• Rene (5/5): Beware! Run-down apartment! - Location, size, Acropolis view. Cut the ‘luxury suite‘ out of the name as it is neither. It’s simply a run-down apartment. I don’t know where to start and where to stop: Door-handle on the entrance door comes off, water faucet in the bathroom loose, various cupboards, doors, ceilings chipped, couch is more of a sitting bag and stained, shutters in the living room are partially down and can’t be adjusted because the strap is completely ripped and entangled, shutters in one bedroom can’t be closed because it was chained open, mirrors with permanent spots and so on and so forth. Warm water is only available in one of the bathrooms. Internet is a gamble. 150€ a night is a total rip-off and only acceptable if you need a place to sleep. How people can rate this shack >8 and comment with ‘great‘ is totally beyond me - Booking.com, de-list such places! I can only post 4 photos which give you a glimpse of what reality is but not the whole picture.

A szálláshoz tartozó terasz kilátása sok mindent kárpótolt. A lakásban sok minden javításra szorul, elhasználódtak a bútorok, a kárpitok foltosak, koszosak. A takarítók munkája nagyon gyenge, a kanapéágy párnái alatt állt a kosz, ételmaradék.

• Guillaume (1/5): No water I'm any faucet and shower and toilet and no refund we left after 10 min - ⭐ 1/10 – Absolutely unacceptable We travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this. When we arrived, there was no running water at all — no sink, no toilet, no shower. We couldn’t even wash our hands or drink water. It was simply unlivable. The apartment had crayon marks on the sofa, water-damaged and swollen floors, a scratched mirror, and moldy cushions on the balcony. Two door handles were broken. The instructions were confusing, and the host’s response was slow and unhelpful. Even if we had wanted to stay, having no water made it impossible. On top of that, you cannot have hot water in both showers at the same time, and the listing mentions “private parking,” but there is none available. We left immediately after realizing the situation. This place should not be listed until it meets basic living standards.

We hebben geen problemen gehad met het warm water. Ook hele vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar. Hij hielp waar hij kon. Het appartement is een beetje verouderd, maar prijs kwaliteit is wel goed Een paar kleine dingen: Het appartement rook naar vis bij aankomst en er waren nog wat kleine dingen. Maar zodra we dit hadden gemeld wilde de eigenaar het komen laten maken. Ik zou het toch geen luxury suite noement.

• CLAUDÉ (8/5): Vistas a la Acrópolis y un super anfitrión - El alojamiento es tal como se decribe - las camas de las habitaciones son cómodas y el anfitrión es muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que ha podido, hasta nos facilitó consejos y transporte desde el aeropuerto hasta el piso. Lo mejor son las vistas a la Acrópolis desde la terraza. Los sofás camas no son muy cómodos - así que, auque el alojamiento permite hasta 7 personas, si son adultos no dormirán con la misma comodidad que los que se quedan en las 2 habitaciones. También hay un pequeño incoveniente en verano que el aire del salón solo puede funcionar si no están los calentadores de agua incendidos (van todos en el mismo disjuntor) - pero con las instrucciones adecuadas todo funcionó bien. A tener en cuenta que el ascensor es muy pequeño, solo caben 3 personas, pero funciona bien.

• Kurt (8/5): - We have stayed in this property about 5 different times when we have been to Athens and hope to stay there again the next time we visit the city. We really like the location even though the area is a little run-down. The place has been extensively improved in several ways since we stayed there the previous year. There are still a few things that could be fixed that would improve the experience. But we like the location, the view of the acropolis from the extensive deck and the wonderful choice of restaurants nearby.

Owner great always contactable and offered great service and recommendations. The apartment is slightly dated if I had to pick anything but this didn't effect the stay in the slightest.

Oven door handle hanging off. Balcony light needs replacing. Main door handle loose and came out when opening door. Light bulbs need replacing and shower does not drain properly. All small issues of maintenance that need addressing to make big improvement but the hosts communication excellent

• Ryan (10/5): The apartment lives up to its name! - By far one of the best stays in Athens. Great location close to local bars/restaurants. (Sfika) is a place to visit. Acropolis was a 10mins walk. Metro station was near by. Amazing balcony view, while sitting out. spacious, clean and the host was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

• Emily (10/5): It was amazing! Would highly recommend. - Beautiful area, very close to the Acropolis. We walked everywhere except the airport and our port. The property itself was great. Maybe adding bolded headings to the instructions would be helpful? It was a little overwhelming to receive so much information without a way to navigate it quickly. The A/C went out but it was because we used the electrical panel to warm up the water and you couldn’t do both at the same time.

Apartment is dated but comfortable. Advertised hot-tub was not available. Could have done with somewhere to put bags in the bedrooms - ended up covering the floor with clothes & bits. Wardrobes available for hanging but of limited use.

• Kurt (8/5): - This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property. We keep coming back because we like the location and especially the view of the Parthenon from the deck. During the last few years that we have rented this place, a few minor things have started to deteriorate, like loose taps in the bathroom. But we understand that the apartment is scheduled for some upgrades in the following year, which should make it an even better experience. We really like staying in this apartment every time we visit Athens.
• Shaun (6/5): Clean spacious apartment. Good view of Acropolis from balcony. Lovely art on walls but bedroom curtains too thin so room - Location was within walking distance from attractions. Apartment was spacious & furnishings were in good condition & clean. The art on the wall was bright & large & the curtains were new. The view over the acropolis was small & to the right of the balcony view, but clear & one could see the entire ruin over the tops of the rooftops. They left a loaf of bread, butter & jam 4 us, which was a lifesaver when we had just come off a long international flight. The curtains were very thin & with no lining the moon would shine straight into my eyes in the middle of the night & wake me up. This was not a good fit when you come straight from a long international flight & don’t sleep deeply due to jet lag. Would be nice if linings were added to curtains so rooms are darker at night.

