• Cesar Ulises (10/5): - Genial y confortable lugar para alojarse en Nápoles, muy cerca de todo lo que se debe visitar y conocer en el centro de Nápoles. Servicio de auto check-in, y check-out disponible. Los dueños se comunican todo el tiempo contigo a través de WhatsApp para cualquier duda y darte recomendaciones de que visitar y/o comer en la ciudad. El área común, amplia y con espacio suficiente para tomar alimentos, incluída la clásica pizza de el templo de la pizza (L'antica pizzeria da Michele) que está justo a unos pasos del edificio. La habitación estaba limpia, era lo suficientemente amplia para 2 adultos. El baño aunque un poco reducido (lo común en Italia), tenía todo en orden, limpio, y funcional. La regadera con agua caliente casi instantánea a cualquier hora. En general, todo es excelente. Se nota el esmero de los administradores por mantener todo bien cuidado y limpio. Cómo punto de mejora, sugeriría instalar algunos mosquiteros para poder ventilar la habitación después de un baño caliente sin temor a que los mosquitos entren. El camino de la estación central de trenes al edificio es corto (10 minutos caminando), aunque las calles en el centro de Nápoles son en general antiguas y podría dificultar para algunas personas con problemas de movilidad, pero nada que un viaje corto en taxi no pueda solucionar.

Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben um Neapel zu erkunden. Tolles Frühstück. Und als das Taxi nicht ankam hat uns Luigi zum Flughafen gefahren. Besser geht's nicht.

Le responsable est agréable et aux petits soins pour les hôtes dans la limite des horaires à respecter... ATTENTION !!! l'annonce "HOTEL" est mensongère... CE N EST PAS UN HOTEL!!!! c'est comme une maison d'hôte !!! On ne choisit pas son heure de petit déjeuner Impossible avant 8h30 ! Il n'y a pas de restaurant, on est à plusieurs sur le même appartement avec insonorisation très mauvaise la douche de la chambre mitoyenne s'entend à côté Il n'y a pas de salon de détente, pas de hall d'acceuil AUCUN FAUTEUIL !! ni dans la salle à manger ni dans les chambres

• Oliver (10/5): Nápolyi gyöngyszem - Mindenek előtt Luigi vendégszeretetét és elhivatottságát emelném ki! Fantasztikus segítség volt abban, hogy az első látogatásunk Nápolyban tökéletes legyen! Már előre nagy segítség tud lenni a transzfer szervezésében, de a városi látnivalók és kulináris helyek ajánlásain is érdemes végigmenni, nekünk legalábbis nagyon bevált! A szállás elhelyezkedése számunkra kiváló volt, Spacca Napoli és a vasútállomás, egy kőhajításnyira. A metro is közel, bár szinte minden óvárosbeli és ahhoz közeli látnivaló, gyalogtávra van. A reggeli bőséges, klasszikus Olasz, ahogy láttuk. A szobák, ahogy a képeken, a miénk kis utcára nézett, ami bár nyüzsgő volt, mégis csendes, jól lehetett pihenni a kényelmes ágyon. A dekoráció stílusa fenomenális! Mi nagyon ajánljuk, és szeretnénk még visszatérni!

Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement idéal dans le Naples historique. La proximité de la pizzeria Da Michele et du délicieux petit restaurant Vico sont aussi de beaux atouts. Enfin la qualité de la literie nous a offert de très bonnes nuits. Nous recommandons vivement ! Merci encore !

Proprietari super disponibili e premurosi sin prima dell' arrivo in struttura..e super preparati per tantissime info davvero utili! La stanza è comoda e pulita,nella nostra non c'era il bidet, ma ne eravamo al corrente! Colazione super che vale davvero la pena di fare..Luigi ti fa assaggiare ogni mattina una prelibatezza diversa di panifici e pasticcerie locali! Super apprezzato il regalo che ci hanno lasciato prima di partire! Nulla!!!
• Massimo (10/5): - Riassumendo in una parola TUTTO! Luigi veramente una brava persona. Cordiale, affabile disponibile, premuroso. Non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa di amici o conoscenti e non in un b&b. La struttura è dentro ad un vecchio palazzo ristrutturato. Stanza ampia e silenziosa con un buon letto e un tv di buona grandezza. La casa è comoda per andare alla fermata Duomo della metro e a piedi, in dieci/quindici minuti circa, si raggiungono tanti luoghi importanti da visitare. Poi essendo nel quartiere Forcella, vicino alla famosa pizzeria "Da Michele", da lì in due minuti si arriva all'inizio di Spaccanapoli (assolutamente da non perdere di girare nelle sue strade e vicoli). Senz'altro struttura consigliata con un buon rapporto prezzo/qualità. Troppo corta la vacanza ... 🤗

Nothing, but I would suggest to improve wi-fi if possible (I know old buildings with huge walls like the one where the B&B is located, do not help).

• Thorben (10/5): Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in Neapel - Die Zimmer waren großzügig und sauber, die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral nahe der historischen Altstadt von Neapel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und der Gastgeber Luigi sehr bemüht und aufmerksam. Es gab sehr gute Pizzerias in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Luigi and his staff greeted us every morning with wonderful pastries from local shops. He was very helpful with information about what to see and do. There are many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and breakfast was excellent every day. The staff was super attentive, especially Luigi, who actively did his best to help us with everything we needed during our stay.

Etukäteen olisi ollut hyvä saada tietoa mitä aamiainen voi sisältää. Sovittiin kuljetus lentokentältä hotelliin. Loppujen lopuksi italiaa puhuva kuski, jonka kanssa löysimme vihdoin toisemme ulkona koska hän oli pyytänyt apua joltin englantia puhuvalta. Tämä olisi voinut olla paremmin järjestettynä nimilapulla vastaanottoaulassa.

Luigi le gérant est très chaleureux et disponible et à nos petits soins ! Petit déjeuner correct avec des produits frais ! Le staff gentil et serviable ! Un point à souligner : Les serviettes étaient trop dur, pas souples et on ne les change que tous les 3jours !!! C’est un peu dommage car l’été avec les microbes et la chaleur c’est important de les changer tous les jours !

• patrizia (9/5): Ferragosto a Napoli - Veramente squisita la cordialità e la premurosità del proprietario, inoltre la struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione e nella sua essenzialità è accogliente e molto pulita. Ottima la colazione.

• Cristina (9/5): Un excelente B&B en Nápoles - Nos gustó todo. La habitación es amplia, de techos altos, decorada de forma sencilla y con buen gusto, balcón a la calle, cama cómoda, baño renovado y ambiente tranquilo. El B&B está a un paso de la famosa pizzería Da Michele, pero en el portal no hay ningún cartel que lo indique, así que es fácil despistarse. Es un gran portalón de madera a la izqda del negocio Eurobet que se ve en la foto. El interior del edificio también es bonito y cuidado: buena iluminación, escaleras amplias y ascensor. En el B&B, hay una nevera con botellines de agua fría a disposición de los clientes por 50 cts. La comunicación fue via wasap pero resultó fluida, rápida y atenta. Por poner alguna pega, la ducha de nuestra habitación (n.º 4) era pequeña. El baño, no. Dispone incluso de bidé.
