• Khaled (8/5): Excellent, very good Value for Money near Vatican. - Check in was smooth. the room was newly refurbished and spotless clean. The beds wered very comfy and perfect for a very good sleep aftyer a long day of walking around the city. The bathroom was new and very well functioning. The room was also double glazed so you didn't get much noise from the street. the flat is well locted - good transport liks with local busses and a short walk from the pick up spot for the airport shuttle, and a 10 min walk from the vatican and a short walk from cipro metro station where you can take the underground to pretty much anywhere in Rome. The surrounding area has an abundance of very lovely restaurants and places to eat, delicious food and very reasonably priced. Also many small cafes nearby perfect for a morning coffe and croissant on the run. Nothing to complain about. The only observation is that we had to pay the city tax (6 euros per person per day) in cash and that had not been mentioned before, so perhaps it needs to be made known beforehand. Other than that a nearly perfect stay for the price.

Staff super disponibile e attento alle esigenze. La colazione è fai da te: c'è più o meno tutto quello che serve agli italiani (caffè con macchina Nespresso, latte, biscotti) ma la varietà non è moltissima e bisogna prepararsi tutto da soli quindi alla fine si opta per una brioche al bar.

• Andrea (5/5): Lokációban jó, a szállás elfogadható, de nem a leírásnak megfelelő és a reggeli értékelhetetlen. - Könnyen megközelíthető, központi, de mégis csöndes helyen volt. Közel bolt, piac, étkezési lehetőség, kávéző, metró és busz állomás. 15 perc sétára a Vatikán. A lakás egy házban volt található, a második emeleten, ami lépcsővel és lifttel is elérhető volt. 1. A szállás bed&breakfastként hirdeti magát, de a breakfast, azaz a reggeli értékelhetetlen. A kétes tisztaságú hűtőbe a tulaj érkezésünkkor betett két doboz tojást és két zacskó backon szallonát. Volt bekészítve némi vaj, dzsem és 4 doboz gyümölcsjoghurt, egy fél doboz narancslé és egy doboz tej. A zukor tartó mocskos volt, össze volt állva benne a krisztály cukor a tea választék gyenge és az öt éjszakás tartózkodásunk alatt el is fogyott. Volt még bekészítve egy zacskó, csomagolt toast kenyér és ugyanígy bolt, rossz minőségű, előre csomagolt sütemény és néhány rothadó narancs, két banán. Zöldség semmi. Az ott tartózkodásunk alatt egyszer nem lett feltöltve a készlet, pedig rajtunk kívül mások is voltak a szálláson. A reggelit magunknak kellett elkészíteni, elmosogatni és elpakolni. A mosógató szívacs elhasznált és régi volt, a konyharuha mocskos. A szekrényben több koszos, félig meddig elmosott edényt találtunk elpakolva, amit nekünk kellett újramosogatni. A szemetes 5 nap alatt nem lett űrítve. Ez nem szolgáltatás és főképp nem bed&breakfast. Nagyon elégedetlenek voltunk, mert hiába fizettünk a reggeliért, nem tudtuk igénybe venni és minden nap magunknak kellett gondoskodni róla, pedig ezt szerettük volna elkerülni. 2. A gyereknek rendes ágyat szerettünk volna, ehhez képest egy tábori ágyat kapott, amiből két léc is hiányzott, így meglehetősen kényelmetlen volt. 3. A takaróra nem volt ágyneműhúzat és maga az ágynemú foltos és koszos volt, ahogy a szobában lévő bútorokon lévő dísztakarók és díszpárnák is. 3. Öt nap alatt egyszer nem takarítottak a szobánkban és egyszer nem töltötték fel a szappant, wc-papírt, nem cseréletek törölközőt, pedig a tulaj azt ígérte a 3. nap után takarítanak és törölközőt cserélnek. 4. A zuhanyban a csap lejár, azaz előfordult, hogy a kezünkbe maradt. 5. A fürdőszobában fekete penész volt, jött föl a szigetelés és a fuga. 6. A falak olyan vékonyak voltak, ho minden áthallatszott.

• Rrruddda (10/5): - Nasz pobyt w tym miejscu był naprawdę wyjątkowy! Właścicielka to niezwykle energiczna i ciepła kobieta, która od razu sprawia, że czujesz się jak u siebie. Lokalizacja jest genialna, wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie spokojnie. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, co po całym dniu zwiedzania jest ogromnym plusem. Dodatkowym atutem jest przepiękny taras, na którym można było jeść śniadania, a wieczorami relaksować się z książką, ciesząc się słońcem i klimatem miasta. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Am letzten Morgen haben wir uns unser frühstück im Supermarkt selber gekauft, obwohl wir das Zimmer MIT FRÜHSTÜCK gebucht haben. siehe obenWir hatten etwas Mühe, bis wir die Unterkunft gefunden hatten. Die Adresse stimmte, aber keine Klingel oder Schild usw. Wir hatten angefragt, ob wir schon um 12:00 ankommen könnten. Das wurde uns schriftlich bestätigt. Aber um 12:00 war niemand da.

• Wade (8/5): It was a nice stay overall. - Great location, breakfast selection and coffee was decent. It's super close to the Vatican which is a pleasant surprise. It's essentially a shared apartment inside of an apartment building, which is not exactly clear on the booking. It 'feels' initially like you're booking a private bed and breakfast. With that said, I would also perhaps suggest swapping out the curtains for something a little more privacy focused, particularly because the bedroom is visible from the street.

