• Antonín (9/5): - Majitel je velmi ochotný a vstřícný. Ocenili jsme možnost v den odjezdu si nechat zavazadla v úschově. Apartmán je velmi prostorný a čistý. Nová okna s dobrým odhlučněními -hluk města není v bytě skoro slyšet.

• marisa (9/5): Super comodo e accogliente. - La sua posizione ha reso tutto piu’ comodo e semplice, due passi dalla metro e dal centro. Molto silenzioso e veramente carino. Siamo stati benissimo e quando torneremo a Napoli, sempre qui verremo. Nulla non mi e’ piaciuto, consiglio solo un po’ piu di attenzione su chi si occupa delle pulizie, per il resto tutto perfetto.

Piero è stato gentilissimo a riceverci in tarda ora e a darci consigli utilissimi su come arrivare e dove mangiare, persona cordiale e amichevole. Appartamento consigliatissimo!!

• ema longo (9/5): - La casa è comoda , centrale ,luminosa e pulita e silenziosa . Davvero una bella soluzione per girare napoli . Piero ha lasciato consigli e indicazioni utili sulla lavagna in soggiorno. Si tratta di una casa in un palazzo d epoca in una strada che si collega a via Toledo . Due stazioni vicinissime ,sia metro che funicolare .Ci sono due bagni e gli spazi per i letti sono ben distribuiti per stare comodi. Per me è stata davvero un' ottima scelta
• Jacopo (10/5): Splendido soggiorno napoletano - Posizione centralissima, si raggiunge tutto a piedi. L'host è stato molto cortese, gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di una cucina ampia e ben azztrezzata, aria condizionata funzionale, e wifi veloce. Supermercato sotto casa e metro a 2 minuti a piedi, arrivare dalla stazione centrale è veloce, comodo, semplice ed economico. Soggiorno eccellente. Unici piccoli nei: macchina del caffè poco intuitiva, asciugamani un po' vecchi e ruvidi e la guarnizione della doccia al piano superiore perde leggermente, ma nulla di trascendentale o invalidante. Soggiorno veramente ottimo

The apartment is located in the city centre, after closing the windows there was no noise from inside! That was amazing and important. Fast connection from airport by bus 182.

• Maaike (8/5): Great location, large Apartment, very comfortable - Casa Latilla, is in a great location very central in Naples and it easy to get to any of the beautiful sights. Grocery store is close by and the kitchen is great, with also some stock so you do not need to by spices or olive oil immediatly. The bathroom was rather small but it was manageable

• Christina (9/5): A great place to stay - A Neapolitan place of character with 20foot high ceilings and windows which made the place light and bright. It was very quiet despite the football celebrations. Good information booklet and advice from Piero who met us on arrival. It was very well placed in the city - a few minutes to the metro, walking distance to the Museum. The torn stained ironing board cover!

• Hrvoje (10/5): perfect apartment for short or long stay in naples. - Pierro waited us, show the place around, handed two set of keys and left. Second floor, there is elevator. Apartment is pretty big wigh high ceiling. Because of high celings they made two galleries - one with double bed bedroom and bathrroom, and other is above second bedroom. So there is room for 5 people in the bedrooms and one couch in the living room. I have already been to Naples, so I knew that Piazza Dante is perfect location. There is Metro line 1 at the Dante, and not far away to the other side are Montesanto stations for Metro line 2, local trains and cable car (funicular). Historic centre is behind Dante square, and downd the Via Toledo (street) you can visit many monuments, shops and bars. Spanish quater is also short walking distance away. Supermarket Supero just behind the corner. Regarding the apartment, it was clean, with two balconies, well soundproofed. Internet was superfast 336/178 mbps. Kitchen is well equiped with evertyhing plus there is basic 'food' like olive oil, spices, pasta, tea and coffe. Fridge is huge. watch your head when entering into the building,

Around the corner from the metro and walking distance to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and sites! Lots of space for our family and amazing high ceilings! Great communication and check in/ out. • Martin (9/5): Superb - The central part of our stay was excellent. I can't imagine a better position for everyday town visiting. The closest metro and train station is handy. The place is quiet and peaceful, with typical Neapolitan characters. I thoroughly recommend it. Nothing worth mentioning.

It is located in the city center, the metro and the funicular are 2-3 minutes away from the place. There are many restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby. (9/5): GREAT location. - I've stayed at about 10 apartments over the years when visiting Europe, and I think Piero was perhaps the most responsive host I have encountered about the transfer of keys. Piero was great. The apartment was as shown in the pictures. Great location, clean, nice space and views of the street below. I have no doubt he would have taken care of any issues if any would have presented themselves. We had no issues to judge though, everything was great. Downstairs bathroom is tiny. You do have a much larger bathroom upstairs, but we just used the one on the main floor. That should indicate to anyone we didn't see it as a big deal.
