• Denitsa (1/5): Our stay at the apartment was unfortunately not pleasant. Before our arrival, we experienced difficulties with the chec - Nothing It was really dirty everywhere. There is no drainage in the bathroom. It smells bad of spoiled meat in the kitchen area. It is so far from the city center.
• Cosmin (10/5): Great experience. Would recommend. Lovely staff. - Very nice place in a nice neighborhood. Overall the property was worth the money. A plus for was that downstairs you have nice coffee spot so you can always have one and go on with your day.

Overall the apartment is clean and properly equipped with airco, safety window shut, new windows that can open half More bathroom supplies should be foreseen. We were 3 people, staying for a week and the apartment had minimal supplies for bathroom/toilet. We bought extras ourselves but it felt nitty gritty. There were no tools to vacuum/clean our apartment midway of our stay

Tivemos apenas um contratempo: o quarto foi entregue meia hora depois do horário de check-in. Nada que atrapalhasse a estadia, porém já estávamos aguardando há um tempo sem poder deixar as malas e ainda tivemos que passar mais meia hora do horário de início do check-in pois estavam fazendo a limpeza.

• Lou P. (9/5): Un breve soggiorno a Roma. - L'alloggio, composto da una stanza con bagno, è comodo per una coppia che intende fare un breve soggiorno nella capitale. La cucina e sala in comune sono fornite di tutti gli utensili necessari per prepararsi, volendo, colazione e pasti. La struttura è molto pulita, ordinata e la host, Giada, è una persona molto gentile, disponibile e riesce a metterti subito a tuo agio. L'alloggio non è lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria di Trastevere, che si può raggiungere a piedi in meno di 15 minuti, è ben collegato alla metro - Marconi e San Paolo - e in zona ci sono varie fermate degli autobus urbani che permettono di raggiungere facilmente i principali luoghi di interesse turistico. Il quartiere, Marconi, è ricco di negozi di ogni tipo.

• Thomas (8/5): Wonderful host, clean room and great value for money for a trip to room - The owner is very nice and welcoming. She was easy to communicate and helped us with everything she could. The room was spacious and very clean, as well as the bath room. The airco worked perfectly. The hotel has a kitchen and refrigerator, which was very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet but has a lot of shops nearby. The location is a bit boring. It’s pretty far from the best parts of Rome, and it doesn’t have that many nice restaurants or bars. But if you don’t mind a bit of traveling, it’s a nice place to stay!

• Kristof (1/5): Better to avoid this accomodation - I cannot think about anything I liked The smell of the bedsheets, the bedroom and the bathroom which does not have any proper ventilation. The windows did not stop any noise from outside which is annoying given there is a bar across the street and glass container which is used day and night. No staff working at the location. This is basically a 3 bedroom apartment of which you get one room. When using the bathroom, you have to pass people having breakfast or diner. You can also hear others using the bathroom. The price is not ok given the above.

• Las (10/5): Exceptional - Giada is an amazing person, very friendly and makes you feel like home.you get exactly what you see in the photos and description. Location, 10 min walk fron Trsastevere stationnd a couple of buses makes your life a whole lot easier. Close to shops, bars and cafes. Unbelievably clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night ( you cant say the same for other places in the area. I asked for an iron in my room and it was there even before I got there. The AC unit and the bathroom vents dont make any noise. Nothing not complain really.

It's conveniently located near public transportation, p - Although breakfast is not included in the accommodation, because the training facility I am visiting for work provides it. But the host helps provide information about recommended and affordable breakfast options in the surrounding area. At this point, I haven't come across any aspects that I don't like. The information and guidance provided meet my needs adequately.

One day we were able to have lunch purchased for take out , and eat together on the large kitchen table. you can’t do that in a hotel.
