• Le Chat 25 (9/5): Emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre historique - Chambre très bien située proche du Vatican, du Château St Ange et du fleuve. Quelques minutes à pieds pour aller sur la place St Pierre. Et en traversant le Tibre, on se retrouve dans le quartier historique. Facile d'accès avec les bus et un arrêt du métro à 10 minutes. La douche est petite et l'eau chaude met 2 minutes pour arriver. Puis c'est très difficile de régler la température.

• Nuala (6/5): - The room was spacious and pretty, the location was good. The owner allowed us to leave our luggage there after checkout and was considerate and polite. The toilet didn't flush properly. The owner arranged for a plumber to come but it seems that in Rome a toilet is considered to flush properly if it flushes one time in twenty. The sofa bed had not been made up even though I had deliberately booked a room with a double bed and a single bed ('triple' room rather than double). Apparently if it is only for two people they only make up the double bed, whether the guests are a couple or not. They said I would have to pay extra for them to put sheets on the sofa bed, even though the 'triple' room I had booked was more expensive than a double.

Compared to prices found for similar accommodations nearby during the same period, this property offered the most reasonable rate. The room needs proper maintenance, while the bathroom is in very good condition. There is quite a lot of noise coming from the surrounding rooms and the hallway, especially from doors opening and closing.

• Stanislav (1/5): Surprisingly Bad. - Nothing Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the very first day, we had serious issues with the hot water. It took 30–40 minutes of running the water on maximum just to get it slightly warm, which is completely unacceptable. We reported this multiple times, and although someone came to “check,” the problem was never actually resolved. On the last night, the situation got even worse — there was no hot water at all, neither in the shower nor in the sink. We were left without any proper solution. No alternative room was offered, and no immediate fix was provided. The only response we received was that it would be repaired “tomorrow morning,” even though we were already checking out early and could not benefit from that. Because of this, we were forced to heat water using a kettle just to be able to wash ourselves. This is something you would never expect when paying for accommodation. The host kept insisting that the issue was sudden and affected all rooms only that night, but this is simply not true. We experienced problems with the hot water throughout our entire stay. Hot water is a basic necessity, not a luxury. The lack of it — especially for multiple days — significantly impacted our experience. We believe this situation deserves compensation, and future guests should be aware of this issue before booking. Overall, we cannot recommend this place.

Besides this, it is spacious for two people, clean, in excellent location, close to the centre but a bit away from the city noise. The bathroom possesses clean towels and hygiene kits, and the room has comfortable bed, clean bedsheets and courtesy tea and water. The only disadvantage was the low pressure of water in the shower and not always hot water.

• Yogesh (9/5): Cozy, great location-away from the crowds. Clean and comfortable - We were there for 2 nights. I wanted a room close to the vatican and other attractions. This address is on a busy throughfare. The bus stop is right outside. The taxi stand is around the corner. The airport shuttle stop is just 3 minutes walk from this unit. We walked from the St Pete's bas to the hotel room. There are many eateries around this place. The host was helpful and friendly and very communicative. The shower is a little small to my liking. I am a bigger guy and it felt tight. It took like 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower, but it did come out after that. The building is an old one. So, the door locks were older..the bed side light switches were older and.but it was not a big concern.

