Θα θυσίαζα και ένα μέρος της ωραίας, πράγματι, βιβλιοθήκης για μια ντουλάπα με ράφια, αν ήταν να μείνω περισσότερες ημέρες.

Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Very spacious and a cute inner terrace area. The lighting could be more cosy and furniture in the living room too. Living room looks a bit bare for a longer stay which is a shame because the space to super nice. Wasn't much of an issue for us since it was just one night but it could do with a bit more of a warm touch. Otherwise it's excellent!

Lage super. - Sehr großzügiges Apartment, mit allem, was man benötigt, um gut zu schlafen, sich - wenn gewünscht - selbst zu versorgen und das Bad war auch sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auf der einen Seite wirklich perfekt zentrumsnah. Egal wohin, man ist in 5-20 min überall. Allerdings war es nachts, besonders zu Samstag, sehr sehr laut. Hupen, Musik, Rollladen, die hoch oder runtergefahren sind. Das war schon sehr anstrengend.

- Izabela (9/5): Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony i estetyczny, jednak było w nim głośno i nie było wystarczająco miejsca do trzymania - Apartament był bardzo czysty, posiadał kosmetyki firmy Olive Era, był przestronny, miał dużo miejsca, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, łazienka funkcjonalna. Był balkon z krzesłami i stolikiem. Był ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami W apartamencie było bardzo głośno, ściany są bardzo cienkie, a okna nie są dźwiękoszczelne, było słychać muzykę w przejeżdżających samochodach i imprezujących turystów oraz dzwonki i budziki na sąsiednich piętrach. Brak zwykłej szafy lub komody, było tylko 5 wieszaków. Miejsce obok łóżka pozwalało na wstawienie kilku półek.

E' un po' rumoroso essendo su una via centrale ma forniscono i tappi per le orecchie. Nel bagno cieco manca una ventola di aspirazione e la presa di corrente.

- Jennifer (5/5): Only stay in a room on the street side and careful about the listings because they may not match the room. - The room we were first placed in said “City Views” and was a cave with a window to a dark area. I could look up and see sun. It was not nice. There was standing water in the bathroom pooled in the shower across from the drain. Pretty gross. I was going to leave. Then we were moved at my request to a lovely 4th floor studio with a balcony - and it was completely different. I give that room a 10. Like I said, the Cave Room was awful. The balcony room was superb.

Well located close to old centre and lots of restaurants and other places. What could have been better is that the only view was other buildings, which is ok as long as you stay outside.

Once we came back late, he had no blanket or anything. We also texted the host where to leave the keys and how to properly checkout, with no response. Room is built weird and has random closets with mannequins? Also, the water overflows from the shower and soap comes out of the floor drain every single time.

- Patrick (9/5): Perfekt für ein paar Tage in der Athener Innenstadt - Sehr zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Eine wahrscheinlich einfache Wohnung, wie sie zigfach in Athen vorkommt. Wir haben uns für 5 Tage wie Athener gefühlt. Einfach, aber schön. Wir haben es genossen! Im Winter heizt nur die Klimaanlage, die muss man dann für eine längere Zeit hochdrehen. Da wir keine Minusgrade hatten, nicht weiter erwähnenswert.
- Roman (10/5): Schönes Appartement an bester Lage in Athen - Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement, welches sich in einem älteren Gebäude befindet, wurde mit viel Liebe, Stil und Geschmack renoviert und eingerichtet, und die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. U-Bahn, Einkaufsstrasse, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren in Fussdistanz erreichbar. Trotz sehr lebhafter Umgebung war es in der Unterkunft sehr ruhig, da sie gegen den Innenhof ausgerichtet war. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Klimaanlage/Heizung hat gut funktioniert und war sehr leise. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Die kleine Küche war gut ausgerüstet und im Bad standen qualitativ hochstehende Produkte bereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand persönlich statt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns noch Restaurant-Tipps geschickt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen sie gerne weiter. Wir haben nichts Negatives gefunden.

- Marco (8/5): C’ero stato due anni fa e ci sono ritornato - Posizione ottima a Monastiraki , caratteristico quartiere centrale, in una zona turistica piena di ristoranti e bar e che consente di raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni di Atene. Ciò nonostante, le stanze sono silenziosissime! Le signore che gestiscono la struttura sono state premurose, gentili e mi sono venute anche incontro con gentilezza in alcune richieste extra. Davvero grazie tutto benissimo. Un solo suggerimento (ma è una piccolezza): fare qualcosa contro qualche zanzara che di notte ti ronza intorno (a novembre!). Ci sono già degli apparecchietti anti zanzara collocati alle prese dalle efficienti signore che curano la struttura ma forse non bastano

It wasn’t the quietest stay for sleeping, but if you’re looking to be in the heart of the action, this is definitely the right spot! A small suggestion would be to include a few basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil in the kitchen — those little things make a short stay even more comfortable. Otherwise, a stylish place with a great vibe and perfect for those who love being close to everything!

- GEZ GEZ (10/5): MÜKEMMEL - Konumu çok iyiydi her yere yürüyerek gittik geldik. Havalimanından merkeze gelmek ve otele ulaşmak çok kolaydı. Cadde kenarında ama çok gürültülü gelmedi bize. Odalar geniş ferah son derece konforluydu. Çok rahat ettik. banyo dar gibi ama çok da önemli değil. Temiz,her şey düşünülmüş pamuk,uyku için göz bandına kadar diyeyim vardı. Mutfak hiç kullanmadık ama orda kahve makinesi,kettle herşey vardı. Kısaca tekrar gitsem aynı yerden kalırım. otele check in saatinden önce vardık uçağımız erkendi çünkü. Valizlerimizi bırakamadık. Valizlerle dolaşmak zor şehir kalabalık ve çok hareketli. O konuda yardımcı olmaları gerekiyor.
