• Fabiana (1/5): - La stanza era molto bella Peccato che era sporca peli e capelli nel letto e bloccati nell' asciugamano. Nella doccia capelli a terra e polvere ovunque,quelle luci appese al letto e nel bagno con i fili che pendono pieni di polvere non erano neri ma bianchi, dal frigo usciva una pizza tremenda. Abbiamo chiamato il titolare dove chiedevano almeno un cambio asciugamani ma chi da detto non avevamo prenotato un 3 stelle ma una guest house che mi sentiva pervenuta e che se soffrivamo potevamo andare via e dopo un suo controllo se lo riteneva giusto ci chiedeva iban per fare un rimborso . Ho detto che no. Lo prendevo in giro ma veramente era orrendo e lui ci ha risposto dicendoci che aveva controllato lui le pulizie e che non dovevano soffrire ho detto che facevo sapere se lasciamo la camera perché indecisi alle 20.30 di sera dopo un viaggio e una giornata pesante se andare altrove e perdere le spese perché a quel punto c'è zero fiducia . Poco dopo ci chiedeva di andare via perché aveva altre persone da fare entrare incredibile perché come faceva se doveva controllare prima lo stato della stanza lo ritengo veramente scorretto se ritiene che avere un'attività ci si comporti così non credo proprio anche perché mi ha detto al cellulare che io non potevo fare la lezione a nessuno solo a me stessa ma noi volevamo almeno cambio asciugami alla fine siamo restati impossibilitati ad andare via . Non ci ritorneremo mai più
• Federica (8/5): - Struttura accogliente e molto pulita Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’unica pecca che potrei dire è che avrebbero potuto lasciarci qualche altro caffè perché solo 2 per 2 persone che stanno più notti sono pochi, e magari una bottiglietta d’acqua.

• Issaias (7/5): - - Der Gastgeber war sehr unfreundlich. Wir sind mit unserer Familie und einem kleinen Kind (1,8 Jahre) um 22:00 angekommen. Obwohl wir vorher Bescheid gegeben hatten, wollte er uns keinen Schlüssel geben und sagte nur: „Das ist nicht mein Problem.“ Unser Baby hat geweint, aber das hat ihn nicht interessiert. Nach fast 2 Stunden mussten wir den Schlüssel selbst in einer Bar abholen. Die Situation war sehr unangenehm für uns. Während der 4 Tage haben wir den Gastgeber nicht gesehen und wir haben keine Informationen oder Hilfe bekommen.

Staff is really keen to help and assist you before and during your stay! The shower. Water was either coming super warm, or ice cold, no way to get the desired temperature. • Sabina (8/5): Very good - The room was super cozy and really nicely done — you can tell Frederico put a lot of care into it. I loved the overall vibe of the place. He checked in every day to see if everything was okay, which was really thoughtful. The bathroom had everything I needed. The metro was about a 10–15 minute walk away, and there’s an amazing bakery just across the street! Check-in is done over the phone by sending your identification documents
• Serdaroglu (9/5): We had a clean, comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Tiburtina guest suites. I would recommend it. Thank you - Federico is very kind. Whenever we needed to contact him, he replied fast and he was helpful. The room was clean. The building is safe. We had a comfortable and a pleasant stay. In the pictures, there was 2 different rooms. We hoped to stay in the darker furnished room with balcony. But unfortunately, room 3 that we booked was the one with the blue TV stand without any balcony. So it didn't match without expectations. But overall, I like staying in Tiburtina suites. It was comfortable and clean. I would only recommend them changing that old blue stained tv stand :) but the rest of the room is clean and modern. Tiburtina is a place a little far from the center of the city. It is not possible to walk to the center. So you have to take the subway or a taxi. We rented a car for our stay but I gotta say, the traffic in Rome is crazy! It sometimes took 45 minutes to arrive at the center. So be aware of that. Taxi drivers uses different lines in traffic, instead of renting a car in Rome, taxi is a better option in my opinion.
• Rita (10/5): Absolutely great and very comfortable and homey at the end of a long touristy day! - Amazing communication with the Host, loved the espresso machine and the little goodies he left for us, also the amount of towels (that we did not get when we booked an hotel!), it’s the attention to detail that made the difference. We were actually happy to get there at the end of the day to just relax. I absolutely recommend this accommodation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s just a bit outside of Rome but there’s transportation very near, so it’s not really an issue!

• Thanisha (8/5): Good location - The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable too. The host was very responsive with all questions and very helpful. The train station is cery close by which takes you straight to colosseum and central Rome. The washroom kept smelling (we had to use freshners) as the toilets were stinky even before we used it and bins were not changed during our stay. Further it was bit weird to collect the keys in a bar.

• Bruno (2/5): Unsafe and suspicious - We arrived there, they had no front desk. Man waiting for us couldn’t confirm my name, my confirmation number or any details of our stay. He kept offering to call the owner of the hotel even though it wasn’t a saved number on his phone. He kept asking for our passports but wouldn’t tell me his name, or any other information. We felt unsafe and left. I will be pursuing a refund.
