• Tóth (10/5): Nagyon jó helyen van, gyalog és tömegközlekedéssel is könnyen elérhetőek a fő látnivalók. - Szuper az elhelyezkedése, könnyen elérhetőek a fő látnivalók, mégis csendes, nyugodt környéken. A személyzet nagyon kedves, a reggeli változatos. Kár, hogy nincs szúnyogháló az ablakokon, éjszaka volt egy pár szúnyog, érdemes vinni szúnyogriasztót.

• Andrii Semkiv (7/5): Well located hotel with boring breakfast and a couple of annoying oddities - The location is pretty convenient: calm neighborhood, not too far from the city center, well connected by the tram to both the airport and Santa Maria Novella train station. A proper wardrobe, a small fridge, a kettle and a pair of wine glasses in the room were nice extras. The breakfast definitely needs more variety - it was the same rather limited selection every day: eggs and bacon (the only warm meal), some pastry, some ham and cheese, some cereals and some mixed fruits. That was basically it. Probably fine for a couple of nights long stay, but we stayed for a week and it felt very repetitive. The room was on the smaller side, especially the bed, and had rather poor sound insulation. The odd way the elevator functions (you need to keep the up/down button pressed until you reach the desired floor), the fact that your card opens only the room door and in order to enter the building you need an additional 6-digit code are small but annoying inconveniences.

• Chantal (8/5): Heel aangenaam verblijf gehad. - Mooi gebouw, kleinschalig, mooie, kleinere kamer met balkon, aansluitend aan de onbijtruimte was nog een terrasje waar je kon genieten van het zonnetje. Lekker ontbijt, mooi verzorgd en genoeg variatie. Alles was aanwezig voor een goed verblijf. Ook tram/ bus op wandelafstand en er rijden er voldoende, dus nooit lang wachten.. Het bed was matig, de hoofdkussens vonden wij niet goed. Er waren per persoon twee hoofdkussens wat prima is. Maar eéén was te plat en twee teveel.

• Khanmammadova (10/5): Very good hotel if you travel as a couple. Maybe not so suitable for families with kids because of its boutique hotel at - Rooms are very nice and clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was very hight quality and delicious, despite place is a bit tiny thanks to ladies helping with breakfast arrangements full assortment was always available, they did a really great job!!! Location is good- walking distance from city center. Parking also available for good price, as we travel by car it was important for us. Thank again to the staff! Very much recommended hotel! Nothing to add.

The only situation we have was with the water outflow in shower but it was fixed. If You prefer bigger bathroom it is better to take superior room than luxury one :). Quiet location. You need around 15 - 20 minutes by foot to get to the old town, dome and center. Nothing special what could cause the inconvenience or negative opinion.

• Leonie (3/5): Hotel befindet sich in einem Wohngebäude - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, außerdem war das Zimmer sauber Die Lage und besonders der Eingang des Hotel ist nicht klar erkennbar. Es befindet sich im oberen Stockwerk eines Wohngebäudes ohne ersichtlichen Haupteingang. Nach einer langen Anreise sehr ärgerlich, wenn man beschäftigt ist den richtigen Hauseingang zu finden und hoffen muss hineinzukommen. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ließ außerdem zu wünschen übrig. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war zum einen die Lage des Zimmers, um dieses zu erreichen musste man an dem Schreibtisch der Rezeption vorbei und befand sich daher direkt in der "Lobby" bzw. Eingangsflur, was jedoch wirklich ärgerlich gewesen ist, war die nicht vorhandene Toilettenbrille. Trotz Messezeit ist der Preis von knapp 250€ für diese Übernachtung in keinem Fall zu rechtfertigen.

• Bartocci (9/5): Lovely little hotel in quiet area in Florence - Nice small hotel in a quiet area not too far from city center. We come here regularly as it’s close to my family’s house, it’s not super close to the city center but about 25-30 min walking. Rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom also (just a minor point on the shower: the doors don’t touch the floor and the floor gets wet). Breakfast is very nice, not huge selection but very good pastries and cakes. Walls are thin and can hear everything from neighbors not great if you’re a light sleeper and if there are noisy guests coming home (which can happen anywhere). Also the hotel occupies 2 floors of a building with other apartments, and we could hear the people above quite a lot at night walking and talking one night quite late. Not the hotels fault but poor isolation of the building.

• Victor Adriel (10/5): I would definitely stay there again. - The rooms are quite comfortable, and the staff is welcoming, polite, and helpful. The breakfast is good. And the location is convenient, between Campo di Marte and the city center. The room for breakfast is small. It was not a problem for us, but I can imagine it might be a bit challenging when the hotel is fully booked. The room was great, but not very soundproof. We slept well, but woke up to the sound of our neighbors leaving their room.
• Claudia (10/5): - La struttura si trova a soli 15 min a piedi dal centro della città, ma resta più esterna, il che la rende più facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Ha anche un comodo parcheggio coperto, situato in via perpendicolare a pochi passi. Staff accogliente e gentile. Abbiamo impiegato un po' a individuare quale fosse l'hotel, perché non ha un'insegnante troppo visibile. Inizialmente sembra proprio di entrare in un condominio. Non ci è stata segnalata fin da subito la posizione esatta del parcheggio dunque abbiamo dovuto fare più volte il giro dell'isolato giusto per poter lasciare l'auto in attesa del check-in

Было очень тепло, комфортно, каждая деталь продумана, вода бесплатно в холодильнике, чай, красивая посуда, шикарный завтрак, буфет, очень вкусно, рекомендуем на 100000% всем! Понравилось абсолютно все! 🙌🌟Спасибо! Если поедем во Флоренцию еще то только в ваш отель!!

La camera tripla è molto spaziosa, pulita confortevole e con letti comodi. Colazione abbondante e ricca. Lo staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile.
