• DESMOND (3/5): Would reconsider another location next time. - It's close to the place that we are supposed to work. Since it was one day, couldn't complain much. Early morning traffic, ceiling was moldy, table has some oily stain that can be seen against the light, bed felt sunken in.

• Skippee (8/5): Nice cafe and food - The cafe menu was very good. Asian and western. Food was very tasty and prices very reasonable. Their coffee was really really good. Good ambience, nice and cosy. This would certainly be our go-to hotel in JB.

Why would you take bookings if you know that there are no available rooms. We were not notified. We had to look for another place to stay at 6pm. What is the point of booking, if this is the case?

• Iriana (7/5): Value for money - Free parking. Shops and restaurants nearby. Got some ants in the room. Sometimes can be a bit loud at night because there's a 24-hour Mamak restaurant in front of my room. Water at the bathroom sink is sooo small..

• Md (7/5): Good - Near to the place i am working. Free parking nearby. nearby there convenience store, restaurant, printing shop, post shop. Free water dispenser available. Spacious toilet. Good water pressure. TV has free channel from malaysia, singapore and indonesia. Room too small not as i expected. almost no space to walk. AC take 5-10 minute to cool. At first I thought it is broken. Staff not friendly maybe overwork as he is in charge for 2 shops. Staff need to be friendlier.

• Dharma (2/5): It was a bad experience to me - I stay 3 days in hotel, in that 3 days room cleaning was not done, bed sheet and towels was not changed. Shampoo and body wash was given on first day only and rest of two days was not given. Outer looking of hotel was good but inside the hotel was in worse condition and money paid to hotel is not worth. Food cost was high expensive

• Ammu (8/5): Thank you for the wonderful service.. I will recommend this hotel to my friends... - Everything is nice, easy to access, receptionist is very polite and humble.. Room is spacious and super clean - single bed is quite itchy... Redness and itchy my mom's hand and body after wake up ...Everything is ok except this bed issue. Hope hotel management will take care of this matter.

• Hanis (10/5): nice stay because it was comfortable and clean. Worth the money - very clean and comfortable. Easy check in & out. Staff was friendly, thanks dear Ms Chew if im not mistaken. Definitely will book this hotel again when we come here. Got nice restaurant behind the hotel. All good & recommended didnt notice another one room we booked with no window. Room is very small. It’s a bit hard to pray inside the room (for muslim). However, worries not they provide prayer room. It would be better if we booked room with window even the room is small. Somehow feels like more breathable
