• Eric (7/5): Thank you for hosting, I will come back if my family / friend are in the Vinmec hospital again. - I love Vinhomes Time City neighborhood. Perfect if you have someone in the Vin hospital, very walkable neighborhood with the mall and cafes. I enjoyed seeing the residents exercising in the morning and evening! The shower drain didn't work properly, so had to limit the water otherwise it would overflow. The tv didn't work and smelled like people were smoking before. Overall, good value for the price.

• Myla (5/5): Passable - Location and wifi. Not so clean. CR is disgusting. Shower room has a moldy smell. Linens doesn't smell fresh. No toilet paper / tissue paper provided. Most of electrical sockets esp in the kitchen area are not working. I was not able to use the microwave. I was able to use the electric kettle bec i can plug it anywhere.

• Bob (1/5): I would never stay here or tell any of my friends/family/travellers about this room. - Our friend was emitted to the hospital and this location is within walking distance. We received the wrong room number upon arrival. We received the wrong wifi password and didn’t receive it for two days. The room was filled with the previous tenants boxes which means it hadn’t even been cleaned properly before we arrived. No towels, no toilet paper and the room was dirty. Do not let the photos fool you, it is not what it says. I was very disappointed with all of this. If you’re travelling and you are looking for a place to stay, keep looking. I will say she did offer us the room at 50% discount if we stayed another night. We did not. Get more for your money at the hotels in the area, trust me. A25 Luxury Hotel is cheaper and a huge breakfast is included. This is your jam if you’re looking for a good nights sleep.

• Mithil (5/5): Nice apartment but poor service - Location was out of City but peaceful and beautiful. Given other apartment than booked. I had booked for apartment with extra sofa cum bed.. but it was not given. Bed sheets were dirty used once.. Rooms were dirty No soap or shampoos No dish washing detergent. No glass to even drink water. Host didn't even make an effort to meet us even after repeated calling him.. I had informed about my infant and needed clean vessels to cook for my infant..there was no dish washing detergent.... No one to collect garbage for 4 nights we stayed there
• Jacob (1/5): The worst experience that I have had - Nothing 1. There was no hot water during our stay. Water pressure was very weak that we could not take a shower. 2. Water sink in bathroom was stucked and damaged. Super dirty bathroom with nothing inside: No towels, no toiletries, no hair dryer,... 3. Very bad smell inside apartment. Bed sheets were not changed and a lot of hair on the bed. 4. They gave us an invalid residence access card and it took a lot of times for us to ask for support from security. When we asked about all issues caused, manager seemed that he didn't care about them and left all our comments with nonchalant answers.

• Wenyu (4/5): Disappointing - The location is fine. And the room is big. The rooms seem really dirty without any cleaning before my stay. The fridge smells really bad. Spider webs and dust are everywhere on the floor and the desks. There are also many hairs on the beds.

• Yenpm (1/5): Dirty bedsheet and bed - The apartment is spacious for 2 people, location is good with restaurants and shops. Also convenient for those going for Vinmec or Vinschool visits. The Apartment on 24th floor was not clean and not ready to welcome guests. Bed sheet was not changed and dirty with hair on it. When we removed the bedsheet, the mattress was also dirty. It was late in the evening so we had to flip the mattress and changed the mattress in the laundry area. We knew for sure the blanket cover was not changed either and we couldn't find new blanket cover in the flat so we slept with our sweater on without blanket. We have frequent visit to Hanoi and stayed in a couple of hotels/APTS and this is the worst accomodation ever. We contacted the owner and he didn't reply for any possible solution. Apart from hygiene issue, WiFi is very slow in the evening.
• Nagappan (6/5): OK - The location to my work area was near. Nearby had many cafes and eat outs. Provided water dispenser with new can of drinking water. Had hair dryer, iron & board, Tv but had to pay for the channels. Overall decently furnished apartment. The bed was super hard, basically felt like sleeping on the floor. There was a stench of damp odour but went off after airing the unit on my first day. Had difficulty communicating with the owner due to language barrier which made finding the unit to check in was hard. The owner takes time to reply text messages.

• Hanz (8/5): - The apartment was well located, although far away from the city center. The zone is nice and the apartment has a good size and amenities. The apartment was not dirty but not very clean. There is a bad smell in one of the bathrooms. Since the moment of the reservation, the designated apartment was changed three times and our impression is that at the end we were given the one with the worst view.
