• Nicoleta (9/5): Minunat - Locație excelentă,aproape de gara ,aproape de o remarcabilă terasa,50 Kalo (cea mai buna pizza din lume🤗),magazine in apropiere!Camera este foarte curata,exista un spatiu comun pentru cele 4 camere unde găsești expresor cafea(capsule),pliculețe ceai (diverse arome), biscuiți, bomboane ciocolata,amenajat cu scaune și mese.In camera se intra zilnic pentru curățenie,prosoape schimbate la 2 zile.Micul dejun este in apropiere,la o cafenea croisant și cafea (opțional suc).Zona superbă,aproape de port și faleza pentru plimbări de seară! Antonio este foarte atent la nevoile turistului ,ajuta cu informații pentru a ți putea face un itinerariu (hărți și explicații).Un minus (lift în reparație -etaj 5) Ni s a comunicat din timp acest inconvenient.

• Stephane (8/5): - L’emplacement dépendra de vos besoins, le quartier est plus calme que d’autres quartiers à Naples c’est sûr notamment quartiers espagnols / via Toledo et centre historique. Proche de la gare où vous pouvez prendre trains métropolitains mais aussi la nouvelle ligne de métro 6, qui va dans le centre. Assez pratique pour se rendre au stade Maradona. Sinon l’établissement dispose d’un place de parking gratuite privée et dans une cour fermée par un portail ce qui est très pratique. Comme souvent dans la région les places sont petites et il vous faudra faire plusieurs manœuvres. Donc une fois garée vous ne toucherez plus la voiture. Le parking est un très gros point fort à Naples. Le propriétaire est sympathique et vous donnera plein de renseignements sur des choses à visiter dans la région. Il y a un ascenseur dans l’immeuble. La chambre était propre et le lit plutôt confortable. Ménage et lit fait chaque jour. Une très bonne pizzeria dans le quartier. L’arrivée et le départ se sont très bien déroulés La chambre est assez petite, avec une marche dans la salle de bain. Assez loin du centre-ville, sachant que la ligne de métro 6 ne fonctionne que jusqu’à 15 heures. Cela peut poser problème pour rentrer le soir. Sauf si vous aimez marcher, il vous faudra bien 35 minutes pour atteindre la piazza del plebiscito par exemple. Sinon taxi.

• Pedro (10/5): Amazing - Went for just 2 nights, Antonio received us so nicely. He went on talking about the city, giving hints of what to do, restaurants and attractions we couldnt miss. The place was right next to the train so it was perfect for walking around. Other than that, besides having tickets for a nice breakfast nearby we also had the option to make a coffee back in the apartament, was everything we asked for

• Sylvie (8/5): Idéal pour visiter Naples ! - L’emplacement, le calme tout près du centre ville et du train / métro, le logement confortable et moderne. Très bon accueil avec disponibilité et de précieux conseils. Idéal pour visiter Naples ! Le petit déjeuner prévu dans un café à proximité, qui est très « décalé » par rapport à la qualité du logement et par rapport aux photos (pas de table prévue, lieu peu accueillant et « petit déjeuner » vraiment non qualitatif). C’est dommage car tout le reste est parfait !

• Kátia (7/5): Place was decent, pictures are not from actual breakfast. - Central location. Warm and helpful welcome. Room cleaning services everyday. Breakfast was in a different location, at a tiny local bar with not many options while the pictures from the post show a breakfast with fruits and juices. Upon contacting the owner, she said the breakfast style was stated in the fine print of the post. :/
• Ziad (7/5): Not bad if you already visited the city center - New furniture, clean. Comfortable. Eugeno was helpful and kind. You can discover Napoli from the other side, marina, riviera… there is a metro station near by. It was far from the city center. Not a tourist area, we couldn’t find even a bottle of water to buy after 8Pm.

We really enjoyed staying at Isa Guest Rooms and because the subway was very close, we were in the historical centre in just 10 minutes. The breakfast for which you gave us the coupons at the nearby restaurant was of good quality but very little to eat.

The location is perfect because it is some minutes walking to the beach and only one minute to the train station. The area is safe and the whole building had a great security. The parkings are available too but it is better to get a small car if you rent one. Nothing to say really !
• Marcus (8/5): Will recommend without hesitation. - The property has space for parking which is rare in Naples. It is also right next to the subway and the ride into the city centre is only 2 stops away. The ticket cost only 1.5 euros one way. The property is on the fifth floor and there is an elevator which is again rare in most of the old buildings in Italy. The host Antonio was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in at noon and he was there personally to greet and set us up. Gave us tips of how to get around and what to do in Naples. There was a payment issue with the credit card but he was extremely patient and helpful. In the end it was resolved. At no time was he upset or rude. It was a very good experience and gave me a good feeling about the situation.

• Eleonora (10/5): Great location in a nice area! - The welcoming was very warm and the host made sure we had all necessary info to enjoy our stay in Naples. The location was great, 10 mins walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the train station to reach the city centre.
• Daniel (10/5): Very clean facility and comfortable bed. Very nice host. I would return. - The host was very welcoming and allowed us to check in much earlier than the normal check in time. He even gave us a map and circled a few historical sites and tourist attractions in Naples as well as restaurants nearby. The back road used to gain access to the facility confused us at first but once we found the right building it wasn't bad.

• Deb (9/5): Lovely guest house in a great location - Great, secure location close to the train station (less than 5 mins walk). The bed was comfortable, the shower was a good size with good water pressure. Windows had insect screens but there was also the option to use the air conditioner (would recommend due to noise from the trains). Communication with Antonio and check in was straightforward. Parking is limited and it wasn’t possible to accommodate our car due to its size (medium sized Jeep). Also don’t bother with the breakfast that it’s included at the cafe down the street, probably the worst coffee I had the entire month we were in Italy and the croissant was equally as bad. That said I think these things are minor and I’d definitely stay again.
• Dimitrios (9/5): A great place to stay in Napoli - The b&b is very clean and comfortable . Great beds and decoration , big bathroom ,small fridge , huge closets , a little balcony , air condition and a really kind and helpful host , Antonio. His advice and suggestions were really great .We felt really safe with the 24h security in a very good location near everything one may need (metro, supermarket). Parking space was an extra advantage .The common area was cute with free coffee all day long (wish we had breakfast there).Thank you Antonio ,hope to visit again... Everything was great but if I could think of something that needs improvement is the breakfast. I think due to covid it is served in a small cafe near the b&b .People there are amazing and did everything they could to please us but the quality and the quantity of food is a little poor.

• Irene (7/5): Cute B&B in a very quiet and strategic area - Very clean and refurbished B&B in the heart of a quiet area. You can reach the city centre by a 30 minutes walk or taking the train in Mergellina station, which we did very often. The rooms are very small but that's not a problem, since you spend most of the day visiting the city. The main problem is the VERY thin walls: you can only hope you have quiet neighbours, since you can clearly hear every single word/noise.

• Jan (7/5): Rooms and location are ok, but very big deception about breakfast - The apartment offers al lot of comfort: spacious rooms, well equiped and big bathrooms, small but nice terrace, a common space with coffee facilities. The host is very friendly and offers a lot of information of what is possible to do in Napoli. LOcation is out of the busy center of Napoli and very near to Mergelina train / metro station. Mind: a steep climb to reach the accomodation. Their website would make you think the rooms are in a cosy house. Wrong: rooms are in apartment building on 5th floor. Also they show you pictures of a luxuriuos breakfast. Wrong: we got a voucher to get some tasteless breakfast in a café downhill with very unfriendly attention.
