• Rita (6/5): Great secured location, great value - The location was great with three bedrooms for the family. It has a huge living area. We liked that there was a swimming pool and a gym, and it was very close to the PETRONAs towers. The apartment is well equipped but some of the cups were dirty. The apartment could do with a deep clean and offered more floor mats for shower, but overall it was neat and tidy. Staff for helpful in their WhatsApp communication. There were some dirty areas such as the laundry and some of the cups and crockery were not clean in the cupboard. As I said there should be a deep clean as the walls are a bit scratched and had crayon drawings on the walls. Luggage storage service was offered but it was at a different building and required travel by taxi.

• Victoria (8/5): Highly recommend - The location was brilliant, so close to the Patronas towers and restaurants and shops. You didn't have to walk far to eat something delicious or go to a lovely little cafe serving drinks you don't see in England. The apartment was huge, really clean and comfortable. The pool was a lot bigger than I expected, I used it every day and most times I was the only one in it. The correspondence with the staff was excellent and they were always prompt at replying. Honestly a great place to stay. The pillows were not comfortable at all. Really hard and too high.

• DD Pok (8/5): - The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy walking access to major shopping malls and many restaurants, cafés, and eateries nearby. The apartment offers four bedrooms, which is very suitable for families or larger groups. However, only one parking slot is provided, which may not be sufficient for guests staying in a unit of this size. The second was offered after negotiation. In addition, the second parking area is located quite high up, making access to the apartment slightly challenging, especially when carrying luggage or returning late at night. Improving the parking arrangement and accessibility would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and provide better convenience for visitors staying at the apartment.

• Shona (6/5): Great location & value for money. Could use a refresh & few things fixed - Great pool facilities, location was great and felt very safe with security 24/7. It felt old & run down. A few things were broken (shower handle, lamps, electrical points etc). The main balcony doors didn’t lock at all (unsafe with small children around). The 4th bedroom was completed seperate (via the laundry) with no natural light. Kitchen wasn’t that well equip. Laundry barely worked and no drying racks were provided. No daily cleaning meant everything felt dirty, due to lack of cleaning supplies provided.

• Skye (9/5): Convenient, large space - Spacious, easy to locate and in a really good location right in the middle of KLCC. More than enough space for 7 people! The hot water was not working on the master's bedroom shower, which made early morning showers a bit of a struggle. Our group of 7 got stuck on the elevator at 3am, which seemed to be an error or maintenance issue (it was the lift bomba, middle elevator).

• Awie (9/5): Overall it’s a pretty good stat for our large group of more than a dozen people. This place does have the potential for - We like the location and the amount of space that the apartment provides. The staffs who manage the property are attentive and would usually respond to messages quickly. Some electronic kitchen appliances are not functioning. The furniture could be better. Most of the stools at the balcony are wobbly. One of the water heaters (in the room with one queen bed) was not functioning. The ’fifth’ room is actually the walkway that connects open kitchen to the utility space and it’s super noisy.

• Charisse (9/5): Great stay, spacious, modern and luxurious feeling, close to everything needed and felt secure the whole time. - Very clean, modern and spacious. All necessary amenities provided like hair dryer, clothes iron and washing machine. The pool area is amazing and still has nice views. A little slice of peace even thought minutes away from the hustle and bustle. It’s really close to shopping centres, restaurants and main roads. Convenient to get around, common areas are well-lit and security staff made it feel extra safe. Also pre and post check-in communications are great and very much appreciated. None! I guess more of a comment to elevate the experience but having “extra” amenities like a couple of tissue boxes on arrival and glasses/hand towel in the bathroom. It’s not really a necessity though and if it keeps costs down then I’m happy to go without them.

