• Janine (10/5): Sehr gut - Sehr nette Unterkunft, mal etwas anderes. Es ist alles da was man benötigt und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Villa hat einen fantastischen Garten, der verwunschen scheint. In 10 min ist man zu Fuß am S-Bahnhof und schnell in der Innenstadt, Parkplätze sind öffentlich und reichlich vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, die Kommunikation einfach, entspannt und zielführend.

• Anique (8/5): Speciaal, deze plek vergeten we nooit weer, en komen vast nog een keer terug!!! - Een keer wat anders, in het begin denk je waar ben ik beland, daarna geniet je heerlijk van de rust en lieve katten die graag aandacht komen vragen, wij zijn jong en lenig, de vide was voor ons goed te doen... Wij hebben hier super veel plezier gehad!! Het bestek en de borden waren niet goed schoongemaakt, maar dit is makkelijk op te lossen ;)

• Laure (8/5): Surprenant et original. - Ce logement est très surprenant et plutôt original, très spacieux, grandes hauteurs sous plafond. Il y a un grand jardin que je qualifierais "d'artiste", assez sauvage et poétique. Il y a un espace à l'extérieur "privé". Bon équipement en cuisine. Grande douche. Plutôt calme à la période où on y a séjourné. On a bien dormi. Des commerces et restaurants de toute sorte à proximité. Il y a également un très beau parc non loin. Les oreillers ne sont pas très large et assez "mou". Il n'y a pas de volets, ni de rideaux très occultants (cela dit, cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir). Il y a un escalier qui mène à la mezzanine qui peu être difficile à monter pour une personne âgée ou pas très assurée.
• ivonne (7/5): War alles ok - Lage war gut, der Italiener um die Ecke ist hervorragend. Alternative und funktionale Ausstattung der Wohnung. Der Garten ist reine Natur und sich selbst überlassen, daher wenig nutzbar. Leider keine sicheren Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder.

• Hess (9/5): Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt - Freundliche Begrüßung durch den Vermieter, die angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es hat uns rundum gut gefallen. Supermarkt und Pizzeria zu Fuß erreichbar, toller Park in der Nähe. Auch die Nähe der S2 war hervorragend um Ausflüge zu machen. Jederzeit würde ich wieder buchen.
• Jolanda (7/5): Bijzonder huis. - Huis is heel bijzonder. Lokatie voor Berlijn prima, treinstation op loopafstand. Winkels dichtbij net als een prima Italiaans restaurant op de hoek. Heerlijk in de tuin daar gegeten. De wilde tuin bij het huis is prachtig, daar besteedt de eigenaar ook veel tijd aan. Leuke gastheer. Appartement gelijkvloers geboekt omdat ik niet goed trappen kan lopen. Bij aankomst bleek het tweepersoons bed boven te staan, via een steile houten trap te bereiken. Ik heb op de bedbank in de kamer geslapen, mijn man boven. Samen beneden zou de kamer grotendeels in beslag nemen.
• Maria (9/5): Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. - Das Etagenbett, die freundlichen Gastgeber und die gute Anbindung mit der S2 nach Berlin Mitte Ein paar Dinge waren etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber nichts gravierendes.

• wies (8/5): het was prettig vertoeven in die omgeving - het is een goede locatie in een mooie omgeving. Hartelijke gastheer. Ongedwongen sfeer en mooie tuin Winkels , restaurants en station waren dichtbij. Originele inrichting. Goede bedden. Het ligt iets te ver weg van centrum berlijn. Mijn kleinkinderen 14 en 15 zijn iets te groot om te slapen op een hoge laag te bereiken met een trap. Het plafond is dan erg laag. Wel leuk voor kleine kinderen.

• Schreiber (2/5): - Es waren 2 Schlafzimmer im Angebot. Tatsächlich ist der 2 Raum eine Schlafkoje ohne Schrank nur Matratze, ein Schrank. Raumhöhe ca 2,40 m.
• Kathrin (10/5): - Sehr herzlicher Empfang, auch zwischendurch. Ein altes Haus, aber sauber. Draußen ein kleiner Märchengarten, den wir leider noch nicht so nutzen konnten, da kaum etwas grün war. Einen Monat später sieht das Ganze anders aus, wir waren einfach zu früh. Die Unterkunft ist nichts für Leute, die in sterilen Hotels wohnen wollen. Als Zusatz gibt es noch fünf Katzen, die, wenn man möchte, zum Schmusen kommen.

