• Gerard (9/5): Family of 5 - We love having our own shower (ofuro), washing machine and our own dining table and kitchen. The host Satoru was extremely helpful and thoughtful. All the instructions for all appliances and area information were provided in both Japanese and English. Each bunk bed has a bed light and phone charging facility. We found our stay very comfortable and convenient. The location was great too - easy to get to and very central. Easy access to Tokyo station, Asakusa, Akihabara, Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku. (1) The pillows. It would be better to provide 2 pillows per bed in our opinion, based on the softness of the pillows. (2) The dining table/poker table was a bit too big for the space. A smaller dining table would make for more circulation space.

• SAKURAKO (5/5): 整理整頓、清潔は全てに勝る - 私たちのニーズに合っていた。 もう少し清掃に力を入れるべきだと思います。トイレの掃除道具は出しっぱなしで埃がたまり、便座は上げてあり、掃除の跡はありませんでした。ライティングデスクも汚れが拭き取られておらず、自慢のテラスは枯れかかったもみじの葉が大量に溜まっておりました。また、チェックアウトの前日から、なぜかすべての窓のシャッターが降りていて、テラスに出ることも窓の外を見ることも出来ませんでした。素人さんのやってる民泊とは言え、あまりに行き届いておらず、残念です。

Very attentive and helpful. - The size of the room was good. - It was generally quiet, though there was some noise coming from outside, but I slept with earplugs so it didn't bother me. - The beds and the room were comfy. - Bathroom and shower were good too. - There are only 2 guest rooms, so it feels more private. - The neighborhood was also nice. - There aren't any good train connections nearby. There is a station nearby but it doesn't connect to major stations. You would have to either transfer or walk 30 min to the nearby big station. - While the neighborhood is nice, it's very residential. You would have to walk 30 min to get to the more commercial area where you can find big coffee chains etc.

• みゆき (4/5): - スタッフさんの対応は悪くはなかったですが、もう少し、周辺施設の知識があるとよかったです。 このようなタイプの宿泊施設を利用したのは初めてでしたので、戸惑うこともありましたが、セルフで干渉されずに過ごせたのは気楽でした。 水回りの汚さがとても気になりました。洗面の排水部分の黒カビは、綺麗に掃除しておいて欲しかったです。

• Re (8/5): Overall experience is quite ok - 1. far from city area, quiet place and location to stay 2. washing machine with dryer function (min 3 hours; max 5 hours) 3. nearby to 7-eleven and Lawson 4. owner is able to speak English, even though is not that fluent but sufficient to communicate 5. easily access to public transport (Train and bus) 6. opposite restaurant Kipin (味平) serves a very good and delicious Miso soup (330 yen only), worth a try 7. toiletry and washing liquid is provided 1. far from city area, longer time to reach your desire destination 2. In my room, one of the bed is directly facing to the air cond, very bad for nose 3. no extra pillow is provided 4. small room, need to find a way to store your luggage (I put my luggage under the bed, if your luggage is too big might not able to fit in)

• Siosaia (8/5): Very good - Location was so easy to find and get to Nippori Toneri Liner Line. Value for money in Tokyo so it was great! Washing machine outside was convenient and dried quickly. Rooftop was great and we could see Skytree, even though we had to walk up to the 4th floor ;) The room is on the first floor, but the showers are on the 2nd floor so please aware of this. It was absolutely fine, but obviously a little inconvenient.
• Seiko (8/5): - Overall clean but found a sock from prev guest. Dust, mold around windows, but disappointed. Found a wonderful izakaya 5min walking distance. 7-11 on the way to go which was convenient. Tiny diners in front of the building which we didn’t try but look good. Kabab track, too.
• Hermine (7/5): Great stay in Tokyo - The main sites in Tokyo are around 40 min away. The appartement is well designed and everything is present. The possibility of privacy with the curtains in the bed. We didn't understand the toilets were shared from the description but they were clean and on our floor.
• Pesenti (8/5): Overall I'm satisfied of my stay in this guest house, I recommend it! - The room was very nice, the beds were comfortable and it was spacious enough. The host is very kind and the automated door is very convenient. The toilets were always clean and tidy. The position was uncomfortable, it took never less than 40 min to reach the nearest cultural spots. It was not the best having the toilets on a different floor from the room. One night there were other guests that were very loud.

There is a nice little onsen within walking distance, and the station is also really close. We enjoyed long busy days in different parts of Tokyo, and in the evening we came back to a quiet street, which was very nice.

• Jaime (8/5): Affordable option for large group and long stay - Affordable option for large group staying for a long period. Not recommended for elderly travellers. The room is fully equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom, with the exception of toilets which is outside the room, across the hall.
