• Desiree (10/5): Genial - La ubicació de l'apartament genial, les habitacions molts confortables, llits còmodes i amb armaris amb molt d'espai per la roba. El bany també molt correcte. A millorar el parquet cal reparar urgent està en zona de pas i és perillós. Caldria un microones per facilitar l'estança i la cafetera no funciona gairebé tot i que s'agraeix molt el cafè.

• Zydre (8/5): - Perfect location, handy access to all sightseeing. Comfortable beds, Pleanty of space! Missing part of the floor in bedroom, loose pcs of wood. As well apartment had a weird smell all the time because of Whoever was Downstairs. So had to keep the windows closed. Nothing to doo with this appointment, but smell was very strong..

• Nicolette (9/5): Can't go past this for location, and vibe as it was such a lovely area, but so quiet as well. - The location was excellent in a pedestrian friendly, safe neighbourhood with excellent restaurants and Piazza's to walk to. The apartment was right off the street but very quiet and plenty of space with two air conditioners which were a life saver as the days were hot and it was lovely to sleep at night. There was an excellent cafe and ice-cream which was on the Rome food tour at the front door. Campo di Fiori literally around the corner for dinner! The apartment could do with a little repair as the air con dripped to the floor which was then lifting but overall I was happy to ignore this as the apartment was excellent. The upstairs area would be a problem for little kids as the stairs were steep and the bars on the side could have kids slip through, our older kids were fine.

• SONIA (7/5): la estancia ha sido correcta. - lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación…. se poda ir a todos los sitios andando. A la entrada había unos cubos de basura que daban mala sensación. por la noche se oía como un ruido de alguna máquina en funcionamiento..
• Guest (8/5): Great location and affordable - Clean, spacious and excellent location to shops, restaurants and attractions (next to campo dei fiori) The AC in bedroom didn’t work and a few floor boards were missing at entrance of bedroom (safety hazard). Plenty of steps to get up to the apartment (no elevator)
• Maura (9/5): Bien aunque caro para lo que ofrece….Muchos detalles que hacen que no volviera a hospedarme ahí. - Es un departamento lindo y limpio. Muy bien ubicado a unas cuadras del tren y de paradas de camiones. 20 mins a pie de la Fontana de Trevi. 35 mins a pie del Coliseo. La panadería Roscioli está casi al lado y el pan es el mejor de toda Roma! El restaurante con una estrella Michellin Roscioli también está casi en frente, a 2 mins a pie. Los botes de basura de todo el condominio están justo en la entrada principal. Huele excesivamente mal todo el tiempo. Para entrar o salir de la propiedad debes tomar aire y caminar o correr para no vomitarte. Y en época de calor empeoran los olores. Fuimos en pleno verano así que estuvo fatal y hace que la propiedad desmerezca. No hay comunicación directa con nadie. Debes enviar correo electrónico o es robot a través de la mensajería de booking.com El aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar un día y no te hasta el día siguiente que contestaron el mensaje. Fatal! El piso de madera tiene muchos detalles que hacen imposible que camines descalzo. Faltan maderas por doquier y andas en terreno minado. Urge que lo arreglen o mejor que no lo renten así.

• Kirsty (2/5): Worst stay we have ever had. Terrible!!! - Terrible terrible terrible! I just want to start by saying this is the first ever bad review I have ever written in my life and I feel guilty but people need to know! This apartment was extremely disappointing and just plain dangerous. Although the location was great the apartment itself was diabolical for the money. Nearly all of the flooring throughout the apartment was lifting and was extremely dangerous. Two of us ended up having black toenails after tripping and catching them on the upturned flooring. There was a rug placed over missing flooring by the window in the lounge and our friend nearly fell out of the window. You could not close the hallway or bedroom door so as we were 2 couples it meant that our friends had to walk passed our open door if they needed the toilet on an evening so there was no privacy at all. There were electric sockets hanging out of the wall in the kitchen. The handrail leading up to the mezzanine was loose and was not safe. The main beam holding the kitchen beam moved with the slightest touch. The walls were coated in a yellow like it had a leak. The apartment smelled damp and musty. It wasn't the cleanest. I ran my finger on tops and they came caked in dust. The lights upstairs packed in and tripped the electrics which we couldn't find the trip switch. Both Aircon units were showing major electric faults and were not working at all. We had to buy everything, from cloths, to extra dish soap and general.. All the cutlery,plates and glasses needed washing. The cupboard doors fell off when you opened them.. We contacted the property and the agent... Nothing was done. We contacted them again. Nothing. We did leave a day early. We were promised a refund from both booking and the owner. Kept promising and nothing happened even when they promised it would be processed in 48h. This was my husband's 40th so we had saved up for such a long time for the visit. Booking. Unsafe, not clean, dangerous, no contact from the owner once we arrived. Extremely disappointed. Promised refund and nothing given. Please do not stay here.
• Jessica (10/5): Amazing! We loved everything about it. Would recommend to anyone! - We loved everything! It was everything we wanted and more. Spacious, beautiful apartment with no city noise. The location was perfect, around 5 mins away from the pantheon! Easy check in too. We would stay here again the next time we go to Rome!