• Johannes (7/5): Prima locatie voor een stedentrip naar Berlijn - Prima locatie dichtbij een S-Bahn station. Met +/- 30 minuten kon je naar het centrum van Berlijn gaan. Goed te bereiken met de auto en parkeergelegenheid bij de Villa. De bedden waren wat oud. Advies is om te kleine tafel te vervangen zodat je wat comfortabeler kunt ontbijten/eten.

• Anastasiia (8/5): - An oasis in the middle of a residential area. A house with a wonderful garden, the S-Bahn a few minutes' walk away and a direct line to the centre of Berlin, shops a 5-minute walk away. You can combine a quiet atmosphere with sightseeing in Berlin.

• Marcel (8/5): Geweldige week op een mooie locatie. - Het huis, dit ademde sfeer uit. Het is een soort van villa Kakelbont, waarin luxe ondergeschikt is aan het geheel. Ons beviel het heel goed, zelfs het bed was geen probleem. Wolfram en Kerstin zijn erg aardig. Het king size bed was niet meer dan een eenpersoons bed, met daarnaast een losse matras op pallets. Geen probleem voor ons, maar bij de beschrijving king size bed verwacht je iets anders. We hebben er heerlijk in geslapen.

• Hubert (7/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut für eine Städtereise nach Berlin, weil die S-Bahn in guten 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Haus war sehr ruhig. In der Wohnung war alles vohanden, was in der Beschreibung versprochen wurde. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind der Villa zugehörig, aber auch in der ruhigen Wohngegend genügend vorhanden. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat auf jeden Fall gestimmt. Wir haben zwar gut geschlafen, aber am Bett fehlte ein bequemes Kopfteil, um auch mal im Bett sitzen zu können.

• Andrea (8/5): Villa affascinante - L'appartamento era molto comodo e il balconcino piacevole. Il bagno funzionale e la cucina ben attrezzata. La casa è molto particolare ed affascinante, sicuramente un posto diverso dal solito, il giardino lasciato crescere e non curato ha il suo fascino. Ho letto le altre recensioni che parlavano di puzza di gatti... Noi non abbiamo visto gatti e ne sentito cattivi odori. A 10/15 minuti a piedi c'è la stazione dei treni che ti portano a Berlino, comodissimo. Vicino alla stazione si trova anche un supermercato molto grande. Il padrone di casa molto ospitale cordiale e accogliente. Un po' troppo ragnatele nella parte mansardata, andrebbero tolte prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti.

• Susanne (9/5): - Geschmackvoll und mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr ruhige Lage.. Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Ausstattung. Es gab leider keinen gemütlichen Sitzplatz im Garten mit einem Tisch um draußen zu essen.
• WiedeO (9/5): - Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich freundlichen Vermieter, die uns mit ihrer herzlichen und offenen Art das Gefühl gaben, zu Hause zu sein. Die interessanten Gespräche mit ihnen waren eine echte Bereicherung. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Yoga- und Meditationsstunde, die uns geholfen hat, zur Ruhe zu kommen und neue Energie zu tanken. Das gesamte Flair der Villa ist wunderbar – ein Ort, der Ruhe, und positive Schwingungen ausstrahlt. Wir können die Villa Hufeland wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
• BEATRIZ (4/5): Decepcionante - Ubicacion y amabilidad de los dueños, entorno natural Las estancias que se alquilan forma parte de la vivienda de los dueños, por lo que hay muchos enseres en el pasillo y entrada. Las fotos no se corresponden fielmente , la vegetación está descuidada lo que propicia una invasión de mosquitos.

Apartament ma salon z dużym łóżkiem i aneksem kuchennym oraz antresolę z dwoma mniejszymi łóżkami. Willa wygląda na zabytkową a w środku jest nastrojowo, nietypowo. Do centrum Berlina dojedziesz kolejką S bahn. Nie jest zatłoczona. Antresola jest bez drzwi
• Wolfgang (9/5): - Es war einfach nur schön. Mir hat der Garten (naturbelassen) sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Wohnung war gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider konnte man die Fenster nicht abdunkeln. Im Sommer ein leichtes Problem.
• Allan (8/5): - A large building with street parking located minutes from subway to the centre of Berlin. Garden is large and quirky. The building is also used for local group actvities. Ammusingly I I approached what I thought was a cat in the garden only to find a wild raccoon which are an invasive species in Germany. Windows must have been open a while before we arrived and we spend some time getting rid of a number of mosquitos but was not a major issue.

