Com vista para a Sagrada Família Apartamento confortável para um casal. Excelente De não conseguirmos antecipar o check-in pois nosso trem chegou em Barcelona às 11:30, mas o atendimento do apartamento nos indicou um local bem próximo para deixarmos as malas, e já conseguimos explorar as casas Gaudí até o horário de check-in

- Oleg (5/5): Convenient location for tourism or shopping if price if good; BUT expect older smaller less comfort. - Location is great. We also got this unit at the last moment, after our previous host cancelled on us. The building is old and interesting, with dramatic spiral staircase and right next to apartments where locals live. Breakfast place downstairs was open early in the morning and very tasty. The essentials were provided, but nothing extra. (For example: asking for more towels costs money). Host answered questions, but with long delay. Cold water only in the shower on second day of stay. Bathrooms smelled of sewage, one of the sinks was almost blocked. There were centipedes or something crawly like that. We understand that this is an old building, and remotely managing tenants is hard, and overall we were lucky to find a place to stay last moment. but. BUT :(

No big complaint, but I just want to suggest that management should consider investing on cleaning supplies for the guests including vacuum and essential, non-toxic bathroom cleaners/disinfectants. Also, there wasn’t a clothes drying rack available.

I’d stay again now that I understand the hot water limi - The location and set up in the apartment was perfect for a family travelling with teenagers. Loved our kitchen and it had everything we needed. We had some issues with the shower leaking but they were able to resolve it quickly. The hot water tanks are small and take time to reheat so if you expect long showers this is not the place for you.

- Bailing (1/5): I booked four nights, but due to the hotel's facilities issues, I couldn't sleep for two nights - No 1. We had already indicated at the time of reservation that there were two elderly people and a child in our family and we were traveling together. We repeatedly asked if there was a paid luggage storage area available, but the email reply did not solve the problem at all. 2. There was a very serious door lock issue: on the day of check-in, our family had reserved the first row of seats at the Palau de la Música in Barcelona, but when we were leaving the hotel, we found that the door could not be locked. My wife and I missed the best performance time. No one came to repair it that night. Considering the security situation in Barcelona, we stayed awake all night by the door. The jet lag and fatigue from the journey completely ruined our trip. The next morning, the staff came to repair it and it turned out that the door lock was out of power. We cannot accept such a low-level mistake. 3. On the third night, my wife's room had a roof leak at night, which made the pillow all wet. My wife called the hotel at 2 a.m., and the hotel called back at 4 a.m. But no one came to repair it until the next morning. It was another sleepless night. 4. It was extremely noisy downstairs. Several young people were throwing water balloons at each other and having a party, making it impossible for us to rest. Summary: This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It completely ruined our family's trip to Spain.

Eventually an access card was issued. I can't understand why a bank up access card cannot be issued routinely to prevent this occurrence.

Odore di muffa. Pulizia fatte evidentemente in estrema velocità avendo trovate dei vetri rotti per terra in salotto sotto il mobile TV e dal divano. Premetto che sono stato nello stesso appartamento lo scorso anno e che per l'accesso c'erano già stati problemi nuovamente riproposti quest'anno, codice non valido e app non funzionante. Dialogo difficoltoso con il supporto clienti nonostante persone che parlano inglese.
- Orlin (7/5): - I liked the spatious rooms 1. Problem - The bathrooms amenities were very old and miserable. The bathroom doors were unable to be closed completely which is causing a huge discomfort when someone is inside using toilet or taking a shower. 2.Problem - There were no keys available. We should have opened the outside door using a phone app which is absolutely risky in case my cellphone battery get emty. I was constantly checking my battery in order to be able later to open the door. 3.Communication with the persons responsible for this facility was bad. I asked them to send me a receipt for the damage garanty that I paid them and they did not do it. There was nobody from the owners or managing staff who at the time when we left to confirm that we leave the apartment intact and without damages. If they wanted to cheat us they could do it easily. .

La llave de acceso no funciona bien, tuvimos que llamar para que la vuelvan a activar, he ido a otros apartamentos con acceso en el móvil y no era tan complicado. El personal de contacto solo se puede contactar por correo salvo sea una emergencia. Y no contestaban muy rápido.
- Martin Machalínek (9/5): - The apartment was very spacious. Although it looks old, it wasn't an issue for us. We were 2 couples and we had everything we needed. One of the bathrooms was slightly stinky like a sewage, but the opened window solved the issue. We had a little issue with unlocking the apartment, two smartphones of three were not able to unlock the door.

