However, we were surprised of the location : the hotel is a bit far from the center/ the bianco lounge when we thought they were next to each other, but that’s on us. Don’t recommend for someone who is on a short budget/doesn’t have a car like us.

• Alban (9/5): Nice - Great value, clean rooms, great staff, great breakfast. Location is not bad but a bit far for kids to walk. It wasn’t noisy but the doors had bad insulation and that’s what caused a bit of noise when others were in the hallway. Nothing major.

• Nicholas (7/5): Clean and modern stay - Clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Great pool area with loungers and a bar. Great breakfast provided on the rooftop of local foods. The hotel is a little bit out of the centre of town, but you can walk to the main areas. The reception staff were nice, however gave us some misleading advice on what restaurants and shops accepted card vs cash (they told us everywhere accepts cards but it’s quite inconsistent, so best to carry cash wherever you go here). Also pool was closed one of the days we were there without any notice, which was disappointing.

• Ельвіра (10/5): - Були на відпочинку групою з 6ти людей, у нас було два окремих трьохмісних номера, дуже сподобався готель, персонал, сніданки були смачні, але хотілось би більшого різноманіття їжі, так як через день сніданки повторювались, також мінус був у тому, що за каву з апарату потрібно було доплачувати. Але загалом враження дуже хороші, у номері було чисто, рекомендую цей готель!

• Hilal (9/5): Beautiful Bianco for peace of mind! - Daily cleaning was regular. Having a balcony was great; the room was perfect for a group of four! The beds were very comfortable, and the extra duvet was nice. Overall, it was a very nice hotel. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast could have been more varied without pork products and coffee varieties could have been better without the extra charge.

• Mayidima (8/5): - J'ai beaucoup apprécié ma chambre très lumineuse. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue. Le petit déjeuner et correct et le rooftop est un atout Je n'avais pas de moyen de transport, mais pour être honnête, ça va.Je me promenais pendant 20 minutes pour me rendre aux beach clubs et autres. Cela dit, je suis assez déçu qu'il soit nécessaire de payer pour un café ou un cappuccino.

• eric (8/5): Mooi fris en prima hotel voor een lage prijs! - Het was een mooi en fris hotel, van alles voorzien, privé parkeren. Karig ontbijt maar daar zijn ze in Albanië niet zo als wij gewend zijn, stukje lopen naar centrum.

Good location, only a 5/10 minutes walk into the main bit and honestly, the photos online don’t do it justice – management should definitely update them because the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast has an ok selection of food but it did the job. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and although a little small, it was perfectly comfortable for two people. The pool area was really nice, despite another review on here you can definitely fit more that 5 people in it. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It would have been a bonus if the hotel served evening meals, but there are many restaurants within walking distance, plus the fast food place that’s literally opposite the hotel that does take out.

• Melwan (10/5): Super - Super hôtel nous étions au 3ème étage la chambre est spacieuse et nous propose une très belle vue. Nous sommes rester 9nuits et un seul problème est notable c’est l’isolation sonore. Je m’explique le rooftop est situer juste au dessus et tous les matin nous entendons les chaises être tirer sur le sol et résonner dans notre chambre ce qui nous réveille des 8h-8h30. De plus les portes laisse vraiment passer le bruit. Mais à part ce petit point négatif tous est très bien le déjeuner est bon la piscine est à bonne température, et le personnel de chambre très gentil et attentionné. Je recommande à 100%

L’hôtel est placé à l’entrée de ksamil et il y a commerces, restaurants et station essence juste en bas de l’hôtel. Il y a aussi une place assez sympa à proximité. Moi je n’ai pas très apprécié le petit déjeuner. J’ai trouvé qu’il n’était pas varié et il n’y a pas assez de choix. Mais mon mari a bien aimé le buffet.

