- Thara (6/5): - Goede uitvalbasis voor Shkodër. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Wij hebben hier overnacht voor een uitstap naar lumi i shales. We mochten de auto laten staan en kregen een goed ontbijt mee. Prima voor 1 nacht. De kamer rook naar nicotine en de badkamer naar urine. Afwerking kan beter. Er miste sfeer op de kamer.

- Mark (7/5): Great hotel at a great price. - We had 3 good size rooms, all in the same block on different levels. When we arrived they were not quite ready so we were given a beer while we waited (no more than 20 minutes). One room had a broken toilet seat and this was replaced within minutes of the staff being told about it. The included breakfast was really good. One of the room had a glass door to the outside. This would benefit from a curtain as the area outside was lit.

- Rosa (8/5): Els 3 nanos de recepció encantadors - Sobretot el personal ens ha tractat super bé i ens ha ajudat molt en tot. Ens van buscar i geationar la manera d’anar a Valbona i a Theth i per a que vingueren a per nosaltres a l’hotel, ens aconsellaren deixar el cotxe en el mateix hotel sense pagar res. Ens regalaren 4 ampolles d’aigua quan arribarem. Tot molt bè. Les instalacions necessiten una bona reforma, no estiguerem malament però bastant vell.

- Eduard (1/5): Fatal - L’amabilitat del personal L’hotel està deixat. L’habitació no estaba gaire neta. L’aire acondicionat feia un soroll brutal, perdia aigua i era dels anys 80. La porta de l’habitació s’aguantaba amb un moble. La terrassa estaba molt bruta i amb un forat sense reparar. L’armari del lavabo estaba escapçat. L’esmorzar res de l’altra món, la truita estaba saladídsima. Malgrat tot, el personal era molt amable.

I artived quite late and had to leave very early the next day - so I couldnt have the included breakfast. Klaus surprised me on check out with a little bag wih sandwich, fruits, drink and smth sweet.
