt safe and it was a great location and apartment to experience Rome like a local. We received a breakfast voucher for the cafe around the corner. The cappuccinos were great as were the croissants. The only recommendation would be to expand the pastry choice beyond the croissant of our choice. The donuts looked great. The cabs were u reliable. Make sure you negotiate your fare before you get in the cab. The coded door lock into the hallway upstairs could be finicky. And the glass recycling seems to happen every morning. So keep that in mind when sleeping with your window open.

• Pill (7/5): Overall, it was a great choice, as long as you don't compare it to the top of the line hotels. - The location was good. However, we had to walk a long way to get to the texi. And it was especially nice to have air conditioning in the room. The elevator broke down on the day of the inspection. There wasn't enough toilet paper in the restrooms, and the coffee pots had stagnant water.

• Donatas (10/5): It is a great place to enjoy the old town of Rome. - It is a perfect location, near the Pantheon, with well-rated restaurants nearby. Great breakfast solution by using a voucher for legendary pastry at Giollati (Every morning, you will get a fresh and best-quality coffee with your selected pastry). The room was comfortable and clean. It is effortless to self-check with many doors, but unlocking three doors is not an issue if you want to feel safe. It's not an issue for the apartment but for Rome. If you are sensitive to city centre noise and want to breathe fresh air from the outside (which means sleeping with an open window), don't forget to have earplugs (it's a must). Rome goes to sleep at 2 AM and wakes up at 6 AM :)

Very nice owner / manager / staff who were responsive to our needs. Breakfast vouchers at Giolitti’s were a treat. Pillows weren’t comfortable. Suggest a variety of soft to firm pillows - down pillows would be nice. Wasn’t clear how to operate the air conditioning - an instruction sheet would be helpful. Could use more hooks in the bathroom.
• Reena (5/5): Great location but a few issues! - The host was very friendly and helpful and always responded to questions we had. She wasn't there but you could reach her on WhatsApp. The location was fantastic! This is why we booked it. The toilet paper was so luxurious I just had to mention it. It was quite a quirky place with lots of character. Cute in room breakfast options were a nice touch, including a coffee machine which my partner loved. Improvements would be to provided maybe some orange juice in the fridge in the room. The security of the building and the accommodation was very good. I didn't like the noise of the air con and outside because we were so central. The air con also appeared to be leaking a lot of water all over the floor. The breakfast was a 2 min walk away at a cafe which wasn't great. The croissants were stale. The only options for drinks were hot caffeinated drinks and I don't drink caffeine so all I was able to have was water which I was fed up of having. Breakfast could be improved for sure. The shower was terrible. Never able to regulate a temperature and absolutely no pressure so it's a good job I was able to get away with not washing hair for 2 days as I would have struggled a lot.

• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about this property was wonderful. Following Flavia’s instructions, it was easy to find and we easily got into the building and room. The building and room were very clean and secure. There were an assortment of pastries, an espresso machine, hot plate and pot, and small refrigerator. The location is perfect: close to the pantheon, trevi fountain, spanish steps. It’s only a 30 min walk from Roma Termini, but we chose to take a taxi since we had luggage. It was 15 euros. The breakfast voucher at giolitti’s was easy to redeem.
• Hilary (10/5): The perfect place to stay whilst visiting this magical city. - The whole experience was perfect. Brilliant location. Superb building - we felt like we were staying in a palazzo. Comfortable room. Air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee supplied plus breakfast but we used the vouchers at the fabulous cafe round the corner. We couldn’t fault this wonderful place. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

She was lovely, pleasant and full of tips & tricks for a better stay. Place was quiet, comfortable and in GREAT location. The room even had the steaming iron which is a big plus for me personally 😂 Breakfast consisted of vouchers for coffee and sweet pastries - croissant with pistachio is a MUST! All was great
• Virginia (9/5): Superb - We loved our 4 nights here! Great little room with lots of we'll thought through touches. The location is perfect! It's a 2-minute walk to the pantheon. There are piles of restaurants close by. We found the coop food store, 2 blocks away, which was very well stocked. The breakfast is at a cafe a few blocks away. I had to ask for directions, but what a find!! We had cousants and coffee every day and the cousants were amazing!! It's one of the things I'll miss most about Rome! There is a mini fridge, ac, a hot plate and pot, a great little espresso machine, and a kettle. They changed our towels and tidied up every day. The shower was good pressure and lots of hot water. The wifi was good. They were very responsive and helpful with any requests The bed is well loved, and we can be picky about that, but slept well.

It was a typical Italian cafe with many different croissants and good coffee, but if you want a calm breakfast, this is not what you get. The host was very nice and immediately replied to WhatsApp messages. The location could not have been better. The Italian-type bedsheets are just annoying, but you get this almost everywhere. And it was a bit loud due to a bar nearby - but well it's Rome, so it's also loud everywhere. At least there was no noise due to traffic.