The water kettle was broken. The microwave with a door was broken hand soap there was only one bathroom has a hand soap. There was not enough towels. The tiles were broken. I almost fell and one of them was wiggling.

- Leonid Lazebnikov (6/5): Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 points - Excellent location. The metro is right outside the building. All forms of transportation are nearby. Barcelona's attractions are within walking distance. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen appliances are good, including an oven with a microwave, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a cooktop. A smart TV is also included. Unfortunately, some of the plumbing is in poor condition: The cold water faucet on the second sink doesn't work, and the shower hoses leak, spilling water onto the floor. Accessing the digital lock takes a very long time. At first, I thought the system didn't work. But then I realized I had to wait 20-30 seconds. The first time, it was very unpleasant. We were standing by the door with our suitcases, and the door wouldn't open. Then we got used to it... Several floor tiles have come loose. It's not a big deal, but it's annoying.

A number of loose floor tiles in the Living Room area were a serious health & safety concern. Flat was not as clean as it should be. Shower hoses leaking causing flooding of bathroom area.

- Ola (9/5): Doskonała lokalizacja apartamentu - Apartament mieści się w świetnym miejscu. Blisko do metra, kolejki i autobusu. Większość atrakcji dostępna spacerem na pieszo. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone. W mieszkaniu znajdowały się zestawy kawy, herbaty, płyn do mycia, kostki do zmywaki. Otrzymaliśmy szczegółowe instrukcje do wejścia do budynku i do mieszkania. Szybka odpowiedź na wszelkie nasze zapytania. Pralka w kiepskim stanie - brudna, nie zdecydowalismy się skorzystać z niej. Mogłoby być więcej talerzy i szklanek.

Le vie principali a 2 Min a piedi. Zona tranquilla e ben servita. L'unica cosa un po' complicata se vogliamo è stata aprire la porta dell' appartamento. Problema risolto telefonicamente in breve tempo. Chi ha risposto è stato molto gentile e ha risolto il problema seppur noi siamo arrivati oltre le 23.00 di sera.

Online odbavení, odemčení pomocí aplikace, kterou si po ověření mohl stáhnout kdokoliv z ubytovaných. Skvělé. Lokalita byla skvělá, vše vzdáleno pár kroky. Byt je na rušné ulici, přesto bylo v bytě velmi ticho. Klimatizace také nebyla slyšet. Skvělé příslušenství typu jar, tablety do myšky, prací prášek, houbička atd. vše skvěle připraveno.

Her aradığımızda yeniden ticket oluşturdular ve sorunu bir türlü çözmek istemediler. 4 saat sonunda kapıyı açmaya gelen yetkili size anahtar veremem dedi. Akşam etkinlik biletlerimiz olmasına rağmen bizi odayla kilitleyip gitti. Sonraki gün anahtar gelecek diye bekledik ama yine biz talep açmak zorunda kaldık ve saatlerce dışarıya çıkamadık. 2 günlük tatilimizin 1 günü habitat ve çalışanları yüzünden mahvoldu. İnsanlar senede bi kaç gün nefes alabilmek için bu tarz yerlere geliyorlar. Bu kadar travma yaşatmanız ve umursamamanız çok anlamsız Açtıkları ticketları kendileri bile görmüyorlar kimse ilgilenmiyor, herkes sadece mesai saatini bitirmeye çalışıyor sonuç odaklı değiller, hizmet vermek istemiyorlar

Malheureusement les équipements étaient insuffisants (manque de vaisselle, 1 douche inutilisable, fuite plafond toilettes qui a nécessité des demandes d’interventions) Les équipements et le bruit des autres locataires irrespectueux. Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas forcément au logement qui vous sera attribué.

- Quintanilla (10/5): This apartment was perfect for a family to spend a comfortable time in. Great location - This location was perfect for our stay - it was close to public transportation and amazing restaurants. I appreciated that the hosts were communicative and quick to respond. They addressed my questions and concerns with great care. We loved the balcony and overall roominess of the space. It was perfect for a family! There was one issue with a broken dining room chair, but the host was gracious about this concern.

