Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This was the worst experience that I have ever had.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible place - Horrible place don’t ever stay there
This should not be an option
I rathe stay in my car next time
- Markell W. (2/5): Did not stay - Very bad did mot stay in the unit want my refund
- bambi (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!!Awful place!! - This place is a joke. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I made a pre-paid reservation for my son online. When he arrived he called for 40 minutes trying to get the passcode to get in. There was no one at the reception. Then he was told to walk 25 minutes to another location to get his room. I objected and 30 minutes later he was finally given the passcode.to get to his room, which had someone else's stuff in it. Then he was sent to two other rooms before got one that was not occupied. It was ridiculous.
- Porshay H. (2/5): Very nasty place . This is a shared motel with strangers . Roaches everywhere - Very disgusting, bathrooms were nasty . Bed begs . This is not a one home . This is a shared motel filled with roaches . The manager comes and just unlock your doors and run in without asking just to make sure the amount of adults listed are there . This place has recoding live camera all inside the home and rooms . There is no privacy. Never AGAIN !
- Teena W. (2/5): This is a shared house - The property is advertised as a studio but in reality it is a 5 bedroom house with one bathroom, dining area, and laundry for all guests. It is a boarding house. The property is completely misrepresented on the site.
- Alex (2/5): worst place ever.do not book or stay here - horrible place, this is not a hotel so i do not know why it is on hotels.com.there is no office there is only a phone number to call to check in but no one ever answers the phone so i had to book another hotel to stay at.this place has no parking it is like a apartment you get one room and have to share the place with who ever else booked that place.shared bathroom no privacy.i have two small children and this place looked unsafe so i left and booked a real hotel instead.you do not get a refund.i thought when i entered my credit card info on the app it was only to hold a room not be charged.so i am out $200.bad neighborhood.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Just okay - It was okay I didn't really like it
- sergio (2/5): Don’t recommend staying - It’s not a hotel and nothing luxury about it and is in a sketchy area
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property was very clean despite what the other commenters might say, the rooms were nice and the beds were fresh and super soft! I loved that we were able to use the kitchen and store our items in the fridge that needed to go there, thankfully there are two bathrooms so each of us were able to use the showers and restroom when needed as well, The host was also generous and very nice to us whenever we had any issue, the only thing that was a little odd was the parking but...it's what you can expect when you are in LA so not that bad at all.
- MattS (6/5): - This is shared apartment. Shared bathroom and shared kitchen. That was an unwelcome surprise.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I did not like that the room does not have private bathroom, the location is in a isolate neighborhood and the person in charge of the check in does not answer the telephone
- Charles (2/5): Less than zero - Clean room. One bathroom with 6 other travelers so I give this place a big fat zero stars .
- Cynthia (8/5): Good except parking situation - Self parking should specify that it’s street parking and if you can’t find street parking then you have to pay $10 extra to park inside. Also not cool for the lady to come at 11pm to collect the $10 when we were already sleeping.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Roaches, shared bathrooms, smelled like mold, scary area
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The tubs weren’t clean
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Infested with cockroaches. Horrible service. Shared bathroom and is not clean.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This is not a hotel at all, it is just a regular apartment, does not even have a private toilet, we requested three beds it did not come with three beds, much much much worse than expected
- Jason (10/5): Sort of hidden but clean and friendly - Was not aware it was in a residence. Took some time to locate.
- Camilo (10/5): Beautiful and friendly hostess. - Very clean and comfortable location. The host was beautiful and very friendly. I highly recommend this location for your travel needs.
