• prachi (8/5): Good stay - The location is great, owner was very cooperative. Self check-in instructions were detailed and clear and they were able to accommodate our request for a late check in without any extra cost. The house is also spacious. Hot water in the shower is a problem. The owner was responsive and tried to address our issue but we still could not manage to figure it out. Hot water would come for 2-3 mins and then back to cold water. Maybe they could resolve it for us, however we were on a tight schedule and could not afford to wait
• MAYA (9/5): - L'emplacement excellent! appartement spacieux et très joli, très cosy, confortable, avec de nombreux rangements. Je recommande. l'équipement cuisine est très insuffisant, et très vieux. Vieille poêle en mauvais état, pas de couvercle, pas de vraie casserole ( de taille normale)pour cuire des pâtes, pas de micro-ondes, pas de grille-pain... c'est vraiment le point noir, c'est dommage car si on choisit un appart plutôt qu'une chambre d'hôtel c'est pour pouvoir faire aussi des repas sur place aussi simples soient-ils. Mais pour le reste c'était très chouette!

• Robert :) (10/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. Miejsce godne polecenia. - Lokalizacja apartamentu idealna do zwiedzania wszystkich atrakcji Rzymu. Zarówno pieszo jak również przy korzystaniu z komunikacji publicznej. Od początku, na każdym etapie, bardzo dobry kontakt telefoniczny z właścicielem obiektu. Klucze, po otrzymanych wskazówkach, odebraliśmy bez problemu z ustalonego miejsca. Mieszkanie czyste, bardzo ciche, co przy lokalizacji w historycznym centrum Rzymu, zapewniało izolację od hałasu z ulicy. Wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne przedmioty w tym bardzo sprawnie działającą klimatyzację. Miejsce godne polecenia. Do apartamentu zlokalizowanego na drugim piętrze w kamienicy prowadzą wąskie i kręte schody. Nam to nie przeszkadzało ale trzeba brać to pod uwagę.
• Deniz Uras (8/5): Would definetely stay again. - The apartment is close to everything. You can walk anywhere. The windows can be blacked out - this was amazing. We read the other reviews regarding the shower etc. but we did not encounter any issues. The space was clean and cool by itself and stayed nice and cool during the heat. Would absolutely book again if we were coming to Rome. Despite being in a very central location, we did not hear any noise during the night. The bed is very comfortable, we did not wake up even once. It is time for the shower head to be renewed.

Obiekt już nieco starszy. Okno z sypialni wychodzi na małe zamknięte patio, czyli ściany i okna - dosyć ponuro.

• Angela (9/5): - To mieszkanie to świetny wybór dla par – idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Rzymu. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna: około 10 minut spacerem do Panteonu, a tuż pod budynkiem mnóstwo klimatycznych restauracji, barów, dzięki czemu można poczuć prawdziwy rzymski klimat. Zameldowanie odbyło się bez najmniejszego problemu, nawet mimo naszego późnego przyjazdu w nocy – klucze odebraliśmy zgodnie z wcześniejszymi ustaleniami. Wewnątrz bardzo czysto, salon jasny i przytulny, z pięknym widokiem na okoliczne budynki, w tym muzeum. Sypialnia z wygodnym łóżkiem zapewnia świetny wypoczynek po całym dniu zwiedzania. Aneks kuchenny świetnie wyposażony, idealny na przygotowanie szybkiego śniadania czy wieczornej przekąski. Łazienka czysta, funkcjonalna – jedynie światło mogłoby być trochę jaśniejsze. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce. Chętnie wrócimy tu przy kolejnej wizycie w Rzymie!:)

Would stay again in a heartbeat - Despite other reviews I had read that pointed out the shower was cold, no lights in hallway, bed not comfortable,and little toilet paper left; none of this was true on my visit. Shower was hot- let it run for a minute, stair lights are lighted when you push the button on each floor, bed was super comfortable as was couch, and had more than enough toilet paper for my 3 nights. Very pleasant experience and great location. Andrea? met me on time and exchange was flawless. Would definitely recommend! NA

• Luisa (8/5): Wie auf den Bildern, einfach super - Es sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, was schon mal mega ist. Super ordentlich und sauber, modern und trotzdem mit Charme. Das Bett war gemütlich. Die Küchen Ausstattung war sehr gut und alles an Einrichtung in sehr gutem Zustand. Check in lief auch sehr gut und sie waren verständnisvoll als wir uns verspäteten. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit dem Boiler und dem heißen Wasser, es gab nur kalt oder heiß, wir hatten den Dreh nicht so raus. Der Klodeckel war leider etwas locker. Es gab viel Staub unter dem Bett, der sich dann irgendwann im zimmer verteilt hat (ansonsten war es sehr sauber). Aber alles in allem waren das Kleinigkeiten.