• Young Hyo (10/5): - It was at very good location to visit all different famous locations in Rome! There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and area was very safe. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in very good restaurants right in front of the apartment. The house was so clean and spacious. The owner prepared all guideline and restaurant recommendations as print out. Although it was located in the center of busy street, inside the apartment was very quiet so we couldn’t hear any street noise. Staying in this apartment was the best choice for our family(4members). The owner sent me the confirmation message via Expedia 24 hours before the arrival day. So please make sure to read the message in Expedia Message inbox. And once you respond the message via Expedia, owner will initiate WhatsApp message. The owner was super reliable and responsive 24/7 via WhatsApp. We were so lucky to stay in this apartment. I would love to come back to this apartment next time.
• Marek (10/5): Hidden gem in Rome - Fantastic location, very cosy appartment, very clean. Fast wifi, nice small kitchen with coffee machine. Some furniture would need bit of maintenance, overall great stay in centre of Roma.

Beds were very comfy and for a group of 4 friends perfect for our 3 day stay. It is amazingly close to every single location and we could reach everything within 20min walk. Everything was close and Campo di fiori with all its bests just around the corner. Highly recommended 👌 All good

Apartment was on the second floor with no elevator, but stairs were wide and it was super easy to carry luggage up. The hot water for the shower did not last long enough for three people to shower.

• Kevin (10/5): Amazing apartment in a great location. A beautiful place to stay in while in Rome. - The location of the flat was perfect. We were walking distance from so many beautiful places and sights around Rome. Most importantly, the hosts were extremely lovely and really helped to make our stay special. Since we were going to arrive late they were very accommodating and they managed to find a way for us to self check in. We initially also had issues with wifi due to outages in the area, but the next day the host left an extra router nearby for us to pick up and we never had any other issues. Finally the apartment was really clean and just a great place to come back to after being all day outside in the hot August sun. The AC worked wonderfully and it was amazing staying in such a quaint and beautiful place. I definitely recommend staying here. Can't really think of anything that I didn't like. The apartment met all of my expectations. I'm sure everyone else would find the same.

• David (9/5): Superb - perfect location to explore Rome. Loved the keypad system to enter apartment so all our family could come and go as they pleased without having to wait for the person carrying the key. Toilet that flushed properly
• Sean (7/5): It was just ok - The beds were comfy. The AC unit did not work very well. We arrived during the crazy heatwave. Our unit when we turned it on was reading 28C. After a full 24hrs of running, it dropped to 25C. We used the bedroom AC unit to assist cooling the apartment down which at most brought it to 24C. There is no microwave. Some of the dishes were dirty and one of the wine glasses cracked when we poured a drink. No lift to the second floor so if you have many large suitcases like we did, it’s a haul.
• September (10/5): wonderful, clean apartment in a great location - this is a beautiful little apartment with a separate bedroom, loft bedroom, and private bath. The location was close to the pantheon and lots of great restaurants and cafes. I would recommend taking a taxi from Roma Centrale, especially if you are coming in from the states after an overnight flight. the hike was tough. The main door to the courtyard and the door to the room were a little fiddly, although partly that was our fault… why won’t the door open when I pull on it? Because I need to push. duh!

• Ricardo (6/5): It was pleasent, with children we opted for changing the sleeping arrangements for safety reasons. - Location, location, location was the prime bonus. Also the host was very flexible as we arrived latter than expected and was no problem getting the keys. for 2 persons the property is great. In our view the sleeping option upstairs is not suitable for children (till the age of 12) as they can fall between the bars of the banister in the dark. We changed the sleeping arrangements (children in main bedroom) due to this risk. In addition, the air conditioner in the living room could not cool the living area (enough it took 1,5h to lower the temperature by 1 degree C at max cooling and power) also the cooling unit was placed next to the bed of the sleeping option above the living room (noise).
• Lucie (5/5): Passable - The accomodation was really nice and clean in good location! Communication with accomodation was nice, provided us with info about selfcheckin and everything unfortunately the water in shower was cold and the toilet didn’t flush so I have contacted the accomodation. In the meantime I have found boiler where I have changed temperature of water. After that the water was fine. Someone from accomodation texted me, that they are going to send someone to fix toilet. Nobody came. Also “self-opening” of front doors from the street is not quite clever, because its a bell. And lot of people knew that they can open the street door by pressing the bell. During the night it was really unhappy to be woken up by someone pressing door bell..

• Jan Thomas (10/5): - Leuk appartement midden in het centrum van Rome in de gezellig wijk Campo Dei' Fiori, op loopafstand van alle Highlights. Alle voorzieningen in de nabije omgeving. Zelf koken zou ik daarom niet doen, is ook niet makkelijk, want alles is wel aanwezig in appartement, maar minimaal. Eén minpuntje is dat het toilet bleef "lopen", dit gaf veel lawaai en véél waterverspilling