• Verdiana (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole, ma insonorizzazione insufficiente - Ho soggiornato presso la guest house Angelina a Roma e, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata positiva. La struttura è piuttosto confortevole e ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità dello staff, che ha gentilmente esaudito la mia richiesta di ristoro con tè caldo. Bello il parquet sia in bagno che in camera e in generale lo stile di arredo. Nota dolente l’insonorizzazione della stanza, praticamente assente. Durante la notte una coppia nella stanza accanto faceva schiamazzi e rideva fino all’una, dando la sensazione di averli in camera. Sarebbe opportuno avvisare gli ospiti del rispetto del silenzio a partire da una certa ora serale. Segnalo inoltre che il rubinetto (acqua calda) del lavandino in bagno perdeva abbondantemente.
• Lars (6/5): - Die zentrale Lage ist wirklich hervorragend und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal, das durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war – man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Leider gibt es jedoch auch einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Die auf den Bildern dargestellten Zimmer entsprechen nicht ganz dem aktuellen Pflegezustand vor Ort. Zudem war das Wasser im Badezimmer dauerhaft kalt und der Wasserdruck kaum vorhanden, was den Komfort deutlich eingeschränkt hat. Auch die fehlende Isolierung der Zimmertüren macht die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, sodass Geräusche vom Flur oder aus anderen Zimmern gut zu hören sind. Insgesamt überzeugt die Unterkunft vor allem durch ihre Lage und den Service, allerdings besteht beim Zustand und der Ausstattung der Zimmer noch deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.
• Aleksandr (7/5): - The property is in a great location, very close to the tourist center, and you can easily reach all the main attractions on foot. It’s not in the old town with its narrow cobblestone streets, which makes access easier. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping comes every day—special thanks to the lovely Polish lady who cleaned our room so well! There are plenty of parking spaces around the block, and it’s quite affordable (around €12 per day). Plus, there are many good restaurants in the same block. We expected a bit more for a property rated 9 on Booking. We stayed during New Year’s when temperatures dropped significantly at night, and the rooms felt quite cold. The doors and overall structure are older, so cold air came through. Both AC units worked all night, but sometimes it wasn’t enough to keep the room warm. Another issue was that hot water only appeared after about 90 seconds, which was inconvenient. One of our rooms had no windows, making it very dark, while the bedroom had two windows facing the backyard on the third floor, so it was bright during the day. Additionally, everything felt quite basic and cheap. The kitchen was poorly equipped—basically just a microwave The iron table with chairs were too cold to sit on comfortably. I think it would be a better experience in summer, but in winter it was not ideal.

The building is very charming in an old building on the fifth floor but the plumbing infrastructure is not very effescient. Shower was cold and very low pressure so it was problematic even though the staff was caring about it, they could do anything due to the old infrastructure. On the fifth floor with a small elevator so it's important to know for some people

• Claudifamily (9/5): Wunderbare Unterkunft in Prati - Ilenia hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt hier. Wir waren schon öfters in Rom und wohnen meistens in Spagna - wollten aber diesmal in Prati wohnen. Die Größe des Zimmers war angenehm - genug Platz für alles - großes Vorzimmer mit Stangen zum Aufhängen der Kleidung (kein Kasten aber ok) es gibt aber auch eine Kommode für Wäsche - sehr ruhig, Bett bequem, nette Einrichtung. Die Lage ist fantastisch, weil um die Ecke der Piazza Cavour ist. Man ist sehr schnell in Ponte oder Spagna... etc. und ausserdem waren mein Mann und ich (wie immer in Rom) immer nur zu Fuss unterwegs. Vis à vis vom Angelina Dimona Contemporanea ist in der Via Cicerone ein entzückendes Frühstückslokal (Lumière) mit einer Riesenauswahl an herrlichem Frühstück - als das einmal am Sonntag zu hatte haben wir um die Ecke auch eine nette italienische Alternative gefunden. das einzige was ich auszusetzen habe ist der schlechte Kanalgeruch im Badezimmer, das hat uns schon ziemlich gestört - ist aber halt in Rom allgemein in manchen alten Häusern ein Problem - Da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür.

• M (4/5): Afschuwelijk - Locatie is prima. Parkeergarage vlakbij kamer, €30 per 24 uur. Kamer is niet schoon, badkamer was vol schimmel en stonk enorm naar rioollucht. Het was afschuwelijk. Raampje badkamer stond continue open, maar dat hielp niet. Deur badkamer dicht gemaakt, hielp ook niet. Vochtige kamer, alles oud en niet bijgehouden. Vloerkleed erg vies. Geen aanrader.

Zona tranquilla anche di sera e pulita. Numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Gentilissima la sig.a Ilenia che ci ha accolto. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in custodia anche dopo il check-out.

• Angelo (8/5): Ottimo (da 1 a 10: 8) - L'alloggio è confortevole, la pulizia è ottima, il punto è ottimale per visitare Roma a piedi, praticamente equidistante da tutto. In più la notte si dorme bene, perché sufficientemente distante dai luoghi più "rumorosi" di sera-notte. Per chi invece si reca in auto, c'è un ottimo parcheggio custodito in Piazza Cavour. Taxi comodissimo, perchè a 50 mt dal portone.

• Maria (8/5): Ideal accommodation for visiting Rome - Brilliant location, nice, comfortable and clean apartment. Ideal for a busy sightseeing trip to Rome where you spend very little time in your accommodation. Would definitely return and recommend.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Rooms and Location was very nice and clean! There is a Bus Right in Front of The Building and several Places within walking distance. There was no breakfast Provided in the mornings as written in the hotel description and promised at Check in. Therefor it should Not be called bed & breakfast as it is simply only a bed.