Kitchen was very cramped and could do with more equipment especially pots. Couch was very uncomfortable and there was no netfix. The photos are deceiving and make it look a lot bigger than it was. There was no long mirror or a mirror in the bedroom.

The location couldn't be better — right in the heart of Rome, within walking distance to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. What truly made the stay special, though, was the warmth and kindness of the hosts. They were exceptionally welcoming, always available to help with recommendations, and made me feel completely at home. Their hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to the trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located and friendly place to stay in Rome!

• Marian (9/5): We have found the center of Rome - 1. Location. Location. Location. Across the street/square form one of the most iconic Renaissance palaces, just around the corner from the buzz of Campi di Fiorri square, the flat is located in the ideal spot for exploration, half way between the Vatican, Piazza de Popolo, Spanish steps, Piazza Venezia, Colloseum and so on. 2. Space. The venue is spacious, with the drawing room facing the street and the bedroom opening to a very small (and quiet) courtyard. There is a kitchenette and a shower room on the spacious side. The stair is...fun, rather narrow winding marble steps. Take your time and bring a reasonable suitcase and you will be alright. 3. Cleaningness. Rome is not in Norway, so do not expect spotless. The flat was very clean if I compare it with the 4 stars hotel in Rome I was put in a couple of months back during a conference. But clean still means you have to wash glasses and remove dried leftovers from cutlery before using it. Just keep the expectations there and you will be pleasantly surprised. 4. Services. The welcoming staff was very polite, friendly and efficient. She even helped us on the steptls with a suitcase. Upon departure, we meet the cleaning staff, who had to wait for us some 20 minutes (we were re-packing) and was very nice about it. Sorry! Thank you! Hm...being bluntly honest, if I would be the owner, my next purchase for the flat would be a new mattress. The one on the bed looks quite new but it is surprisingly uncomfortable (not because it is hard, but lompy and uneven). I think IKEA sells rather affordable mattresses for rather cheap... I would be very grateful the next time

• Vs (9/5): A sweet cozy house in the heart of the old town - Very nice house with a cozy decor and a super comfy mattress. We had warm water all day and there was also an iron for the clothes which came handy. The location was great at the heart of Rome. I think someone had stolen the hairdryer, cause we found an extra accessory but not the actual hairdryer and also there was only one toilet roll for 4 days.
• Anonymous (6/5): great location. clean apt with character - location is great. in the heart of historic center with campo de fiori just steps away. the apartment was clean and has nice character, bed is comfortable and windows with shutters allow guests to let in as much light and fresh air as we want. towels were big and comfortable. The apartment is overall a bit darker than the pictures but we could open the window and let light in. shower water was ice cold until we figured out how to start water heater. staff met us on time - hooray - to let us in but hurried away. would have been nice if we were briefly shown how things worked like the hot water heater. stairwell to apartment is dark and steep and that’s okay but stairs could have used a mopping to make a less depressing first impression. the apartment itself was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed it.

• Motsholane (10/5): Great base from which to explore The Eternal City. Best pasta and pizza literally on your doorstep. Close to public tran - Right in the middle of everything. A lot of options for food and drink. Walking distance to The Vatican, Piazza Navona and other attractions. Good for a couple or a small family. Host is easily accessible and responsive. It looks exactly like the photos. Thanks Matteo. We didn’t mind but be warned it’s a 2 storey walk up so pack appropriately.

• Maurice (6/5): Plus que moyen ! - L'appartement est idéalement situé, pas de service, personne ne vous fait visiter, ni ne vous explique in situ. On vous donne un papier explicatif. Le wifi est très faible et ne passe pas jusqu'à la chambre. L'eau chaude ne peut se régler et vous finissez en douche froide, grave problème de mitigeur, la chambre n'a pas de fenêtre, le salon donne sur une rue peut passante pas très bruyante donc meme si votre chambre est loin et ferme d'une porte vous entendez bcp la rue. L'escalier sent très fort les poubelle puisque qu'elle y sont exposés en permanence. Appartement pas mal décoré plutôt sympa d'apparence. Les placards sentent le renfermé, impossible de mettre son linge dedans. (Même pas une bouteille d'eau pour vous accueillir).
• CONNIE (8/5): - The property was a great size. The living/dining area was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. It would have been nice to have instructions on how to operate the washing machine. The bedroom had a lot of storage. The bed linens need to be upgraded, they were pretty worn. The bathroom was good. I would suggest placing an additional mirror over the sink for people who are taller than the mirror in place. It’s awkward to have to bend over all of the time to see in the mirror.
