• David (9/5): Für einen Besuch in Rom, kann ich dieses Apartment definitiv weiterempfehlen. - Marianos Sohn hat uns willkommen geheißen und uns in der Wohnung alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir waren bereits früh in Rom gelandet, konnten aber netterweise schon gegen 11 Uhr früh einchecken. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet, alles was man gebrauchen könnte, um im Bedarfsfall auch selbst zu kochen, seine Wäsche zu waschen. Sehr saubere Wohnung. Von der Lage her etwas außerhalb - ca. 5km vom Zentrum entfernt, aber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln auch in ca. 45 min super erreichbar. Gibt nichts was ich beanstanden würde.

Kühle Getränke, Milch und Joghurt im Kühlschrank sowie Kaffee und Kekse waren vorhanden, für einen tollen Start in Rom. Keine negativen Punkte.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Marino thought of everything to make our stay memorable. The living area, bedrooms and bathrooms have everything one needs. The apartment also has a good locking system and we felt secure and safe. Thank you for your hospitality Marino. Our only gripe was the location of the property. It is on the outskirts of the Trastevere area and transport into the centre of Trastevere and more importantly Rome city centre, was a nightmare for us! We spent much of our time walking to and then waiting for busses. It was quite unsettling trying to get back to the apartment in the evenings after a long day of sightseeing. Lots of drunk young people on the jam packed busses in Trastevere! We also struggled to find eateries in the evenings in close proximatey to the property.

• Sankar (10/5): Lovely apartment, wonderful host - The apartment is lovely, spacious, superbly equipped, and feels just like home. Best of all, Marino is an incredible host, so considerate and helpful! I had broken my leg before reaching Rome, and he really helped with the process of checking in and renting a wheelchair. He had lots of tips on getting around and answered about a hundred of my questions very patiently! Also unbelievably generous and thoughtful - the wine on arrival is a lovely touch, as are the snacks and essentials stocked in the apartment. It's not close to the metro station, but it's an easy walk to the tram stop that takes you to Piazza Venetia.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms impeccable . • Catherine (9/5): Superb - Our host Marino met us at the accommodation and welcomed us into his home. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was a great hub close to public transport. There is also an incredible Italian restaurant around the corner from the apartment if you want some amazing food! It was a little far away from the centre of Rome for sightseeing for us (as we were travelling with a young child). It took us approx. 20mins by tram to travel into the main plaza to walk around. I don't think this would be a problem for other people.

A bottle of wine, all the facillities needed inside the apartment. Very, very clean and nice arranged, it felt just as being at home, but in Rome! Marino, the owner, welcomed us and he was really warm and helpful!

Kitchen has everything you need for a short or long stay. Excellently located just a few minutes from tram/bus 8 which runs to Trastevere and then to the Piazza Venetia and the historical/antiquity's district. Nice to leave the crowds after a day of exploring and return to a local landscape. Very gracious host. No complaints whatsoever. Best accommodation ever.

She was incredibly friendly and showed us all of the facilities included with the apartment. The apartment was in excellent condition. The rooms were all of an excellent size. The champagne on arrival was a nice touch. Marino the host was very approachable both before and during the stay. No question was too much trouble for him to answer. We loved the location and found it easy to travel around Rome. I could not find any fault with the apartment.

Taxi driver dropped us to the wrong address, Marino was so helpful to guide us to the right place, show the apartment and shared the advises how to get to the centre, whats worth to see and where to eat. Similar information are laminated in the apartment just in case if you forgot some details ;-) We have had wonderful time in Rome. Apartment is very comfortable, just like at home.