- PacMan Travel (2/5): Go to Barcelona, but avoid these apartments. - Do not stay here. The location was very central, easy access to public transport and many walking distance conveniences and tourist highlights like La Pedrera. But then again, you can stay at a proper hotel like the Olivia Balmes right across the street, or at another apartment nearby with the same location and likely a much better stay. Not as advertised. The pictures look amazing but they are very tailored, once in the property the spaces were a lot smaller and older than they appear in the pics. Is one of those cheaply flipped apartments to look very modern with minimal budget, so it has a lot of things like sliding doors that are flimsy and flaky, and things like a safe that simply does not work. One of the rooms had only an ironing table but no closets, dresser or even a proper night stand to put anything. The washer-dryer is advertised but it is also unmaintained and even after a couple of "drying" cycles the clothes came out soaked and not even fully cleaned. The building itself is also very old, and the entrance is by the waste disposal so is always particularly dirty. We had some guest neighbors that were partying the first night, we thought they were going to be very loud, but it was ok until the real scandal came from one of the hosts who came knocking at their door and made a big fuss in the hallway about their music when it was really the host itself who woke us up with his loud banging in the door (we thought it was ours since they are right next to each other). Then he just kept yelling and threatening them with the deposit while they seemed polite. We were not even being nosy, with those old walls is hard not to hear what goes on in the hallway when there is yelling. They use an app-based lock that was flaky and was hacked poorly on top of an old door and half broken. Just one of the many things they "remodeled". And the worst part is that they want to charge us for it randomly, even though it was in the same state as when we arrived! Is not a lot (50 euro) but is probably part of a running scam to get a piece of the deposit. Shameful thing to do. These may be just minor inconveniences, you are willing to let go in a hostel or alike, but these guys are charging top price (We paid around $2000 usd for a 4 night stay) so not really acceptable.

- Evgenii (7/5): - Апартаменты нам очень понравились. Внутри было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: два санузла с душевыми кабинами, отдельный туалет. Мы отдыхали семьёй из четырёх человек (трое взрослых и один ребёнок) — для всех было достаточно места и всего необходимого. На первом этаже располагалась пекарня, где можно было купить кофе, свежевыжатые соки и вкусно, сытно и недорого позавтракать. Рядом множество магазинов и бутиков, всё в шаговой доступности. Если куда-то ездили на такси, дорога занимала совсем немного времени. В Барселоне почти всё находится в центре, поэтому и поездки обходились недорого. Отличное расположение и комфортные условия — однозначно рекомендуем! Из минусов: при заселении возникли сложности с получением электронных ключей — по плану их должны были выдать онлайн, но из-за неполадок мы сразу не смогли попасть внутрь. Пришлось связываться со службой поддержки, дозваниваться, и, будучи уставшими с дороги, ждать решения. В итоге вопрос удалось закрыть примерно за 15–20 минут (возможно, чуть больше), но это всё равно было неприятно. Самым большим минусом оказался шум. Было очень слышно соседей — буквально всё: шаги по лестнице, разговоры, смыв в туалете. Жили мы, кажется, на третьем или четвёртом этаже, и шум был и днём, и ночью, поэтому высыпаться не получалось. Если вы молодые и ночью активно гуляете, возможно, это не будет проблемой, но для семьи, которая хочет спокойно спать, это неудобно. Также один раз не работал лифт (причину мы не узнали), и приходилось подниматься пешком. Сам лифт очень маленький и неуютный. В целом апартаменты хорошие и удобные, но нужно учитывать, что шумоизоляция слабая и могут быть мелкие технические неудобства.

- Angela (8/5): Pleasant apartment but non existent customer support - We got the deluxe apartment and we really liked it. The location is excellent and nearby many shops and restaurants. Our power got cut off by the main switch at our apartment and this happened many times in a short time interval. I contacted customer supply asking for help as it felt that some of the appliances are malfunctioning. I was promised that someone will contact me very soon to fix the issue but nobody ever reached out. It feels like there is nonexistent customer support at this property and if something is not working well then you are on your own.

- Or (3/5): Spacious apartment in a good location, but the terrible service completely ruined the experience - The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The price is reasonable and offers good value for the size and amenities provided. The location is also convenient, close to central spots in the city. Unfortunately, the service experience was terrible. On the night of our arrival, we were stuck outside the apartment for over four hours because the access app didn’t work. Despite following all the instructions and reaching out to the customer service multiple times, we were met with silence and no assistance. Only at 2:30 AM did someone finally arrive to open the door for us. This was an exhausting, frustrating, and disrespectful experience that forced us to cancel our evening plans and wait helplessly in the middle of the night. The lack of a functioning support system and proper emergency response is unacceptable, and I would expect at least a formal apology and compensation.
- Cora (10/5): Exceptional - Thoughtfulness of hosts in leaving all types of supplies for,our use. The old world charm of the building and the apartment with all modern conveniences was the best. The decor was well done. Chairs in kitchen were uncomfortable and towels a bit thin but not a big deal.
