• Roxelana (1/5): - The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Also the location was very good. The room was very smelly, the matress was hard and the room was not very clean (hair on the floor). The rooms are in reality much more older than on the pictures.
• Nikki (9/5): - Location was great for us. Staff very nice. The lady that speaks English was so kind when we checked in after a long flight and confused our money. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Eggs , toast and noodles. Tea or coffee.
• Kathy (9/5): I was there 6 nights and the hotel was excellent for good value. Would recommend. - The hotel was very clean. No bad smells from drains. I had a back room and it was very quiet. The air conditioner worked perfectly and was not noisy. Good view of the city from the breakfast room and most of all, the staff were very helpful. I think it was Venang who was brilliant in fixing up my mobile problem. She rang the company and knew all the right buttons to press to get me working again. Most grateful. Explore the little alleys in this neighbourhood. Good Japanese restaurant nearby. I was not used to hard Vietnamese beds. The breakfast was a bit limited for western tastes, but bring your own banana to have on toast.

The view from some of the rooms, well there isn't any, it's just a concrete wall. The mattress is quite hard, which I didn't mind, but some people might.

• Philippe (9/5): 乾淨和友善和溫馨 - I chose this hotel because it's near the Taiwan Embassy at PVI Tower just 10-15 min walk through a big garden with a lake. The hotel is small but very nice. The room 302 was comfortable with a double bed, heater/AC, a fan, kettle and TV. Don't miss the view from the rooftop! The manager Van Anh speaks good English and is very friendly! She's at the lobby during the day. Oh I nearly forgot to say that this is the cheapest hotel for this quality in the area! Other hotels attract clients with cheap price but this is only for 2 hours rest. At Kawasaki Hotel the cheap price was for a whole night check-in at 2pm checkout at 12 pm the next day. I keep good memories of my stay. I stayed 2 nights first then I extended my stay. 有時候有噪音（ 鄰居或街上的動物 ）

• Verified traveler (2/5): - I was for 1 day in this hotel at the airport! When I arrived at 10:00 pm, I came to a room, where the windows and the door were open and the ircondition was on. The temperatur was at 15 celsius and there was NO heater! But the absolutly worst was, that the bett linen was not fresh or changed! The bettline was not irond, it smell terrible and it was extrem dirty! When I opened the bett linen, I found many black hairs on it. I was really disgusted!!!! I know, it was a hotel with only 2 stars, but a clean room with clean and fresh bett linen, I expact also in a 2 star hotel! I over 30 years, I visit differnt holtes on the world, that was the worst stay I ever had! I think, the room was rent before I come for one 1 hour to a couple who don´t need it longer for their action. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

• Verified traveler (2/5): Dishonest listings — don’t book the VIP room!!! - This hotel appears reasonably well-constructed for a hotel in its price range, but the management and maintenance needs serious improvement. My booking was for a VIP room, with king-size bed, larger room area, and city views. The first room the hotel staff gave me had two twin beds. When I insisted that I had booked the VIP room with larger area and king bed, the staff showed us two other rooms barely larger than the bed itself and just said “they’re all VIP”. One of the rooms was still dirty from the previous occupant!! I did not receive what I booked and paid for, and this hotel had no intention of providing it. The classification “VIP room” and the square meter number listed as the area of the room was false and given in bad faith. Other issues: elevator call button on the ground floor didn’t work, “balcony” outside the bathroom is a security risk with the window is open, and allows other guests to walk by and spy on you while in the room even when the window is closed.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The room is very tiny but comfortable even though there is no natural sunlight unless you open the fire escape window which is opaque. Most of the staff members were very friendly and always willing to help. The maids on the other hand seem to have 0 training. We suspected (though we cannot say for sure, i dont want to falsely accuse anyone) one was trying to steal my wifes bra and some instant noodles. If you dont lock your door they will come in whenever they want and turn on the light with no warning. It doesn't matter if your sleeping or naked. My biggest issue with the place was germs. This actually caused me to checkout 2 days early. The maids will brush the toilet, THEN WHIP THE BRUSH TO DRAIN THE WATER AND PUT IT IN THE BATHROOM SINK! I also see them walking around in contaminated gloves opening everyone's doors and handling towels, sheets, drinking water, toothbrushes etc. the hotel ran out of soap for 3 days and had not gotten back any up until we left. My wife and i saw the same maids peeling vegetables in the kitchen, i am not sure if they were cooking for themselves or for the guests but it was around breakfast time. This lead us to assume they were the chefs so we stopped eating the free breakfast. The hotel is very close to the airport and check in was quick and easy. The hotel surroundings were usually quiet and peaceful. The place is a bit far from the centre though so you can expect to pay 700kvnd per round trip to the centre

Unfortunately, because of the communication issue, we had to wait for the shuttle service for about hour.The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean, but there was no heating system. It was 50F degree in Hanoi at night and we were sleeping with our jackets on because it was freezing cold inside of the room.

However they don't have a restaurant for lunch or dinner and we left too early for breakfast so I can't comment on that. Not many choices of places to eat. Beds were very hard but the price was right and it was for such a short amount of time we decided not to worry about it!

It's 30-40 from Hanio, so not suitable for a long stay, great as a 'night before flight's hotel

Very friendly people on reception and our rate, which was very good value included an electric buggy to the airport. Only slight issue was that the beds were very firm, not quite what we are used to from the UK. Great value stay overall and great condition and very clean.