The two beds were mediocre but the couches were terrible for sleeping (3 people slept there). Some of our bed sheets & towels were stained which was gross.

AC on one of the rooms was not very good, took a long time to cool the air (there was a heatwave). Also we need to turn off the AC to have hot water. Not a problem for us due to the heatwave, but worth mentioning.

• Sheila (6/5): - The apartment was adequate for our needs for one night before we flew home after vacationing in Crete. But it was definately not a luxury anything. The neighborhood was hard to navigate. The apartment was well worn, in need of many upgrades to be classified as luxury. Getting hot water for the showers was a hassle. We requested assistance getting transportation to the airport and got no reply. And you can see the Acropolis, but you have to be on the porch looking to the right. The apartment was fine for what it was, but was inflated as advertised.

Overall furniture quality is low. Bed base in the smallest room is really really noisy at every movement. Apartment is hot and without window mosquito net. A/C is only in the living room. Some of the chairs at the outside table are in metal and any movement might be annoying for the neighbours below. We were actually yelled at intensely by the neighbours of the apartment below us while we were sitting for dinner. View of the Acropolis is beautiful at night.

Even doe we haven't had met the owner it was very good comunication. He gave us all information we needed and at extra cost arange transfer from ant to airport witch was perfect! Thank you also for some breakfast stuff in fridge! Like some reviews already mentioned, it is not luxury apartment. Yes , it was like in a pictures but very, very dated. This place need renovation and a proper cleaning!

Had some trouble with the neighbours below as we were a family with kids there were some kids plays and the neighbours had a issue with noise . Good for family without kids. There were no locks for all rooms even the toilet.

• Mybestme (8/5): Very good - Nice view, plenty of room, we liked that there were two bathrooms, it was a nice bright apartment and we liked that they had coffee, tea, bread, butter and jam Sadly they didn't have any milk, though the house was mainly clean the fans hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the wardrobes had not been opened in a while either and were musty, and due to construction in the streets the water was shut off in the morning

• Cheryl (1/5): This is NOT a place I would ever recommend. - Nothing We picked this accommodation because we were told there was dedicated parking. This was not true! In fact we could not even fit our car down the streets located in the area as there were so many cars parked on both sides. We had to find a parking garage blocks away and drag our luggage through the streets. When we arrived, the residents of the building were in the lobby arguing with each other over building problems. They were rude to us and made it clear that "travelers" were NOT welcome in the building. The hot water took 40 minutes to warm up and during this time you could not run the air conditioner. This was only for 1 of the 2 bathrooms and it was difficult for 5 people to use one shower. It was an overall terrible experience!
• Manoj (7/5): Could be better - the location is about a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis museum and another 5/8 minutes gets you into Plaka. very convenient for two couples or a family witj big kids as it has to two bathrooms although one of which is a bit small in size . the Host Takis takes great care and is superb . the lift to the apartment can take only 2 pax in one go as it’s an old lift and the building itself is a bit old . the maintenance needs an upgrade as the lighting systems are a challenge . bedroom curtains are made of the thinnest fabric ever made !

• helen (4/5): - Rarely have photos been so deceiving. The apartment is in need of a complete refurbishment. All fixtures fittings and furniture were naff, dated and poor quality. Street pretty average, building and communal parts unappealing. Staying closer to Plaka would have been better advised. V disappointing and would not recommend the apartment. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the hot water on (it’s not automatic & absolutely not clear from the instructions ) so had cold showers in the horrible bathrooms throughout; however had the flat been stylish and attractive that wouldn’t have mattered -the bathrooms are so hot it isn’t the worst inconvenience

• Kurt (10/5): - This was our second time staying at this property. We hope to stay there again the next time we visit Athens. It is perfectly located, close to the acropolis and all the action in Plaka and Monastiraki, plus even closer to local shops and restaurants outside the main tourist areas. The view from the deck in outstanding. And the property manager is very helpful and easy to reach.

Spacious and in good condition with nice decor. 10mins walk to the sights and couple of minutes from a small supermarket. They also organised transfers for us which was helpful.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Wir haben es genossen zu jeder Tageszeit auf dem Balkon sitzen zu können und den Blick unter anderem auf die Akropolis zu haben. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal für die Erkundung der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Einen Supermarkt gibt es 2 Querstrassen weiter . In der Altstadt haben wir das Beste Eis gegessen und im Lokal am Eingang der Agora mit Blick auf die Akropolis haben wir sehr lecker gegessen. Wir haben sehr viel gesehen und ganz viel griechisches Flair erlebt. Die Ferienwohnung bot uns sehr viel Platz und hatte alles was man benötigt. Gut war auch dass der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per E-Mail und dann per Whatsapp sehr gut funktionierte. Wir haben die Möglichkeit wahrgenommen uns mit einem Privattransfer ( vom Vermieter für 40 Euro pro Fahrt organisiert ) vom Flughafen abholen und auch wieder zum Flughafen bringen zu lassen. Bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Athen würden wir diese Ferienwohnung wieder auswählen. Sehr zu empfehlen

Apartament jest super położony 300 metrów do metra, widok na Akropol jest super - spędziliśmy super czas na tarasie. Dwie osobne sypialnie plus duży salon naprawdę dużo miejsca. Apartament jest bardzo cichy, będąc na balkonie nie słychać hałasu miasta