• Soumia (5/5): Ne vaut pas son prix, il y a largement mieux - L’hôtel est assez propre et moderne, il y a un petit étendoir sur le balcon, un petit frigo à disposition La chambre est minuscule : on peut à peine y circuler. La salle de bain est impraticable, tout y est constamment trempé. Le coffre-fort ne fonctionne pas. L’insonorisation est très mauvaise : un large jour sous la porte d’entrée laisse passer le bruit, et les fenêtres ne sont pas mieux isolées. La télécommande n’avait pas de piles. Nous l’avons signalé deux fois : on nous a d’abord répondu « après 18h je vous les apporte, je vais en acheter », mais en retournant à l’accueil, le réceptionniste nous a finalement dit qu’ils n’en avaient pas. Le petit-déjeuner offre du choix et reste correct, mais le café est payant et uniquement proposé en poudre à diluer soi-même, ce qui est décevant. La piscine est petite et bruyante. Un groupe d’adultes et d’enfants l’avait entièrement monopolisée en installant un filet de volley sans demander l’avis de personne. Résultat : impossible de s’y baigner, et les cris étaient incessants, aussi bien des enfants que des adultes. Le personnel n’est pas intervenu, malgré la gêne occasionnée. L’hôtel est situé à l’entrée de Ksamil, donc éloigné du centre-ville. L’avantage : le soir, c’est calme. L’inconvénient : comptez environ 25 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le centre (le retour se fait en montée), car en voiture, la circulation est saturée et il n’y a pas de stationnement disponible. De plus, le parking en bas de l’hôtel est minuscule et ne dispose que de très peu de places. Autre point négatif : les prix affichés sur la carte de la piscine ne correspondent pas à ceux facturés. À notre remarque, on nous a répondu que « ce sont les anciens prix », mais ils continuent à laisser circuler cette ancienne carte. Enfin, les rideaux occultants ne remplissent pas leur rôle : la lumière passe largement, ce qui est gênant pour dormir.

Pool area very clean and well maintained. Pool bar was on the expensive side, but they have no problem with drinks from shop next door being brought in. Fantastic location for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday, only a short walk along the coast to the lively part of Ksamil. Would definitely be back

• Irina Motoi (9/5): Ne-a plăcut acest hotel - Personal pregătit, primitor și foarte amabil. Curatenie exemplara atat in hotel cat și la piscina. Se face curățenie zilnic și se schimba prosoapele. Așternuturile se schimba la 2 zile. Climatizarea din camera este foarte bună. Pe balcon au suport cu cârlige pentru rufe. Spațiu generos pentru haine dotat cu umerașe. Frigiderul răcește bine, am găsit 2 sticle cu apa din partea lor. Apa la piscina este curata și calda. Au si o piscina mai mica pentru copii. Se oferă prosoape, au și un bar, dus și toaleta. Puteam sta pana mai târziu cu condiția sa păstrăm liniștea. Micul dejun proaspăt și gustos. Cam același în fiecare zi dar ai ce alege, inclusiv fructe, clătite, brioșe. Vedere superba de pe terasa de la etajul 4 unde se servește micul dejun. Liftul foarte ok. Lângă hotel se afla un mic restaurant și un magazin cu suveniruri și băuturi. Locuri suficiente în parcare, au și parcare subterana. Camera mai mica decât în fotografii. Dusul de la baie cam rău amplasat, lângă usa, stropea destul de mult, de aceea usa era umflata și scartaia. La chiuveta presiunea apei era foarte scăzută. Uscătorul din dotare era defect dar au pus ei unul suplimentar care era ok. Cam mulți câini în zona. Locația cam departe de centru și plaje.

• Laura (9/5): Beau panorama - Belle hôtel avec une belle piscine. Le personnel est aimable et le petit déjeuner sur le Rooftop est de qualité. La chambre est propre et confortable. L’hôtel se situe à l’entrée de la ville et il est possible de se rendre facilement à pied au centre ou à la plage. La chambre est un peu insonorisée.

The rooms were a nice size and were kept very clean. The pool was also very clean. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Hienot puitteet, palvelussa parannettavaa - Uudehko hotelli sijaitsee Ksamilin keskustan ulkopuolella. Hotellihuoneen tilavia ja viihtyisiä, parkkipaikkoja oli ulkona ja parkkihallissa. Huoneeseen sai pyynnöstä huolimatta vain yhden avaimen. Outoa, koska avainkortilla ei ollut esim. ilmastoinnin päällä olemisen kanssa mitään tekemistä. Uima-allasalue ok, samoin huoneet. Mutta huonetta ei ollut siivottu kunnolla vieraiden välissä, ja lattialla oli kasa pölypalloja, hiuksia, pinni, roskia ym oven vieressä. Ja vaikka siivooja kävi joka päivä, kasa pysyi. Yök! Aamiainen oli kattoravintolassa ja muuten hyvä, mutta siihen ei kuulunut kuin murukahvi. Kunnon kahvista tai erikoiskahvista piti maksaa erikseen. Aamiaisella sai tupakoida, eikä tupakka-aluetta ollut erotettu erikseen, mikä olisi ollut helposti tehtävissä.
