• Pigoni (9/5): - Accoglienza piacevole e familiare camera pulita abbastanza grande e silenziosa x un riposo tranquillo.Posizione comoda pochi metri dal centro e da servizi come bar ristoranti e negozi dove puoi arrivarci tranquillamente a piedi oppure puoi prendere facilmente metropolitana o pullman e visitare zone limitrofe.

• Alan (4/5): We has a stressful stay due to the unreliable lift. - The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, although the toilet seat is broken. The lift was very unreliable. It depends on previous years closing all the doors, otherwise it does not arrive. As an elderly couple this was a worry as the room is on the fifth floor.

• Carien (10/5): Geweldig! - Goed gelegen in Napels, dichtbij station. De kamer was erg schoon we hadden een leuk balkon met uitzicht op de stad. Kortom een aanrader. Het bed was doorgezakt. Van het ontbijt hadden we meer verwacht zoals verse broodjes, wat hartig broodbeleg.
• luciana di carlo (6/5): - Posto vicino alla stazione, disponibilità e gentilezza del host, avendo intolleranze ci ha fornito del latte e degli snack,possibiltà di lasciare i bagagli. Palazzo fatiscente e molto sporco, ascensore non adatto a persone con disabilità, camera adeguata ma armadio occupato dai cuscini del divano, bagno sufficiente, consiglierei di mettere kit mono uso, per una questione igienica. Colazione sufficiente, ma da fare in camera, cucina non accessibile, usata per ripostiglio. Ultimo ma non meno importante, considerando che si trova su una strada di passaggio, molto rumorosa, difficile dormire anche con le porte chiuse.

• Lise (7/5): Pratique - 5 minutes de la gare à pied, pratique pour tout les déplacements. Déjeuners disponibles dans l'entrée à l'heure voulu, un peu simple mais super bon café. Aucune insonorisation, notre balcon était vu sur une rue très passante, bruyante, klaxons dérangeants presque continuels, même un peu la nuit, c'est comme dormir la fenêtre ouverte même si elle est fermée! Le quartier semble douteux mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème.
• Geoffrey (8/5): Handy to Trains, comfortable room. - Close to Main Train Station AND Metro for arrival/departure AND getting around the city. My Superior Double was nicely renovated and balcony. The included breakfast is a Self Serve situation that allows Anytime breakfast, helpful on early tour mornings... Albeit Packaged Pastries like from a vending machine but ok... Cereal, Tea, pod Coffee Machine.. Once you get in.. and get used to getting in... It's secure which is reassuring in that area. The only real dislike is the 100yo old tiny elevator required the Doors MUST be closed for it to work... Several times inhabitants of the building or other guests did NOT do it... It's a long hike up to the 5th floor. I was ok being in the train station area, but it has to be said it's not a flash location... I did not feel comfortable in the area after dark.

• HOLGA (8/5): It was fine and too close to the trsin station. - The place was very wuiet, no noise from outside or from other rooms, whicj was really appreciated. I wasn't told where to get my breakfast, I really wanted to have tea as we like to have a cup of trs all the tome in Ireland, but I couldn't have tea. Also the person at the reception was not alwsys there. My booking said breakfast invluded buy I didn't have breskfast.

• bordoni (1/5): Delusione totale - Salvo pochissimo Salvo pochissimo di questa esperienza Ho soggiornato da sabato 4 aprile ad oggi (partito stamattina) con mia moglie e mia figlia Poca chiarezza (eufemismo) nella telefonata intercorsa tra me e il signore che ha risposto al telefono (presumo il responsabile) Nell’ordine al telefono mi è stato detto che check in e colazione sarebbero stati in un portone al primo piano mentre la camera sarebbe stata al secondo piano nel portone a fianco Arrivato sul posto ho scoperto che camera e check in erano al quinto piano La colazione che mi era stata data come compresa era in realtà un insieme di prodotti confezionati un bollitore e una macchinetta del caffè e una confezione di latte aperto (presumo da qualche altro ospite) Cioè alla colazione avrei dovuto provvedere io stesso facendomi caffè o cappuccino da solo Spazio per la colazione praticamente inesistente cioè uno stanzino con un tavolino con 2 sedie e un divanetto calcolando che le camere sono 5 mi sembra francamente poco Aggiungo a malincuore che macchinetta del caffè bollitore e prodotti vari erano tutti su una mensola all’ingresso del B&B veramente troppo vicini alla scrivania della receptionist Quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione (probabilmente un bene per noi) che ci era stata detta inclusa Una delusione totale Sicuramente non torneremo in questa struttura Torneremo a Napoli ma in una struttura diversa

• Zuzana (8/5): Good location - Great location near train station, basic cleaning every day, self check in and check out, self service with snacks. Very helpful owner. Breakfast - self service counter was nice but only with sweet snacks, nothing salty like bread etc. In the fridge were some fruits but it was not refilled next days (bananas for example), also yoghurts (there were 2 when we checked in and then no more). Also unfortunately there was bad smell from the canalization.

• Harry2003 (10/5): Very good facilities within the room - The bathroom is high quality and excellently equipped. The water is very hot (but adjustable for comfort). Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereals, biscuits, fruit juice, kettle, refidgerator are all available free of charge The cupboard is split into two parts. The rail in the upper part is too high to reach to hang clothes from. Unfortunately, during my short visit, the lift was not working. The apartments are on the 5th floor and the stairs are very steep to climb, especially with luggage. I hope this was a one-off

There was a strong smell from the bathroom drains which spread into the bedroom, I just kept the door shut and window open. Location was ok if you are out through the day but at night felt a little unsafe as a lone traveller.

