• Sima (1/5): En av de värsta upplevelserna. Rekommenderas ej - Personalens bemötande var inte alls professionellt, vi fick vänta 15 min efter incheckningen. När rummet var ledigt så sa de att nycklarna finns i receptions disken ta den och gå upp. Frukosten var inkluderad i priset, men kaffe ingår inte i frukosten, vi beställde kaffe men vi var klara med vår frukost och kaffe serverades inte. Tv utan tv kontroll, dusch kranen hade nästan ingen tryck, och sängarna var obekväma.
• Ákos (8/5): Egy nagyon jó szállás központ helyen. - Tágas nagy családi szobát kaptunk nagy terasszal. Kedves volt a személyzet, még a pizzát is felhozták nekünk az étteremből. Finom reggelit kaptunk. Autóval parkolás kissé nehézkes volt, de mindig segítettek nekünk. Sajnos a reggelihez a kávét külön kellett fizetni. Ezt igazán belevehetnék a reggelibe.

• Monica (8/5): Good - Camera ampia con due balconi dotati di tavolini e sedie. La stanza presentava anche un piccolo frigorifero che fa sempre comodo. Colazione per lo più salata, ma offrivano anche croissant. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge a piedi mentre per il centro di Saranda è necessaria una camminata di circa 3 km (fattibilissimo). Difficile trovare parcheggio, ma l'hotel offre 4/5 parcheggi riservati. Ci ha accolto il ragazzo del ristorante poiché siamo arrivati tardi (all'una di notte) ma la proprietaria ci aveva dato indicazioni già sulla camera e ci ha permesso di fare il check in il giorno dopo. Del ristorante abbiamo provato la pizza che non è stata affatto male (cotta nel forno a legna). L'assenza del piatto doccia, ma probabilmente è una caratteristica del posto perché i molti non ce l'hanno.

• Byron (6/5): Comfortable, safe hotel - Good location, safe place, hotel staff were approachable and helped with anything that was needed. Comfortable for a short stay. Restaurant affiliated with hotel is underneath rooms, lots of cigarette smoke raising from patrons and staff day and evening, food in the restaurant is just fine but not great, very limited options with breakfast menu

• Freskida (10/5): Exceptional - I COMW FROM BELGIUM AND STAY WITH MY HUSBAND TO THIS HOTEL, THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, THE STAFF VERY KIND, THE HOTEL ALSO HAVE ELECTRIC TAXI AND YOU CAN GO EVERYWHERE WITH GOOD PRICES.

• Arber (10/5): Exceptional - The owner is very educated and helpful guy.He help us for a parking and the hotel can also provide green energy electric taxi 24hours.He help us also to find a mechanic for a problem with the tire to our rented car.The hotel has also a bus station near, in which you can go to Ksamil beach. We also like the morning food it was very taste and the staff very very educated.

Very clean, great customer service, delicious breakfast and nice location with amazing balcony views. **Great location and lots to explore within minutes of walking distance. I truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

• Ingrid (1/5): The staff was very unprofessional, there was no ine to serve the included breakfast on the 1st day even if it was breakf - Nothing Many things in the room were broken (shades, curtain...)
• Verified traveler (2/5): - I made a reservation in February and when I get to the hotel they told me that they didn't have any reservation in my name, that they don't work with Expedia site and they asked me for much more money for the room. Suddenly I was in a foreign country without a place to sleep whit my children and parents... Horrible experience.

• Jenny (2/5): - Resan var betald i förväg men när vi kom fram ville han tredubbla priset. Bokade ett halvår i förväg och ville ej gå med på detta. Slutade med att vi tog ett annat hotell och fick tack o lov igen pengarna från hotels.com
• Verified traveler (8/5): - This hotel was a convenient location. It was clean and generally tidy. We used the family room on the top floor which also provided a large balcony with sea views. We booked the space as it indicated it had two King size beds which it didn't...it was a double with a single in one room and a double and single bunk bed in the second room. However with our family of five, this was fine. While at a more busy time, parking would be a concern, we were in Sarande at low season. The manager was helpful and guided us for some facilities in the town.
