- EK (8/5): - Clean and quiet and relax ambient Not suitable for saty during festive season as there's a parking lot space which open for.firework play. Very disturbance especially after late night. But this is only my preference. Overall, I will still come bacak to stay but will skipped during festive season.
- Seraphina (4/5): Comfortable hotel if you can sleep through very loud noises - Room was fairly large with adequate facilities; TV was updated with option to use apps like Youtube, Netflix; breakfast buffet though limited in variety was more than adequate in its local foods, e.g., nasi lemak, mee siam; water cooler is available on the same floor as the breakfast buffet restaurant The extremely loud blasts throughout the night from the fireworks going on outside which were audible even with ear plugs that prevented any kind of sleep to take place (why the hotel would permit non-stop fireworks to be let off in front of the building from 10pm up to 3am is a puzzle. There was a note in the room informing that there may be sounds from 'fire crackers' during festive periods.); pillows were a bit hard; room walls and table top were not very clean

During check-out, while I was waiting for the staff to inspect the room, they found my new jacket that I had accidentally left behind and quickly brought it down to me. - Johnson (8/5): Nice & cozy. - this was the second time we ate breakfast in the hotel. Compared to the first time, it was not as good, menu consist of more process food like sausage and fish cake etc. Should give more natural food variety like baked fish, sambal chicken, prawn and others. the dessert not very nice, kaya pudding. the nasi lemak rice was quite hard, like not cook enough. Sauage and fish cake are too normal and plain.
- Meesiam100 (5/5): - Good location to food places and shopping at Tebrau I stayed at Room 507 which has a connecting room and facing a big field. The door was filmsy and I could hear sounds of conversations, laughing, hair dryer taking place next door at night. My next door stayed up until 2am and with the noise, my family couldn't sleep. There was also fireworks set off at the field in the middle of the night. I requested for a room change at 2am and could finally sleep in the room with no connecting door.

- EDMUND (8/5): - The location of the hotel is great! There is plenty of eateries within working distance and the supermarket at the ground floor is very convenient. The basement carpark is a plus point, it is well lit and there is a guard at the carpark which make it feel safe. Although the amenity is basic, the hotel make up with the comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast was rather pale compare to the food that you can get outside the hotel within working distance. Compliment to the team of server at the restaurant as they were very attentive and helpful. However, not too pleased when during check-out, the hotel had to charge me RM 20 for a stained hand towel. Isn't the purpose of the towel is to clean?

- Xuelin Samantha (9/5): Still a good stay as it's always my 1st Choice in Austin Area. - The room size was great, the aircon is strong, the hot water is consistent. Comfort level of the bed was also great as the bed is firm. Location is great, and there is also private carpark which is easy when it's peak hour. The room flooring is a little old, they should provide additional pillows instead of just one each. The hand held shower head is not working well. Breakfast was not bad but there were houseflies flying around the pastry area. I think pastry area should be covered to prevent pests from flying around.

A RM100 refundable deposit was required upon check in but not immediately refunded after checkout. Breakfast varieties can be better. Room lights can be dimming adjustable will be good.

- Ong (9/5): Best value hotel to stay at Austin. - The breakfast was good, generous portions and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful, very observant of our needs. The beds, bathroom and amenities were fantastic. Many entertaining activities around the hotel and food variety has many choices. Really value for the money, will want to stay again. No complaints, everything was fine, except that the water pressure for the shower could be a little bit stronger and the shampoo & bathing foam can improve on the quality, very difficult to lather and don't feel really clean after showering.

Pls also replace old & flat towels with new fluffy ones. We stayed in 2 different room types & notice the quality of towels were different.
