• morad (1/5): HORRIBLE - Emplacement propreté, lieux, chambre sombre, et matériel cassé ou rouillé. Toilettes bouchées. humidité et matelas et literie très sales. Les chambres sont au sous sol, avec des demandes de prix supplémentaires à payer sur place en espèce pour avoir des lits séparés quand cette option est gratuite dans tout hôtel qui se respecte. Une très mauvaise expérience, hôtel à fuir!
• Sabrina (1/5): no lo recomiendo, no es lo que ofrecen - Hice la reservacion hace mas de 3 meses solicitando 2 camas ya que viajo con mi hermana, cuando llegamos era en un lugar feo, sucio y oscuro y luego de pagar 3 noches en efectivo por que no aceptaban tarjeta, tomo la maleta y nos llevó a otro hotel peor a la vuelta y el recepcionista estaba dormido, ya molestas a las 2 de la mañana pregunte si tenia 2 camas y me dijo que no, asi qeu cancele pedi la plata de vuelta y junto a mi hermana salimos de alli, no vi las habitaciones, pero no era el mismo hotel que habia reservado, y por dicha encontramos Larissa Suites mas arriba que nos aceptaron a las 2 am a 50$ por noche y nos acomodaron un sofa cama

• Giuseppe (4/5): Hotel fatiscente e proposta booking ingannevole - La posizione nella città è comoda, vicino piazza Taksim dove molto servizi di trasporto arrivano La strada dell' hotel è brutta, sporca e fatiscente. L'albergatore ci ha accolto dicendo che la camera che abbiamo prenotato su Booking era molto piccola e senza finestre (notizia non riportata sul sito!) e che per avere una camera normale avremmo dovuto pagare un extra prezzo a notte. Abbiamo necessariamente accettato. La camera che ci ha dato era comunque molto stretta tanto da non lasciare spazio per scendere da un lato del letto matrimoniale alla francese. Le pulizie mooolto approssimative. Peraltro abbiamo trovato nel bagno le ciabatte di uno dei precedenti ospiti, segno che chi ha pulito, se hanno pulito, lo ha fatto con nessuna attenzione.

• Mohamed Ahmed (6/5): - The owner is polite and helpful woman . Suitable for those who like calm. It's a modest but quiet hotel, . However, its location isn't suitable for the elderly and those with knee problems, as it's located on a very steep street, making it difficult to get up and down.
• Saltanat (2/5): Завтрак - сытный, комната - с водой, без комаров, прачечная - утюг и стиральная машина - Ничего. В комнате ночью комары не давали спать. Полотенца помятые. Завтрак очень маленький , могли бы приготовить сытный завтрак, о шведском столе не мечтайте. Посетили много стран, у всех есть вода в бутылке, чай, кофе для каждого, здесь только электрочайник. Утюг платный, стиральный машины нет для удобства туристов.

• Yusuf (2/5): first and last - nothing Small hostel manages by family When checking in, lady owner was busy attending to family matters She offered us a room upgrade for €5 when we decline, she offered us anyway in return to give them a score of 10 in booking.com We accepted but later found out the upgraded room a/c was not functioning (faulty) During payment, lady owner charged us in € instead of Lira until we requested it to be in Lira Room was quite clean but only has one towel until we requested another.

• Edi (6/5): Lahko bi bilo malo boljše vzdrževano, drugače pa OK. - Zajterk ni bil nič posebnega, kava ni bila na razpolago. Nastanitev se nahaja v mirnem predelu.Soba je bila čista. Balkonska vrata se niso zaprla (pokvarjena kljuka). V kopalnici kljukice za brisače so se še komaj držale zida (razmajano)

• Marta (10/5): Buen hotel - El alojamiento está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses y a 30 minutos andando aproximadamente de la Torre de Gálata. Dentro de la habitación teníamos una pequeña nevera, un hervidor y secador de pelo, además de unas zapatillas para poder quitarnos los zapatos. El desayuno era completo y nos saciaba por la mañana, y a pesar de que la habitación estaba junto a la zona de recepción no nos molestó ningún ruido. Pero definitivamente, el mayor punto a destacar fue la atención. En todo momento estuvieron atentos a que estuviésemos cómodas, nos ofrecieron direcciones, siempre nos hablaban con una sonrisa e hicieron todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuese de cinco estrellas. Guardaron nuestras mochilas antes del check-in y después del check-out, lo que nos permitió pasar más tiempo explorando la ciudad. Como calidad precio, este alojamiento vale la pena! Cuando entramos en la habitación, el baño olía bastante a humedad, pero lo dejamos ventilándose un rato y lo solucionamos.

