• Daniela (7/5): Good location - We really liked the location, the surroundings, and the fact that the apartment was very clean. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the instructions provided were clear and prompt. We were very disappointed that although we booked a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom with the double bed did not have a door, so it offered no privacy at all. The sofa bed was also uncomfortable; when unfolded, it was basically made of three separate pieces that did not fit together properly, leaving gaps between them. Apartment 3A had a back-facing view, which was not pleasant at all.
• Neus (9/5): Muy buena! - El alojamiento está muy cerca de la Estación de Paddington, lo que permite estar bien comunicado de la ciudad. También hay una calle con restaurantes y supermercados cerca (5min) Lo nuevo que estaba todo,el cuidado en los detalles y lo bien equipado que estaba el apartamento. Y el personal nos ayudó en todas las dudas. Sin duda repetiríamos porqué nos permitió descansar bien y disfrutar de la ciudad de forma cómoda.
• Denis (6/5): I do not recommend this residence is you are looking for a quiet place - The location was great I stayed for 6 nights. The first night a party took place in the room next. Dozens of people came in. Very noisy and busy untill 4am. Could not sleep... I complained a couple of times, with no effect. Since there was nobody in the residence at night, not much could be done. In the morning, the person in charge acknoweledged the heavy "traffic" at night, said a couple of times she was sorry and that's it... I travel to London every other month, I do not recommend this place - no control in place at night.

• Konrad (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do stacji Paddington, przystanków autobusowych oraz Hyde Parku. Dobre połączenie z każdą częścią Londynu. Super miejsce jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Większość atrakcji w zasięgu 30 min dojazdu. Obiekt zadbany, pokoje czyste, dobrze wyposażone, dobry kontakt z obiektem i recepcją. Wszystkie niezbędne informacje przekazane przed przyjazdem. Na duży plus możliwość zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Jeśli ktoś ma lot późno a chce jeszcze pobiegać po mieście, to jest idealne rozwiązanie. W budynku winda, więc nie trzeba nosić bagaży po schodach. Przyjemna, spokojna, ładna okolica. Jeśli pojawimy się ponownie w Londynie, na pewno się tam zatrzymamy. To nie jest zarzut i negatywna opinia, ale ja bym polecał trochę bardziej z zewnątrz oznaczyć obiekt. Mieliśmy, mały problem, żeby trafić pod odpowiedni adres. Wystarczy nawet krótka informacją w wiadomości, która wysyłana jest do Klientów i np wstawienie zdjęcia :) brak.

• Floriane (8/5): Un Établissement idéalement situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme. - Établissement idéalement situé entre la gare de Paddington et les stations de métro Bayswater et Queensway. Établissement joli et propre. Établissement proche d’une rue commerçante où l’on peut faire des courses ou aller au restaurant. L’espace est optimisé dans le studio. Une personne de l’accueil ( contrairement à ses autres collègues adorables) peu aimable et impliquée. L’insonorisation n’est pas au top car on entend les voisins ( conversations, pas…) Le canapé-lit est un peu dur.

Good location within walking distance from Paddington station and several tube and bus stations and shops. Friendly staff! We will definitely stay here again! We stayed in a basement appartment which, even though there were a couple of big windows, was a bit dark. And we could hear our upstairs neighbours quite well. Since we were out all day and we are fast sleepers it wasn't a problem but I can imagine it might annoy some... Otherwise no remarks, we had a lovely stay!

• susan (8/5): Tiny but conviently located Easy access to many underground stations. - The location was great! Close to multiple underground stops and quiet and clean. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Soooo small!! We had a "3" person flat. So if you don't mind sitting on toilet and being able to easily brush your teeth and maybe wash off you feet all at the same time, then this is your place! Also had to dry my hair in the kitchen looking into bathroom mirror (I mean this place is small!). But I will say we adults made it work and are still talking!

• Gaia (8/5): Amazing building with some areas of improvment! - Located in a beautiful area, with many fancy houses. The building is great. We stayed in an apartment for four people and were not provided with a fitted sheet for the sofa bed. The couch itself was not clean, so having a fitted sheet should have been the bare minimum. Additionally, someone in the building was smoking and the smell was seeping into our apartment, which was far from ideal. On top of that, the apartment was quite noisy, and the curtains did not fully block out the morning light.

Minus 5 points because: the 3rd bed was a sofa chair (very bad quality) witch we open it and make the bed at 20:00 in the evening,trying to figure out how it opens, the 3rd sheets cover was for summer cold nights, the heating instructions was confusing,so we freeze that night, bathroom towels medium size.. not for grown ups , bathroom sink also for kids … all the water was going out. All the other points is for good cleaning and map positioning.

Very quiet street and comfortable beds and pillows. Nothing. It was a perfect stay. Maybe it would be great if there will be salt and more sugar.

The unit itself is really comfortable, clean, and safe. The staff was super nice and helpful. The wifi was connected really well. The kitchen was well equipped. Nothing.
