- Öznil (2/5): Worst experience, not nice approach - They attempted to assign me a different room type than the one I had purchased. I wanted to either receive the room type I had paid for or accept a lower category room with a refund of the difference, but they absolutely refused. The reception was strange, and the welcome was unpleasant. Not wanting to be blatantly deceived, I spent nearly an hour corresponding with a hotels.com agent to request a refund and ended up staying at a different hotel. I definitely do not recommend it
- Merve Nur (4/5): - Umgebung sehr gut! Überall super erreichbar. Bett und Kissen sehr gemütlich. Balkon war mein Favorite! Aufzug hat funktioniert. Klima hat funktioniert. Hotelzimmer: Der Boden sah verklebt aus. Im Bad war Dusche kaputt, Kloschüssel war nicht fest,keine Klobürste. Hat sehr unhygienisch gewirkt Im Gang hat’s komisch gestunken. Ich würde nur wegen Umgebung buchen sonst nicht!
- Jonatan (4/5): 2 out of 5 - AC stopped working after a while. Had to turn it back on. Bathroom was not good. Low quality. Roof was falling apart, shower only had top-mounted shower, and it was also starting to fall apart. Shower leaked to the rest of the bathroom during shower. The adjustment on the wall didnt quite work for hot/cold water, it was pretty random. Most thing's were not 100% in place, like door handle. Toilet was standing on a wooden piece..? There was no soap for hand wash included. We had to ask for shower gel also.. This hotel is not even close to being a 3-star hotel. No issues with wi-fi, and rest of the room was OK. Balcony didn't feel so fresh. It was very loud from the traffic outside even though balcony door was closed.

- Irem (2/5): - Otelde odamızda üzerimize su damladı ve otelden sabah 4.30 da ayrılmak zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca elektriğinde gitmesiyle hiç bir şeyden faydalanamadık ve biz iki oda olarak çıkış yaparken ardımızdan bir odanın daha elektrik olmadığı için çıkış yaptığını gördük. Ücret iademizin yapılacağı söylendi fakat hala hotels e ve otele mail atmamıza rağmen iademiz yapılmadı. Kısacası mağdur olduk.

- Filiz (10/5): - It's in the middle of the lively Beşiktaş district and is a very safe area. An excellent location. Perfect transport links by boat on Bosphorus, buses, taxis, within easy walking distance to many, many lovely restaurants, bars, cafes, plenty of shopping facilities for all budgets and tastes. Easy to reach for all famous sights and attractions. I stayed here as a lone female passenger on business trip and it exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend. I would stay here again.

- Firas (2/5): SAVE YOUR MONEY, RUDE,DIRTY AND DISGUSTING - SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment that considers themselves a business. It was dirty, and the room was smaller than it seems in the pictures. The location was good but there are so many hotels in the area. The staff was so rude from beginning to end. They were calling my room at 10am to checkout, although it says 11 or 12 on there site.

- E. (6/5): - Die Lage ist top, direkt vor dem Hotel sind die Bushaltestellen und taxistände innerhalb von Sekunden kriegt man ein taxi. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung der erste eindruck war nicht toll aber wenn man auf die Zimmer kommt ist alles wieder in Ordnung. Durch die Lage hat man lärm vermutet dieses war aber nicht der Fall. Zur Reinigung: Es wurde nur gereinigt wenn man auf den Reinigungsknopf drückt, von selbst kommt keiner drauf aufzuräumen. Wir waren 6 nächte da, am ersten Tag wurde nass durch gewischt und dann nicht mehr, der Boden sah nach 6 Tagen dementsprechend aus. Im Bad wurde auch keine große mühe gezeigt, überall waren flecken zu sehen. Zum Frühstück: Frühstücken tut man im Hinterhof, da sind mehrere Restaurant an denen man durch ein Ticket der Rezeption frühstücken kann. Der "Standart" frühstück ist nichts besonderes, wir haben am ersten tag da gegessen und wenn man was warmes wie rühreier wollte musste man drauf zahlen. Also sind wir außerhalb frühstücken gegangen.