• Kensaku (7/5): Great host, we wanna come back again. - We liked the wild garden, the hosts were nice, and the neighborhood was so much fun to explore. Especially the supermarket was interesting, their meat shop had great sandwich. The huge park by the station is worth visiting. The ventilation of the room is not so great. The linens could smell better. The house/hallway was full of stuff, maybe could be organized a little more, as well as the coordination of furniture of the room itself.

Kitchen not used though facilities looked good. Close enough walking distance to S Bahn station for links to City Centre, as well as local supermarket and restaurants. Comfortable and private- great if you love cats! Beds were unfortunately not very comfortable- though can't complain given the excellent price. Not suited for four adult-sized people- more appropriate for families due to small upstairs bedroom. No live television. Streaming available but unreliable.

• Marcela (8/5): Nice stay in Berlin - This magical place is just charming. We loved the wild garden and the atmosphere of the place. The room is beautiful and original. It was clean and had everything we needed, kitchen is very well equiped. Easy way to the centre of Berlin - 10/15mins walk and then around 20/25 mins by train (S-bahn), the rains run aprox. every 10/15 mins during the day good value for money Very nich hosts. Thank you very much! The house has its history, in cold days the room can have a specific smell. 2 beds are situated "upstairs" with a very low ceiling - it was not an isue for us but it is good to know. This appartment can be convenient for a family with smaller kids, I would not recommend it for a group of 4 adults.

• Erica (3/5): Good if you are into the new age yoga/meditation movement. But not for us. - Location is quiet Main issue is that it was not clearly advertised, it is actually a mansion type house that is also a yoga and meditation centre in the daytime. Also we were quite shocked that we were unable to turn the heating on after arriving in the freezing cold late in the night.. the next day we asked the male host if we could turn it on and he said we can't turn it on as it is central heating. I kindly asked if he could turn it on and he refused... What hosts treat their guests like this?? The next night we had to keep the hair dryer on for like half an hour to warm up the room before sleeping... So ridiculous... I understand it might be a yoga meditation centre, but it is decorated with all sorts of idols and pictures depicting demonic spirits which we found particularly uncomfortable. Had we been told or known that it is a yoga meditation centre before booking, we would not have considered this place to stay. It does not make people feel at home or comfortable. Also because we checked in late, everything was dark and the whole house was pitch black inside, there were no clear instructions from the host to guide us to which room we were staying in.. so it was like we had walked into a haunted house.. and first thing after we went inside, we were greeted with a cat playing with a dead mouse right outside our room door. Not exactly what we were expecting..

• Krstić (10/5): All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. 😁🙏🏻 - We had such a wonderful time in Villa-Hufeland! The property is in a wonderful quiet neighbourhood. And the hosts are such a delight! We weren’t keen on the polyester linen, but we asked for a cotton one the first night and got it no problem. 😁

• Traveller (9/5): I truly enjoyed the stay in the green in the suburb of Buch. - This is a sprawling villa in the outskirts of Berlin, fairly close to the S-Bahn station and shopping. It is immersed in trees and a beautiful garden. The place is some sort of meditation centre, and I understand they rent one or two rooms on the premises. My little studio had everything I could need, as well as a table and chairs outdoors, which was great for me as I like having my morning coffee outside in the green. I never met the hosts face to face; a man communicated with me via messages and access was easy. The distance to downtown is about 30 min. For me his was an excellent solution. I thought the price was somewhat high.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Bed w/o breakfast in outer area of Berlin - Great location on walking distance of 2 fairly good and fair priced restaurants (Il Castello, which we tried ourselves). Restaurant Zum Speicher also has a good review, from the subway (station Berlin-Buch is on walking distance. From berlin-Buch to Alexanderplatz is by S2-U2 only a 40 minutes ride, change at Pankow). Villa-Hufeland has all necessary amenities, but no breakfast (frühstück). Coffee and tea in the morning is lacking, this would help for the first morning. A large Kaufland supermarket is very near. There is free parking upfront and free wifi is available. If they would organize the garden, it would be a great asset to look at. I can recommend Villa-Hufeland.

Not one of these sterile hotel rooms, but a home, where the owners really put tought and art in the rooms. Good location too. with the S-banh you're in Berlin centre in less than an hour. Big shop nearby, some good restaurants (Italian, Asian) and very quiet. Totally to be recommended, especially when you travel with youner kids.
