Excellent choice of food, and very friendly staff. Could not fault anything. Will definitely return here.

- Graeme (10/5): Love this hotel - We love this hotel and always seek to stay here when visiting London. We did, unusually, have a couple of issues with our room from an over flowing shower to a broken wardrobe door. Fortunately the staff were very understanding and did their best to rectify things. The Saturday afternoon vibe was amazing with a live DJ in the lobby bar. Breakfast was excellent tho they must have changed chefs as the avocado toast was different. Not a complaint. We will be back!!

But while having a drink at the bar, the guy from the check-in counter came and told us he had a room for us, but to our surprise, it was an upgraded room to the Manhattan, which is the biggest room type in the hotel! The room was awesome with a great view! Thank you!
- Brad (6/5): - This property is in a very convenient location near public transportation and dining. The room was about average cleanliness. It was pretty loud at this property. There was often a DJ playing loud music near the dining area, which I really didn’t love. The front desk staff tended to only do the minimum of what was asked. The room was nice and big but the refrigerator Did not work. I brought that up to the staff and they made no effort to address it. There is no ice machine available to guests. The dining staff were absolutely great and very nice. The included breakfast was very good and filling. One thing that was a problem was that the property description indicated there is a laundry facility for use on site. This is absolutely not true. There is only an extremely expensive laundry send out service with a one day turnaround.

The hotel and some of the rooms are starting to show their age with a little wear and tear that should really be attended to in order to maintain its quality. We had a great sleep and an excellent breakfast. We have already booked our next trips and encouraged friends and family to stay here.

- Graeme (10/5): Love this hotel - We love this hotel and have stayed here many times. It’s our preferred hotel in London. With a feeling of modern luxury and an oasis of calm in a busy city. A short distance from local sights such as the AꓭBA arena and Westfield shopping it is also not far into London city centre and the west end with excellent transport links. Our room was beautiful and comfortable and we were welcomed to the hotel like we were important (we aren’t!). Drinks and breakfast were excellent and reasonably priced for a good London hotel. We will be back soon!

It doesn’t really it’s not a reception area. It’s just a place where you pick up the keys way before you get in the lift it’s more restaurant than anything. It’s more of a dining place in a drink place the rooms are just like Adidas an afterthought but overall very nice clean but it’s still very young hotel and it’s only just changed brands recently so it needs to kind of let Mariott stamp b it into shape in the next few years it will llstamp vernacular onto it and before you know it it will start delivering it the clientele that go there you know it’s kind of like full stuff first class hotel catering to people who don’t do first class so a bit patronising in a way

Only issue was very loud music played until well after midnight, maybe due to the fact it was a Saturday night in December?

Comfy beds, enough space for 4 to move around, a mini bar, coffee/tea facilities…& a stunning bathroom! The staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was the icing on the cake. Great offering in pretty surroundings. We’re from the opposite side of London & were in the area to see Abba & this hotel made our night out so much better. Thank you x

- Paul (10/5): Great place with great space and location. - This hotel worked out wonderfully for me and my family. My wife and I were traveling with our elderly parents and other family. A party of 8 in total. This hotel offered good food at the restaurant and close proximity to all we needed for a comfortable stay. The mall was close to easily get groceries and snacks. And the station a train was close too. The rooms were comfortable, newer and spacious. We were very happy here.

- Roger M (8/5): A Curate's Egg - Although we arrived after 3:00pm our room was not ready. This was inconvenient as we needed to change and head out for an appointment. The room and bathroom were fine and well prepared. The room, however, was exceedingly dark and we needed all of the lights on to be able to see. We decided not to breakfast with you (a) because the tables were so closely packed and (b) the cost. Check out took a while as the only two staff on duty were struggling with the queue.

- Robert (8/5): - Lovely hotel, brilliant rooms, comfy bed and amazing bedding - the throws are so good I want one myself. Rooms are clean and the toiletries in the rooms are also really nice. Such a great scent to them. No hairdryer in the room which was a shame, and there could do to be a vending machine or something similar if you don’t want to spend on the room service and mini bar fees. I understand this is a better quality hotel but the option would have been nice. Check in was slow, and could have been more efficient than it was. Felt felt secure and would consider a stay here again.
- Osama (10/5): - The Stratford is a great property, we were there for 7 nights and didn’t have a single issue. Would definitely recommend staying here, it’s easy access to the underground and London attractions and having the mall 200 meters away really helps when you’re hungry and want some food.

- N M (8/5): Smart hotel with great rooms. - Very smart, new hotel. Great room facilities, including comfy beds, coffee machine, mini fridge, TV with Chromecast built in (plus sky sports!) and reliable WiFi. The location is very handy, with Westfield right next to it, plus you can get to/from st pancras in just 7 mins. Friendly staff too but our only small negative was finding we'd had a mini bar charge on our card after leaving, despite not using the mini bar.

My kid left her wallet in the room after checkout, housekeeping found it and we were able to retrieve it. Very thankful!

Our room wasn't ready for a couple hours so we had to sit in the restaurant. it wouldn't have been so bad if we hadn't arrived from a long travel day (9 hour flight plus travel to hotel) but they tried to make it right by offering complimentary drinks.

Just a minutes walk to train and shopp8ng centre. Really good location for our ABBA Voyage night out. One stop away. Will stay here again, if visiting.
