- Brian (10/5): Awesome hotel with spacious rooms, great location, and friendly staff. - Excellent sized room for our family of 4. There is an elevator. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean and modern with a heater in the shower to dry clothes. The location is close to subway stations and shops. There is friendly staff who stay on the 2nd floor during the day. Even though this hotel is self check-in, Nakanishi (the glasses-wearing staff member) came to the main entrance to greet us upon our arrival and helped us with the check-in process. He even brought us umbrellas one morning when he noticed we were heading out on a rainy day. Excellent friendly service Nakanishi! Nothing!

- Xuehui (7/5): A clean, well-located stay with friendly staff, though the space felt too cramped for our family of four. - The staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean, and the location was very convenient. The studio layout felt cramped for four people. The two double beds were pushed very close together, making it crowded and difficult for those in the middle to get in and out. A two-bedroom apartment would have been a better fit for our family.

- yukari (7/5): 普通 - ベッドは清潔感があり部屋内も暖かく良かった。アメニティや、食器、フライパンや炊飯器等もあり不便は無かった。 ミネラルウォーターが置いてあったのでびっくりしました。ゴミ箱も洗面所、台所、リビングと数が揃えてあり部屋は使い勝手が良かったです。 部屋に入った時の匂いが気になりました。ソファーの1つは低く、沈みこみ過ぎて座り心地が良くなかった。エアコンの位置がベッドの頭の上にある事が気になりました。また、湯沸かしポットで湯を沸かそうと思ったらコンセントの位置が悪く、床に置いて沸かしました。ベッドのそばにもコンセントがなかったのは残念でした。

- Lio (7/5): Value for money stay for a family - The space is good for my family with 2 seniors, 2 adults and 3 children. Sufficient space for us to open our luggages. The tv is positioned too close to the dining table and benches, making it uncomfortable to watch. There’s no cleaning service during our stay, and no vaccum cleaner in the room for us to do some simple clean up everyday.

L’appartement est assez loin de la gare de Shin-Osaka (problème d'adresse indiqué sur booking), mais ce n’est pas ce qui nous a le plus gênés. Le vrai problème a été la propreté de la chambre : traces suspectes sur les canapés, frigo sale (miettes, cheveux, moisissures), et de la poussière partout En revanche, le linge de lit et les serviettes étaient propres, et les bouteilles d’eau mises à disposition ont été appréciées. Malheureusement rien allait dans cet hôtel, de gros efforts de propreté sont à prévoir.

There were many restaurant options nearby and we even got to dine in a Michelin starred one during our stay! The room was spacious and clean, with handy instructions on how to use or operate. We appreciated the provision of some basic necessities like toilet paper, facial tissue, shampoo, soap, conditioner, disposable razors, combs, but would also suggest body lotion especially for the cold weather.

- HOI SHAN (1/5): 十分不整潔，不會再入住。 - 距離地鐵站不遠，鬧中帶靜。可平放4人大行李箱。床褥挺舒服。 清潔欠奉。全部遙控器都佈滿陳年灰塵污垢，相片中的遙控器已被我們擦拭過，仍然很多污垢。 浴室有嚴重尿騷味。浴室乾燥器、冷氣吹出陣陣霉味。沙發床一打開全是碎屑垃圾。睡床下有之前住客的遺留物及灰塵。

- Esti (9/5): Nice place good surrounding & location - Comfortably to stay, close by to city center but yet quite area to stay, surrounded by cafes and resto. Nice place, clean and safe. If you have space for luggage storage it will be more comfortable for visitor whose just arrived from long flight so that we don’t need to wait for check in time with all the luggages matters.