• Carl (8/5): Nice place, close to Garibaldi square, helpful staff - Its on the top floor of the building, I had a view of Garibaldi's statue. The lift is small but good. Downstairs out the door there is usually a concierge type person who was helpful upon arrival. There is a cafe next door just out the street level door and a couple of shops on the square. Its close to Buses, Trains and the Metro. The breakfast is self service and has all sorts to choose from. The ground floor door to the building with the rooms is in has a dicky lock which takes time to get used to, the concierge helped me on this.
• Maciej (9/5): Wspaniały weekendowy wstęp do Neapolu. - Kameralny hotelik (5 pokoi na 5. piętrze), przesympatyczna i bardzo dyskretna gospodyni, z pokoju wyjście na taras z balkonem to szaleństwo (dotyczy tylko pokoi 1-3), bardzo wygodny materac, duża kabina prysznicowa, bidet (w pokoju nr 1 ciut za blisko ściany), świetna suszarka, szafa, sejf. Sucharki, rogaliki, ciastka, płatki śniadaniowe (kukurydziane i zbożowe kakaowe), herbata w torebkach, kawa z kapsulek, kakao, mleko, soki i nektary, pomarańcze i jabłka, dżemiki i nutella dostępne cały dzień, można sobie z tego śniadanie skomponować (czajnik, ekspres do kapsułek, kuchenka mikrofalowa). Na dole wbijasz kod do bramy, wchodzisz do klatki A, z windy wychodzisz drugimi drzwiami, wbijasz kod do hoteliku i pokój czeka z karteczką z twoim nazwiskiem na drzwiach). Na dole jest kawiarenka z 1895 roku, gdzie kupisz bilety całodniowe ważne w autobusach, tramwajach, trolejbusach, kolejkach górskich i w metrze (chyba tylko linii M1) na dalsze wycieczki; sporo ciekawych miejsc jest dostępnych pieszo z tej lokalizacji. Jak ktoś lubi spać na poduszce, to powinien wziąć swoją :-)))

• Anthony (6/5): struttura e staff molto validi, in una posizione che li penalizza anche se sia il suo punto forte. - I servizi che offrivano e l'estrema gentilezza della signora all'ingresso, disponibile, cordiale anche nel darci la possibilità di lasciare i nostri zaini anche dopo il check out per via del volo nel tardo pomeriggio. posizione ottima accanto alla stazione centrale. sulla struttura di per se nulla da dire, davvero curata e pulita, di più quello che influenza il voto è il condominio molto sporco con ascensore che parte e scende forte e veloce, facendoti sobbalzare quando arrivi sia da sotto che da sopra. se pur la posizione centrale alla stazione, non mi sono sentito molto sicuro passare di li anche se l'ho scelto io, ma la zona limitrofa è tutta così e mi aspettavo di meglio è l'ho presa per comodità.

Has a fridge in the room. owner kindly booked a taxi for me for the next day to go to airport. I did not like the area for travelling alone as a woman. Was scary and did not feel safe. It was also very noisy outside, it felt like NYC !!!!

• Panebianco (5/5): - Staff gentile e disponibile Abbiamo prenotato per tre persone ma la stanza era piccola, la cosa peggiore è stata la colazione!! Non c'era latte, succhi ma solo un bollitore senza acqua e una macchina da caffè anch'essa inutilizzabile perché vuota di acqua.... qualche biscotto o merendina da poco conto!!! Insomma....la colazione l'abbiamo fatta al bar!!!!!
• Oscar Olivares (10/5): Excelente y te conecta con la ciudad. - Lo mejor de la habitación, para mí, es la terraza, que permite que aun estando en la habitación, sigas sintiendo la ciudad. El desayuno era bastante básico, pero para mí, fue suficiente.

• Trevor (10/5): Our 1st time experience in Naples was excellent and our accommodation we highly rated. - Excellent location, breakfast was awesome, with a variety of foods and drinks for us to access. Our room was a great size, with added bonus of a good size balcony. Communication was outstanding. Our room was very well maintained, clean and tidy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again ✨️

• Frances (9/5): Convenient and comfortable. - Convenient and comfortable with lovely staff. Areas near train stations always feel a little more seedy but inside I felt safe. Sadly the lift didn’t work on our moving out day due to no fault of the owner who was most apologetic. Breakfast was standard as in other places with few healthy options.
• Hepworth (6/5): Good location for a travel base - The room was clean and well presented. The location, although very loud, was really close to the train station, which made a great base for day trips. The aircon didn't work and the lift never worked during my short stay.

• Pablo (6/5): Pleasant - the checkin process, even though I Completed all the registration online, Fabio kept asking for pictures of the passports. Also I didn't like that he insisted in communicating through whatsapp and not the booking platform. Our experience was just OK, nor great.
• Harriet (10/5): Perfect for short stay - Helpful friendly host who was willing to answer my questions, great communication. Accommodation was clean, balcony had a view and was located near to public transport links. The lift/elevator was very useful as my father cannot walk stairs.
• Madison (8/5): Great value for the very affordable price - The proximity to the train station and amazing restaurants that are affordable. Decent size room and bathroom. The room was cleaned everyday which was nice. The owner was super easy to contact and responded very quickly to many questions and even helped us with excursions. The breakfast was slightly falsely advertised as it was more snacks (but they were still great options!).
