Eder (1/5): Katastrophe!!!!!! - Es war eine Katastrophe!!! Habe die Nacht vor meinem Kurantritt in Bad Sauerbrunn dort verbracht. Als ich angekommen bin, Haus komplett dunkel. Nach telefonischer Nachfrage, war niemand im Haus, mir wurde mitgeteilt, gehen sie durch Hintereingang hinein in den 2 Stock und beziehen sie Zimmer 9 oder 10,Schlüssel stecken. Musste mein Gepäck mit Rueckenschmerzen in den zweiten Stock tragen. In weiterer Folge,kein Föhn, Fernseher kaputt. Habe Besitzerin angerufen, hat nicht abgenommen, irgendwann zurück gerufen, sagte was ich mir vorstelle, kann ja jetzt keinen Techniker kommen lassen, soll anderes Zimmer beziehen, Schlüssel stecken überall. Fazit, Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung, Service eine einzige Katastrophe. Musste naechsten Morgen mein Gepäck vom zweiten Stock runter tragen und bin zu Fuß mit ganzem Gepäck in Kuranstalt gegangen, da niemand anwesend war, um mir etwas behilflich zu sein. Habe sowas in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht erlebt!!!!

Sie ignorierte die Verlängerung über Booking.com. Barzahlung notwendig ! Frech und uneinsichtig ! Keine Entschuldigung! NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN !!!

Angela (8/5): - Very accomodating staff. Problem is that the windows go to the street AND the restaurant which is highly active (music and party active) on weekends, and the rooms have no AC. So you will literally be either sweating to death or cannot sleep because of the noise. Hence avoid between June and September. Otherwise you are good!

I had to pay extra money. But my reservation on booking said i paid the total price! I dont know who made a mistake, or how could it happened?!

Verified traveler (4/5): - Beim Checkin wurde die Buchung nicht gefunden, hat erstmal einige Minuten gebraucht bevor der Checkin funktionierte. Dann bekam ich ein falsches Zimmer, nicht jenes welches ich von der Farbe her gebucht hatte. Im Zimmer angekommen ging dann die Tür nicht richtig zu, es bleibt ein großer Spalt offen. Wenn man versucht die Tür zuzuziehen von innen, dann kommt einem der Türgriff entgegen. Zimmer stinkt und war dreckig, waren fremde Haare im Zimmer, z.B. an den Halterungen im Bad. Außerdem ist es sehr laut, auch daher bedingt dass die Tür einen Spalt offen bleibt, auch wenn man im Flur lang geht hört man alles aus jedem Zimmer. Eingang zum Hotel generell schwer zu finden bzw. muss man an der Küche vorbeigehen.

I was traveling on a bike tour from Zagreb and I was half an hour late, lady at the reception stayed late to wait for me and check me in, thanks for that. Rooms are great and garden behind is very welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was great👌