- UGUR (2/5): Size tavsiyem oteli tekrar gidip degerlendirin. - Daha önceden de konaklama yapmış olduğum bu otelde sizden oda alımını gerçekleştirmeden önce Oteli arayarak otelin işletmecisi olduğunu belirten beyefendiye odanın cephesini sordum. Kendisi arka Cephe olduğunu söyledi. Otelin arka cephesini de daha önceden konakladığım için biliyorum ama otelin odasının camının klima motorlarına baktığını ve camı açtığınız an camın önünde klima motorlarının dizili olduğunu en azından otel ve siz sitenizde belirtebilirsiniz. Uygun bir fiyata konaklama imkanı sağlamanız gayet güzel ama insanların böyle bir bilgiyi bilmeye hakkı var. Lütfen sizde bir otele gittiğinizde böyle bir manzarayla karşılaşırsanız ne kadar büyük hüsrana uğrayacağınızı düşünüp bu perspektiften Yaklaşin olaya. Bu aksaklıktan sonra otel odasına girdiğimde otelin sifonunın bozuk olduğu, Sifon kapağının yerinde olmadığı ve eliniz ile açık olan bir yerde sifon mandalini aradığınızı düşünün sanırım size de çok galip gelecektir. Bununla birlikte duşa kabinin cam kapısının sabit olmadığı için yerinden çıktığını, duş başlığının ve duş tesisatının bozuk olduğunu, otelin arka cephe ve bodrum katı olmasından dolayı gece ısıtmalarının çalışmadığını, ki 7 dereceye dusmustu sicaklik ve klimayı açtığımda sadece soğuk işleyen mekanizmasının aktif olduğunu gördüm ve titreyerek uyuduk, Ve suratsız bir işletme mudurunun Bu isletmenin başında olduğunu söylemek sanırım yeterli olacaktır. Çok kötü ve rezil bir işletmecilik anlayışı olan bu otel. Size tavsiyem oteli gidip sizde inceleyİn

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The place of the hotel is near everything but my experience in the hotel was disappointing, the windows need a lot of maintenance as you can hear everything happening down the street. Plus, there’s a transparent window between our room and the room next to us only closed with a transparent curtain.. no privacy. The cleanliness is not up the level of the hotel. The most disappointing thing was the staff. I sent my clothes to the laundry, the next day they asked for 180 lira meanwhile in other hotel before 3 nights i sent my clothes also to the laundry and they took only 50 lira. So i asked him for invoice he said there is no invoice and didn’t give me the clothes knowing that usually we pay on the check-out. The next day, another staff member told me it’s 90 lira.. and we had some trash talk because i told her i need invoice as last night the number was 180 lira!!! I found out there’s a lie out there and for no reason.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Enorme geluidsoverlast!! Wij hadden een kamer die zogenaamd met tuinuitzicht, maar er was geen tuin!! Het was een grote comlex voor het parkeren van auto’s en een bekende uitgaansgelegenheid die Dockxxl heet. Het nachtleven begon rond 10 uur tot in de vroege ochtend. Nou echt een nachtrust was er niet!! Personeel heeft meerdere klachten hierover gekregen vandaar dat de oordopjes op verzoek gelijk beschikbaar waren. Trouwens dat hele complex inclusief het hotel is van hetzelfde eigenaar.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Wij hebben altijd ook een uitgebreid uitleg gekregen als wij informatie vroegen. Ze doen echt hun best hoor! De ligging vind ik heel uniek..heel centraal gelegen, de bussen en dolmus stopt voor de deur. Wil je de bosporus overvaren? Schuin tegenover het hotel kan je dat. Veel winkels, café’s en restaurants rondom het hotel maar er is ook veel uitgaansleven in Besiktas dus heb je ‘s nachts veel geluidshinder. De eerste nacht hebben wij niet kunnen slapen door te luide muziek maar de volgende nachten viel het wel best mee. Dit had ik wel verwacht in Besiktas. Toch is dit het beste hotel waar ik in Istanbul verbleven heb en ja ik zal zeker terug gaan! Postief bekeken was het niet saai en stil dankzij de muziek buiten:)
- Bayhan (4/5): Oda seçimine dikkat! - Otel ana caddede olmasına rağmen girişi bir pasajın içinden olması nedeniyle bulunması güç. Deniz tarafında olmayan odalarda hafta sonu sabaha kadar süren konser ve eğlencelerden dolayı saat 04:30a kadar uyumak imkansız. (Yönetim bu şikayetimizden dolayı bizi ön tarafta ki bir odaya aldı. Kendileri de bu durumun farkında) ön tarafta da araç ve klakson sesleri nedeniyle sağlıklı dinlenmek çok zor. Check in ve check out işlemleri sorunsuz ve hızlı. Kahvaltı 15-20m ileride ki bir cafede veriliyor. Serpme kahvaltı şeklinde verilen kahvaltı son derece doyurucu ve çeşit bakımından tatmin edici. Beşiktaş’ta kalacak kişiler için lokasyon mükemmel. Erken yatıp dinlenmeyi düşünüyorsanız bu oteli unutun. Amaç eğlence ve dinlenme değilse mükemmel seçim.

The hotel has served us with good breakfast during our stay. The only thing that concerned us just the smell of the new wall paint but apart from that was great.
