Theresa (8/5): Klein, nett - gerne wieder! - Das Frühstück war gut - aber bei 3x Frühstück wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung schön :) Tauscht mal Wurst- und Käsesorten. Legt verschiedenes Gemüse nach und mehr div. Brotaufstriche! 1x Frischkäse ist etwas wenig. Komme trotzdem gerne wieder, wenn es nach Prag gehen soll. Lage war top! Alles fußläufig erreichbar!!! Zimmer waren immer toll sauber! Lage des Zimmers in den Innenhof - war nicht optimal. Aber man will ja auch die Stadt sehen! Dafür ruhig und entspannt. Bei zweit Einzelbetten hätten wir etwas mehr Abstand erwartet.
Petra (5/5): - Líbila se mi lokalita Postele byly nepohodlné, nešlo zavřít okno, zvukový komfort v pokoji byl mizerný, vše šlo slyšet. Svítí ovládání klimatizace, mezerou za závěsy prosvítá světlo z restaurace. Vzduchotechnika v pokoji byla vypnutá. Pokud to takto je, tak ji ano nezapínám, protože takto standardně v potrubí začíná bujet plíseň a když si ju pak pustíte tak to akorát vše vdechujete. Noc stála 2 tis., což je na Prahu 1 supr cena, ale já už bych se zde znovu neubytovala. Při check-inu se mi nelíbila ukrajinská paní recepční, s napíchanou pusou, která mi přišla povýšená. Snídaně byla dobrá, standardní pro penzion, nebo 3* hotel.

Yıldız (8/5): Genel olarak güzel bir tesis. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. - Konumu çok iyi metro ve FlixBus bus a çok yakın. Merkeze yürüne mesafesinde. Temizlik biraz daha iyi olabilirdi, banyoda kalorifer tozluydu. Kirli poşeti iki tane olsa iyi olurdu. Terlik konulmamıştı.

Alo (4/5): Je moet er zelf iets van maken in dit sfeerloze hotel. - De locatie is prima t.o.v. bezienswaardigheden. Hotel op zich oké maar sfeerloos. Ontbijt prima. Niet al het personeel prettig in de omgang. Bij aankomst bleek de dame bij de receptie onaardig, wij kregen niet de upgrade die we hadden geboekt via booking.com. Bij navraag bood ze ons een andere (grotere kamer) aan. Echter de badkamer een stuk kleiner en rook niet fris. Bovendien kon je het raam niet open doen i.v.m. verkeerslawaai (en dat is erg aanwezig in een grote stad). Vervolgens kregen we een zeer arrogante blik, en de mededeling dat er geen andere kamer beschikbaar was, terwijl we nog andere kamers konden boeken via het internet. Bij vragen bleef ze zeer onaardig en arrogant. Wij zijn van mening dat een receptie het visite kaartje is van het hotel, en dat je gewoon vriendelijk bent tegen je gasten. De andere medewerkers bij de receptie waren wel oké maar verre van spontaan. Het bijzondere is dat als ik mijn review EERST verwijder er een korting wordt aangeboden. Het lijkt mij dat je een korting aanbied zonder daar voorwaarden aan te stellen. Hadden ze dat anders gedaan dan had ik uit mijzelf wel in de review geschreven dat ze het idd serieus nemen, en dat me dat anders deed kijken naar hun professionaliteit als 5 sterren accommodatie. Nu kan ik niet anders dan nog meer teleurgesteld zijn jammer. Bovendien dekte de korting de lading niet maar dit terzijde.

Magdaléna (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita v širším centru Prahy hned u zastávky tramvaje, milý personál. Příjemně zařízený pokoj. Snídaně byla skvělá - ještě bych vylepšila kávu. Hluk z ulice byl slyšet i při zavřeném oknu, veliká škoda, co jsem ale slyšela, od jiných hostů, tak pokoje do vnitrobloku jsou klidnější.
Casey (8/5): Gut, aber leider keine 5 Sterne - Hallo, ich möchte hier ehrlich sein und es mit beste Gewissen bewerten. Das Hotel ist sauber und die Zimmer verhältnismäßig groß. Modern eingerichtet. Dennoch ist es kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Ich würde gute 3+ bis 4 Sterne geben. Warum ?Sauberkeit , Freundlichkeit, die Großzügigkeit der Zimmer reicht alleine nicht aus. Das Ambiente ist eben leider keine 5 Sterne . Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist gut. Wenn man das Hotel auf Fotos von außen sieht , erkennt man die sozialistische Vergangenheit ein wenig. Aber real sieht es doch etwas moderner aus. Das Frühstück wird wiederum in einem schicken Restaurant gereicht. Es ist reichhaltig und lecker. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter runden das ganze ab. Ich denke 3+ bzw. knapp 4 Sterne ist akzeptabel. Jeder der schon in 5 Sterne Hotels übernachtet hat , wird mir hier zustimmen. Wobei auch die großen Namen im großen und ganzen immer mehr nachlassen( ausgenommen natürlich die Spitzenhotels , aber da kostet es ja auch verhältnismäßig viel, viel mehr ). Preis/ Leistung finde ich ca. 20 Prozent zu hoch. Leider muss ich ein Minuspunkt geben. Wenn ich an der Rezeption ein Taxi bestelle, dann erwarte ich auch ein Taxi und kein privater Fahrer der für eine Fahrt das 4 fache eines normalen üblichen Preis verlangt. Da war ich schon ein wenig verärgert, was aber nichts mit der Beurteilung des Hotels zu tun hat.
