• Maninder (10/5): Great Stay! - The apartment was very clean and tidy. Easy to access and felt safe. A great location and nice reasonably priced cafes and restaurants nearby. There wasn’t much room for opening and storing luggage in the apartment, but for a short trip with minimal luggage it’s fine.

• angela (10/5): Luxury Parisian apartment in a charming area of Paris - Communication was fantastic…. Very responsive. The apartment is so pretty and in a great location. We loved it! Will recommend and stay there again.

• Adrian (4/5): Nice but tiny. The staff was late with cleaning so we needed to wait until it was serviced for 2 1/2 hours. - Fairly modern, close to city centre. Surrounded by excellent coffee shops and restaurants. Nearest proximity of the underground (metro). It is tiny. Literally. Difficult to move around. Located on 1st floor, elevator does not work so it is not for someone with heavy luggage. Entrance next to hot chicken place, you can smell the odours.

• Bernadette (9/5): Great location. Beautiful place. Excellent host. - Excellent location. Metro just around the corner. Lots of coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants and even markets close by. The lockbox was different to open.

• Adele (3/5): over priced, misrepresented and very disappointing. - not applicable The apartment was very difficult to access. We had to ask a tenant for assistance. We booked this place because it had an elevator but unfortunately it did not stop at our floor! No instructions for the stove top or oven, no microwave and the towel warmer did not work, we received no assistance when it was requested. The faucet in the WC was loose and the fridge is not secured. The cupboard door by the kitchen table is falling off its hinges. There was significant dirt marks by the garbage can and minor marks on the walls elsewhere. There was no teapot, dish cloth, tea towels and not even salt and pepper shakers. We also found that on one afternoon and two nights there was an incredible amount of noise coming from the next door apartment. This was most alarming at one o'clock in the morning. After I spoke to the person in the apartment there was limited noise. Her explanation was the noisy restaurant downstairs and the building being very old. I have rented apartments in Paris previously and have never encounter anything like this. Especially considering the cost.

The rooms were small but felt luxurious. Sofabed mattress ok as It was used for kids. Rooms small but ok for a couple of days.

• Sara (6/5): Pleasant - The flat was in good location with cafe and restaurants around. Inside was also clean. The hotel took 1000 euros deposit for check in. This was not mentioned in the hotel info. In general the check in process before arrival was not pleasant and the day before the trip i had to constantly check messages to share Id docs and give deposit to get the entrance code. The flat has only one key and that is needed to open one door down stairs and one the flat door. Therefore if you are a group of people there is always difficulty if you have to enter separately. In general the flat was nice and clean but not very comfortable for a family.

The beds were comfortable. And the area was not noisy. I didn’t like there was no AC. Didn’t realize it didn’t have AC when booking this property. Also, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom at certain times of the day. There were no instructions on how to use things like the dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Having instructions would have been appreciated.

• Adam (8/5): Amazing location. - Without a doubt the location is by far the best thing about the property. I didn’t like paying a 2000 dollar deposit. I didn’t like paying 190 dollars of city tax that booking.com said was included. They need to add kitchen towels and a broom.
• Chrisadiningtias (5/5): Not happy with the accomodation - The property location is very close to metro, bus stop and restaurants. I need to pay deposit EUR2k only for one night stay without prior notification and the staff response is not fast, every time I call the staff never pick up the phone. The guy that came in on our last day to clean the apartment is not friendly at all. The bathroom is stink and stuffy because there is no air circulation. The wall is not soundproof so you can hear the sound from your neighbour event when someone comes and knock the door of your neighbour.

Nice friendly neighbourhood true French feeling with loads of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The unit had everything available to make your stay comfortable We stay here , 6 of us in total and the unit is small making it a little cramped for us. We only stayed 2 nights so we accepted it
