- Kurt (10/5): - Excellent hotel. Very clean. Our room was spacious and beautiful. Staff cleaned room at least once a day and turned down bed 1-2 times. There was some construction on one of the restaurants so it wasn’t open but the Netsu was good if you like that style. Pool staff was great. Pool extremely clean. The Club lounge was my favorite, down the money to get access to it.

The staff is awesome, especially Rafik Salah from Guest Relations, Essan from The Bay restaurant, and Gerardo and Khalid from the Club Lounge. We always stay at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira when we travel to Dubai and always recommend this hotel to our friends.

We really loved our conversations with Arman and couldn't forget to mention Eon, Lexie and Troy also. We really loved the uniquely designed pools and the beach is simply beautiful. Just an unreal experience, spotless, the staff are on hand and foot to help with anything you need. The multiple pools are beautiful, the beach is lovely and as for the restaurants, well, faultless. This will now be my main hotel I shall be staying at.

- Brian (10/5): - I didn't know what to expect with my first time traveling to Dubai. I've received so much mixed feedback from friends and colleagues. Let me just say that I FELL IN LOVE with Dubae and a lot of that had to do with my stay at the Mandarin Oriental. This place is phenomenal from check-in to the time we departed. I stayed in July 2022 with my wife and two kids and this place epitomizes luxury and superior customer service. Everything was perfect and because of this experience, I will be back in October for my birthday.

- RONAN (10/5): Memorable moments at the Mandarin Oriental - We had a really lovely 2 days in the Mandarin Oriental. The rooms and facilities are great but what really makes the hotel so wonderful is the people. Everyone we met was so helpful and wanted us to have a great stay from the front desk team, to the team in the spa. A special call out to the team in the club lounge who deliver a relaxed, yet high quality service. The afternoon tea in the club lounge was one of the most interesting, and delicious that we have ever had. Yes this hotel is expensive, but you can see where the money is being spent, the quality of the food, the crockery, the lobby, its all there. There are far too many extra little touches to call out, but its this coupled with the teams attention to detail that makes it a truly 5 star experience. To give this review some balance we did have a small issue during our stay with external noise that was out of the hotels control, but it was dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction.

Issue was everyone expected a tip which frankly not expected at such a property. Price was exuberant at 3 times there normal rate.

The front dest are the worst u would deal with and the service is really bad. The pool area is under construction so imagine relaxing at the pool and having endless noise. Everything about my stay was bad except the fact that the facility itself and the rooms are really good.

I have never been disappointed and thats why i keep coming back over and over regardless of all the other wonderful hotels in Dubai. The service team especially the bell boys and the concierge are so wonderful that i even managed to memorize all their names ... coming back again in the next 3 weeks

- Yuanna (6/5): A rather disappointing stay ... - I made a stop in Dubai basically to experience the hotel. I got an early check-in but no late check-out because the hotel was fully booked. Fair enough. I stayed at a really lovely suite but I don’t understand why a huge TV was erected right in the middle of the suite meaning my sea view was blocked. Clever right? I couldn’t enjoy the rooftop pool because the water was freezing. The breakfast served at the Club Lounge was a lot less appetising than the breakfast served at the Cafe. Why would the hotel do that to guests who pay more to stay at the Club Level or the suites? This really baffles me. I love the Mandarin Oriental brand but I find this hotel rather disappointing.

Expect high process for everything - but in return quality of food, rooms, spa treats and all spaces and staff are the very very best. Never too busy either - doesn't feel overly crammed.