• Nele (7/5): - We hadden een fijn verblijf! De host was heel vriendelijk, flexibel bij onze aankomst en stond altijd klaar met vlotte communicatie. De locatie is top: vlakbij het Vaticaan, in een veilige buurt met veel leuke eet- en drinkadresjes in de omgeving. Ook handig dat er overal steps en fietsen beschikbaar waren om de stad te verkennen. Het terrasje was een leuke extra om even te ontspannen. Enkele kleine minpunten: de douche was moeilijk te regelen — het warme water kwam wisselend door en de straal was vrij zwak. Daarnaast was het ontbijt wat teleurstellend gezien de extra kost: vooral voorverpakte producten, zonder vers fruit, yoghurt of verse broodjes.

• Walter (8/5): - This was such a neat place to stay! The owner is extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. The shared patio area is beautiful and gives guests somewhere to relax without having to go out if they don’t want. Our room was decorated in a lively and fun way! The bed was large and we had a small balcony that opened up to get some fresh air. The room was clean. The bathroom was a good size. We did have an issue with the hot water in the shower here for some reason though. The owner helped us on night one but we really struggled to repeatedly get hot water throughout our stay and had to take some cold showers. We would leave it on for several minutes to try and let it heat up with no success. Sometimes if we turned the hot water on in the kitchen area, it would warm up for us, but nonetheless it was frustrating when you’re worn out and just want to take a hot shower. If that is figured out then I would stay here again! Great location, close the Vatican City and definitely walkable Had a difficult time having consistent hot water for our showers. Also will mention we did not see a sign for the stay, so it could be a little difficult to find this place. Luckily for us the owner was standing outside and able to let us in!

Es cerca al Vaticano y a varios medios de transporte. Buen aseo. No es claro que no es hotel hotel, es un apartamento que se comparte con otros huéspedes, ya que se rentan son las habitaciones. Tampoco es claro que los huéspedes son los que deben hacer el desayuno que incluye la tarifa.

• Polyak (9/5): Great value for money in a super location - The location of the apartment is great: the Vatican, metro line, local market, supermarket, restaurants are really close. The apartment has a shared kitchen and a very nice balcony and terrace to use. We stayed 5 nights in one of the rooms and really enjoyed it, beds were comfortable. Great value for money. The host, Marcella is doing everything to make your stay pleasant, she is really helpful and responsive. Thanks for everything! The only thing we would mention is that water in the shower took a bit of long time to heat up and sometimes the water pressure was not too strong.

• Diana (9/5): Great stay in an ideal location. - Cosy room with lovely balcony and terrace. Excellent location - short walk from supermarket and transport. Well-equipped kitchen. Attentive host who guided us through arrival process. Water to shower took an unusually long time to heat up. Shower floor tiling needs a bit of mould-killer, but everything else in the apartment was spotless.

• Vicki (6/5): Pleasant - Secure building. Bed ok. Modern apartment in older building. Good restaurants nearby. There was no written directions about the apartment, what restaurants or stores were close by or information on how to handle garbage, or host expectations.
• Diane (8/5): A great place to stay in a quieter part of Rome. - Great location close to the Vatican and Castel Sant Angelo. Good restaurants near by and we felt like we were staying where the locals lived. Great having access to 2 terraces. No.

• Cindy (8/5): Very good - We stayed here for 1 night and loved the location and comfiness of the bed. It is so soft! There is a built in bathroom and balcony which was so nice to have! The room was spacious enough for the 2 of us. The location was within walking distance of everything, especially Vatican city and a lot of good eateries. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Our host had a nice selection of breakfast meats and drinks. For the value, this is a great find! It was a little hard to find the actual place because it is inside a gated building.

• Brenda (8/5): Perfect location with great amenities and comfy beds - A great location for a base to do sightseeing, accessing a good range of restaurants and only 400m to the Metro. Beds were comfortable, a private bathroom and balcony and access to a shared living and larger balcony it was perfect. The apartment name is not visible from the street which meant we went past a few times before we rang the host.

• Vladimir (9/5): Superb - It has a great location. The apartment had interesting interior and a great terrace. The host was nice and helpful. We didn't like we had to share the apartment with another couple. We understood it on the day of our arrival. Otherwise everything was great!

• Tracy (6/5): Disappointing - The location was probably the best. When we got there we didn't know how to get in the building - did not receive any information on this at all. When I managed to get hold of the contact Marcella - we were told that the room was not ready for us - she had been let down by her person who "does" the rooms. So we found a restaurant on the same street and had a couple of refreshments. We had just come off a long flight from Toronto - and was the last thing we expected to not have a room ready. We were contacted again by Marcella only to be told that we were staying in a different hotel for one night and had to come back the following day to her building. to be quite honest the hotel we stayed in that night was really nice.It was inconvenient to have to then rush back from our preplanned tour of the Vatican to pack up and move to the hotel we should have been in.

(10/5): We were very happy with our stay and can recommend it, especially for couples or younger people. - Marcella was a very lovely host, she contacted us before we arrived, then explained everything upon arrival und kept in touch through Whatsapp. The room was tidy and clean, the terrace with a view of St. Peter's Dome was lovely. It was quiet at night. In very close proximity there's a few cafes, restaurants, a food market, a supermarket, a minimarket and an ATM and the next metro station is only a few minutes away. We went to St. Peter's square three times because of the short walking distance. We would have preferred if the room had been a bit bigger.
• Maria (10/5): Warm welcome and great stay - Firstly, the warm welcome from Marcella. She guided us around our room and the facilities. She gave us recommendations about local restaurants and how to get to places of interest. The room was spotless and themed, but not too much. • Katharina (10/5): just amazing - The location is amazing (super close to sights, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transport, ... but it`s still quiet at night)... . We got the small room with a balcony (actually all the rooms have a balcony with little chairs and tables and an amazing view) and it was just great (just a little side note: if you travel with big suitcases you migth want to book one of the bigger rooms ;-).