• Williams (8/5): incantevole - A 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale di Taksim, all' esterno trovi tutto ciò d cui hai bisogno, negozzi e bar/ristoranti aperti h24, zona molto tranquilla priva di criminalità, se si escludono i piccoli borseggiatori nella zona pedonale. le camere a differenza di quanto dichiarato da booking sono provviste di wifi penso che per un periodo di 7 notti le lenzuola e l 'asciugamano andrebbero cambiate almeno una volta.

Il climatizzatore non funzionava, abbiamo avuto una stufetta elettrica per tutto il tempo.

• Ben (1/5): Très mauvaise expérience, à fuir absolument ! - Je me sens obligé de partager mon expérience avec cet hôtel, qui a été une véritable arnaque. À l'origine, j'avais laissé un bon commentaire après qu'on m'ait demandé mon téléphone pour publier un avis sur Google, mais après avoir vécu ces situations inacceptables, j'ai décidé de modifier mon avis pour alerter les autres voyageurs. Voici les problèmes majeurs que j'ai rencontrés : Chambre au sous-sol avec mauvaise odeur : À mon arrivée, on m'a attribué une chambre au sous-sol qui avait une odeur insupportable. J'ai immédiatement signalé le problème, et la propriétaire m'a répondu que c'était "normal" pour une chambre économique. Elle m'a proposé de changer de chambre, mais uniquement en payant un supplément. C'est tout simplement inacceptable ! Interdiction d'utiliser le sèche-linge : ce qui est encore un autre aspect décevant de cet hôtel, surtout lorsque l'on attend un minimum de commodités. Pratiques douteuses avec les paiements : Lors de mon arrivée, j'avais demandé à échanger 50 € pour avoir des billets de 20 € et 10 € afin de payer un taxi (30 €). La réceptionniste a payé le taxi elle-même, puis a effectué un change à un taux totalement arbitraire, bien moins favorable que le taux réel. Cela m'a paru suspect et très malhonnête. Petit déjeuner médiocre et quantités limitées : Le petit déjeuner était extrêmement basique et peu appétissant. Vous êtes servi avec une assiette déjà préparée, et si vous arrivez même quelques minutes avant la fermeture du service, la propriétaire vous regarde sa montre avant de vous servir. C'est une gestion très rigide et frustrante. Chambre non conforme à la description : La chambre était en mauvais état, sans coffre-fort, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué dans la description de l'hôtel. Cela constitue une tromperie flagrante et une publicité mensongère.

• MARIIA (6/5): - Отель рядом с площадью Таксим, но возле него довольно тихо. Персонал приветливый. Были тапочки, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа. Хороший матрас, нормальное постельное белье. Лифт для подъема на этаж. Чайник, стаканы. WiFi Очень маленький номер. Номер оказался для курящих и сильно промерз от проветривания. Слышимость очень сильная. Постоянно мигало электричество. Шкаф был разбитый, душевая вся в черной плесени включая потолок, долго не решалась туда полезть.

Checkout sollte verspätet möglich sein, sodaß ich den Flug verpaßt hätte Lage des Hotels an einer stark abschüssigen Straße keine Chance für gehbehinderte Personen Entgegen der Absprache dass es eine Barrierefreiheit gibt

The breakfast was the same every day and not appealing at all. The hotel is located in a very unpleasant alley with a steep slope that is extremely inconvenient as soon as we arrived at the hotel, completely exhausted, they tried to sell us a tour. Even though we didn’t want any tours, they kept insisting and wasted an hour of our time, delaying our check-in and upsetting us on our first day.

Wie kann man im Winter mit kalten Wasser duschen und noch dazu um gegen 2 Uhr in der Nacht bis fast 5 Uhr in der Früh gab es in das nebenan Zimmer Streit es war sehr laut.das war eine große falsche Entscheidung dass ich dort gebucht habe und nie wieder.

• Mehmet (2/5): CHAOS - wenn das ein Hotel ist dann ist unter Brücke schlafen wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Einfach schrecklich Nicht mal ein Hund würde 2 Tage dort aushalten. Bin nach 2 Tagen direkt wieder ausgecheckt obwohl ich für 5 nächte gebucht habe.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Duvar kırıktı lambalar, televizyon, sıvı sabun, saç kurutma makinesi ve daha birçok şey... Hiçbiri yoktu. Duvar kırıktı sanatsal bulduk
• Cemal (2/5): - Ich wurde am ersten Tage ins Keller geschickt um dort zu schlafen. Das Zimmer war grausam so wie das Hotel. Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Überall liefen Kleine Tiere rum. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde mir nach 2 Tagen ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Das Zimmer war genauso schrecklich schmutzig. Nach 2 Tagen müsste ich beim Bekannten übernachten. Daher biete ich das komplette Geld zurück. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Odada asla telefon çekmiyordu. Gece yarısı çalışanların sesleri yüzünden rahat bir şekilde uyuyamadım. temizlik konusuna değinmek bile istemiyorum. Çarşafların üstünde birçok leke mevcuttu. asla temiz olduklarını düşünmüyorum .
