- Kevin (7/5): A stylish, clean and well-located Tokyo hotel that worked very well for a short Ginza stay - Excellent Ginza location with easy access to shops, restaurants and transport. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were quite compact, which is understandable for Tokyo, and the facilities felt a little limited for the price point.

- jun (4/5): 令人失望，性价比相当低 - 位置不错，银座大路旁边的小街上，出门就有便利店，往左过路口一直走可以到高架下的美食街，离地铁站也就七八分钟的路。 是我东京多次住宿中非常令我失望的一次。首先房间小且布局的很粗糙，沙发小桌和圆凳非常局促的挤在一起，东西无处安放，其次是难以忍受的脏，洗手台开灯后灰尘漂浮在镜子前，浴室顶喷脏的不得了，看了恶心。令人无法忍受的还有晚上房间里不停出现的墙壁里发生的杂音，负责人来看过后说这是不可避免的creak声音，每个房间都有，对于需要很安静环境下入睡的我，强忍着努力睡去，第二天迅速换了酒店。负责人的态度很好，处理问题也很及时，但是这样的酒店是绝对不会再来了，同样的价格，选择太多了。

- Samantha (8/5): Fantastic location, cute little hotel. - For proximity to the amazing shops of Ginza, this hotel is perfect, just around the corner. The train station is also a short walk. The beds we really comfortable and the staff were helpful. Good bathroom. No wardrobe but hooks and hangers provided was good. Easy quieter street to catch Taxis.
- Malgorzata (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage mitten in Ginza - gute Anbindung, viele Essens- und Shopping-Möglichkeiten, dennoch nachts ruhig. Zimmer sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Großes Badezimmer! Personal spricht gutes Englisch. Netter Aufenthaltsbereich oberhalb der Rezeption. Kein Highlight aber Preis-Leistung vernünftig. Typisch für Tokyo sind die Zimmer eher klein. Problematisch - null Stauraum! (Nicht einmal unter dem Bett) Lediglich ein paar Kleiderhaken an der Wand. Für 2-3 Tage vllt ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr mühsam! Zimmer dunkel, Fenster kann man gar nicht aufmachen - im Gegensatz zu anderen japanischen Hotels in der Preisklasse kein Luftreiniger, hier gäbe es aber auch kein Platz dafür… Frühstuck überteuert und durchschnittlich - man findet in der Umgebung deutlich besseres. Wenn man vorhat als Begrüßungsgetränk Kartonsaft oder Tee aus der großen Plastikflasche anzubieten, dann sollte man sich das gleich sparen…. Um das Gepäck muss man sich selber kümmern (das scheint aber in Japan üblich zu sein).

- Fabio (9/5): Good place and good value in Ginza - Very nice and modern decoration, good location and the staff is very friendly and worked hard to find a solution for a small problem we had I cannot say that a 24sqm room is small, but as some other hotels in Japan , they allocate about 30% of the room to the bathroom … which gives you an huge shower area and no Wardrobe or space for luggage (specially in a triple room)

- Wandi (8/5): Would visit again. - The hotel had very attentive staff at the front desk, plus welcome drinks and it was very easy to find. Strategically located one corner away from the shopping street in Ginza which closes to cars to make for the best shopping experience. The rooms are quite dark which makes for exceptional sleep but not much for views.

- Yulia (7/5): - Понравились прекрасное расположение отеля и приветливый персонал на ресепшн и в баре. Комната у нас была достаточно большая и удобная, но мы специально выбирали номер побольше. В номере есть все необходимое. В целом, отель уже не самый свежий. Уборка в номере неидеальна: у меня серьга укатилась под кровать, я туда заглянула и осталась под большим впечатлением - под кроватью, видимо, никогда не убирают, там было очень пыльно и очень много мусора, это неприятно. Плюс на ковре сразу при входе в комнату были большие грязные пятна. Удивил формат завтрака - нет привычного шведского стола, надо заказывать либо авокадо тост с яйцами, либо японский завтрак. Еда, если честно, невкусная.

La camera non era molto pulita, specialmente sotto il letto (sarebbe stato meglio non guardare). Infine la colazione. Poca scelta e camerieri che non capiscono inglese.

Although breakfast was good, when we asked for an extra half of avocado, surprisingly we are asked that this is extra cost ( could not tell though how much). Если вам при заселении предложат ваучер на welcome drink, лучше его сразу вбросить... ну или все же выпить тело колы из пластикового стаканчика под презрительным взглядом указанного бармена)))

- Richa (9/5): Cozy stay with comfy bed - The location is in the middle of Ginza - it's perfect for shoppers. It is also close to the Ginza line and other subway lines so quite easy to move around from here. The vibe is really nice and the hotel feels cozy. The bed was big and cosy as well which is a plus for Tokyo hotels! The ladies at the reception gave us a warm welcome. The area near the lifts smelled really nice! Everything was good! I wish the bar was open a little longer but I think its normal for Tokyo.

- Joanne Xiao Ling (9/5): Great hotel - Location was excellent, walking distance to great places to eat and shop. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Ice machine and laundry room were great too. Room was too close to the lifts and people were inconsiderate, talking really loudly while walking along the corridor and while they were waiting for the lifts at 7am! Got woken up by inconsiderate guests who don’t know how to use their ‘indoor voices’. Wish the rooms had better soundproofing.
