Jose Luis (8/5): Lugar bello para descansar y pasar días inolvidables en Bariloche - La vista al lago increíble, muy cómodo, buena ubicación, seguro, ideal para familia o pequeño grupo. Si llevas automóvil tipo sedan la entrada al estacionamiento puede ser un problema, ya que pega la parte baja.

Guisrolim (9/5): - Apartamento com excelente vista, boa estrutura interna, banheiras e itens em perfeito funcionamento. As fotos do anúncio estão bastante misturadas entre as diferentes opções de apartamento que o anfitrião dispõe, então acabamos ficando um pouco confusos sobre o que teria.

André (6/5): Boa estadia, mas poderia ser muito melhor. - O ap tem excelente localização, bem proxima do centro de Bariloche, realmente da pra ir a pé, não fomos porque teve dias de neve e de chuva, alugamos 2 carros e estavamos em 7 pessoas, o ap fica em uma rua um pouco incrime, com carros estacionados do lado direito fica um pouco apertado, mas nada demais e essa rua não tem saida no final dela e sim um retorno, o ap só tem vaga pra um carro, outro carro dormiu na rua todos dias sem problemas, só tivemos que caminhar um pouco porque é dificil achar vaga na rua proximo ao ap, os quartos de casal são amplos e bem decorados com suíte e a vista desses quartos pro lago Nahuel Huapi é incrivel, camas super confortavéis e possui tv, guarda roupas, um dos quartos de solterio não tem essa vista, alias não tem janela e nem gaurda roupas e sim uma comoda, wi-fi funcionou perfeitamente todo o tempo, geladeira e fogão apesar de antigos são ótimos e funciona perfeitamente, não usamos a maquina de lavar roupas, mas tem, na sala tem uma varanda que da acesso a area externa do ap com uma vista linda da cidade e do lago, tem uma churrasqueira tbm que não usamos, ficamos 11 dias e curtimos bastante o ap, só falta algumas melhorias que vou citar abaixo. De cara não gostamos de que os banheiros não tem tranca nas portas, vc entra e só fecha a porta e não tem como trancar, isso é uma coisa simples de resolver e não sei porque deixaram assim, tivemos que bolar uma ideia de colocar malas vazias em frente a porta do banheiro quando tiver alguém usando, não sei como são os Argentinos, mas Brasileiros gostam de privacidade no banheiro, até a porta de entrada do ap é ruim de trancar, acho que a fechadura é velha e a chave tem dificuldades de entrar e trancar, outra questão um pouco chata é que os banheiros tem exaustor e quando vc ligar a luz ele ativa e faz muito barulho, eu não sei se o sistema é antigo, mas é muito barulhendo a ponto de vc jamais deixar a luz do banheiro acessa pra dormir, não dá, eu entendo que banheiros sem janela precisam desse sistema, mas já usei banheiros assim em hotel e são bem silenciosos e não incomodam, sobre os banhos eu não gostei, tem muita agua com pressão, mas a temperatura da agua oscila de muito quente pra morna quase fria, isso me irrita muito em um lugar que faz frio, todos os dias em horarios diferentes a temperatura na agua não fica fixa, ela oscila a cada 20 segundos mais ou menos, não sei se outros ap do predio tbm sofrem com isso, pode ser que seja um problema do predio, mas me incomodou e não gostei, não foi um banho prazeroso, comentei com o anfritrião e me respondeu que poderia acontecer sim, ai complica ne, outra questão que me incomodou foi o portão eletronico com problemas para abrir, sem força e algumas vezes eu tive descer do carro seja na chuva ou nevando no frio e da um empurrão pra ele abrir, teve um dia que o anfitrião desligou e ficou no manual e pensei que iam arrumar, mas não, continuou dando problema pra abrir, no ap não tem sanduicheira, apenas torradeira, acho que seria interessante comprarem uma, e tbm não tem filtro de água junto a com a torneira da cozinha como temos no Brasil, vc precisa comprar agua, só alugaria novamente se resolvesem essas questões.

Luckily the temperature drops at night so it gets better. The view to the lake is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as far as utensils and pots.

Alex (6/5): Don’t expect to stay in an apartment as presented on the photos on booking.com - The view and comfy bed. Car park on site. Room 2 had no windows and therefore very stuffy. The place is tired and requires some serious replacements of in/outdoor furniture.
vanessa (6/5): - Misleading the photo of the BBQ deck area appearing right on the lake…the accommodation is not this. Although it has a gorgeous view from the lounge room & bedrooms it doesn’t have a balcony and is a good 15-20min walk to that lake. The unit needs some love cupboard doors falling off, blockout curtains that don’t fit the window so pointless, not a scrap of toilet paper provided, garage roller door remote doesn’t work. These things don’t matter as much when the price tag is not high.
Ana Paula (10/5): Voltaria - A estadia foi ótima. Excelente apartamento. O Filé que nos recebeu foi muito atencioso. Pude perceber que são varias donos. O meu Ap era ótimo. Mas nem todos eram bons. A única coisa desagradável e que pegamos uma nevasca e a rua era no alto e tivemos muita dificuldade pra chegar e sair de táxi. Mas foi um inverno atípico. Voltaria com a minha família. Vista maravilhosa