• Man Yee Christiana (8/5): 呢間屋嘅地點方便，附近嘅餐廳嘢食亦都好好食，保安人員嘅保安做得非常之好，陌生人入嚟嘅時候，佢一定會跟住佢。樓下大堂等車亦都方便。 - 空間大，有四個廁所和3個浴室，方便多人嘅我哋，洗衣乾衣機都好方便每晚我哋晾衫，仲有飲水杯，方面一開就可以飲到熱水同凍水，整潔乾淨，房主回覆很快，地點方便，保安做得好👍，冶安好。 步行15分鐘左右就可以去到雙子塔，樓下行3至5分鐘便有餐廳及便利商店，非常方便。 聽嘅天花板突然間有啲滴水，冇提供洗衣液，風筒設施就唔係幾好啦，一個係電線又破裂漏電唔用得，另一個就過熱🥵，對於要吹長頭髮就比較麻煩啦！四間房中有一間房係類似工人房係冇窗嘅。

• Nurul Najwa (5/5): Warm with families. - I like the location very strategic, the staffs are friendly. 1. There are 2 way mirrors suspiciously in the shower room. The height of the mirrors are also oddly positioning (body level) and it’s bizarre to have small mirror in the shower? I have highlighted this to the team. I am afraid there’s a hidden camera or something because other default mirrors are normal ones. Pls remove them otherwise this can be reported! So next visitors pls check with camera detectors, as I forgot to bring mine. 2. Sinks are clogged particularly at the kitchen.

Sajnos nem tiszta, a wifi gyakorlatilag nem működik, nincs melegvíz és a fürdőszobák, mosdók kicsit elhasználódottak.

Not my first time here and have always loved this place especially when we have a large family who loves travelling together once a year. Place is clean, although the usual wear and tear, otherwise host was responsive and always available when contacted.

• Lisa (8/5): Prima verblijf - Leek precies als op de afbeeldingen. Enorm groot, van alles voorzien, zelfs een wasmachine. Zwembad is mooi en heeft wat later op de dag zon. Security bij het zwembad was enorm streng, praktisch niks mocht. Security beneden kreeg ruzie met onze grab waardoor onze grab geannuleerd werd. Qua hotspots ligt het goed (KLCC, Suria mall, Petronas Towers), maar je hebt bijna geen restaurantjes in de buurt.

• LI WEN (7/5): Very good property and facilities with carpark near to the lift. Cleaning service could be improved - Location and size of the property is very comfortable. Bedding is firm good for those with bad back the windows provide good sound insulation so you can have a great sleep. The wooden parquet needed refreshing and maintainence. All the toilets had a very bad sewage smell and the body odour of the cleaner is stuck in the house for three whole days. The property is presented as managed by professionals however the service rendered proved otherwise. Unused and rusting dumbbells at the balcony, spoilt aircons and missing remotes for fans and aircons and some aircons even doesn’t have battery. A table fan in the maids room even have dust on it.

Basically like AIR BNB STYLE .And their luggage storage place and accommodation isn’t the same .you have to drop off and pick up to back your accommodation.

• JINYAN (5/5): - 地理位置不错，出行方便，卫生情况满意。 实际入住的双床房与订房时所显示的图片根本不符，实际上是一间只有几个平方的工人房，里面还有台洗衣机在房间里，根本摆不下双床，我们从单人床下抽出来的床架，明显己经很久没有使用，污迹明显，我们与房东交涉无果，只能自己找人睡沙发，打地铺，令我们这次行程蒙上阴影。如果人多入住，需谨慎考虑。

• Razic (4/5): good as a place to just sleep in but don’t expect anything more. - The apartment was central and easy to get to different areas around KLCC. The pool was nice too. I appreciated the early check-in too as we couldn’t leave our bags. The apartment wasn’t in great condition; scratches on the floor and walls. Some towels were even torn on the side so there were prominent wear and tear. Amenities were few and minimal. The AC would turn on and off on its own. Despite being on the 32nd floor, the views faced construction site and is not twin tower facing. The additional deposit for key was also a nuisance after paying through booking.com. I don’t normally expect to process another payment once I do so on booking.com.
