Oferta śniadań bogata, polecam stanowisko do samodzielnego robienia gofrów. Pokój cichy i elegancki, personel gotowy do pomocy, udany pobyt. W ofercie śniadaniowej brakowało bitej śmietany do gofrów.

- Richard (8/5): Great value for money - Everything is very modern, good location, good price, breakfast was great (the times i made it before the closure time at least. Getting up before 10 or 11 is not that easy when you get back from parties at 5am). Reception was always very friendly and professional. McDonalds is a 5 minute walk away, always open far into the night, easy to grab a quick coffee or a lunch. - Air conditioning gave some error code when you turn it on, not sure if it was actually doing something. It did blow air but don't know if it was actually cooled. I just opened the window but if it's 30 degrees summer later in the year, any AC should be working. - There is a bit much furniture in the room, there is barely space to open 1 large airplane suitcase. I was there with two of these for some events. Had to stack up a few pieces of furniture to make space. - On the bed i discovered a really gross small stain, I couldn't determine if i did something by accident with a M&M candy i was eating before, or if it was already there, but it was very dried up. I hope it was not from an exploded pimple or something from previous visitor. - Upon arrival there were some bits of mess on the carpet and a long hair in the shower pan. It's not that bad but not really what you expect. - Also the DND hanger is a bit annoying as it falls off the door knob half of the times you open the door, so then you have to bend over, pick it up, and put it back on the doorknob again. Even if you really carefully open the door. Would be a good improvement to use such sliding "DND/Please clean" -sign on the wall like you see at some other hotels. Or such digital sign with buttons inside the room to control it... Those are totally tamper&hassle-free. - The roomkey scanner in the elevator is really user-unfriendly, I met multiple people who didn't get it to work. I just scanned the key multiple times and pushed the button multiple times alternating and then it worked. But these last few things are really minor to me, it doesn't matter that much. Good price / quality. - The waffle iron in the breakfast is making a loud intermittent beeping noise which is really annoying. Probably some cooking timer or that it reached temperature... They should put a light indicator on that function instead of that beeping.

- Carmela (8/5): Nice and comfortable - I like how central the location of the hotel is. It is near train stations, shops and restaurants. Our room had a good view of the wall with all the beautiful graffiti.I love that buffet breakfast is included too. The tea and coffee making facilities in the room need improvement by offering more tea, coffee and other hot drinks like hot chocolate. it would also help if bottled water is available in the room for the electric kettle as it’s not pleasant to use the water from the shower room tap.

The rooms are quite small, but have all the necessary amenities and the bed was very comfortable The location: very good for our purpose (Uber Arena), close to Alexanderplatz by bike or by train. However it might not suit all tastes, as at night is pretty full of drunkards and drug abusers The small rooms, but it wasn't a big inconvenience

- Karsten (10/5): Ein gemütliches Netz für einen Wochenendausflug. - Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum, auch ein perfektes Hotel nach einem Konzertbesuch in der Uber-Arena.. Ein freundlicher Empfang ist on der Lobby garantiert. Wir waren im Hotel schon öfter. Für die Autofahrer: die Tiefgarage ist großzügig ausgelegt. Keine Beanstandungen!

Für ein Hilton etwas enttäuschend aber leider deutscher Standard geworden, dass nur noch WMF Kaffeemaschinen gibt, dementsprechend auch die nicht so gute Qualität. Das klassische Rührei gibt es nur alle 2 Tage, vielleicht bin ich da etwas pingelig, aber ich esse nun mal gerne Rührei und mag nicht jeden zweiten Tag neu schauen was ich esse. Leider scheinen auch die Zeiten vorbei wo man eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer hat wenn man ankommt. Ansonsten war alles ok.

- RZD (6/5): - Hotel nie ma własnego parkingu podziemnego, korzystasz z parkingu godzinowego miejskiego, każdy wyjazd samochodem to nowy bilet, nie ma możliwości opłacenia całej doby parkingowej z wielokrotnym wjazdem - wyjazdem w recepcji hotelu. Pokoje hotelowe są bardzo małe, bez szans aby np. usiać przy stoliku i popracować.

- Anne (8/5): Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip - Wir haben das Hotel für einen Konzertbesuch gebucht. Die Nähe zur Uber Arena ist super und gleichzeitig liegt das Hotel ruhig. Zum Ostbahnhof ist es auch nicht weit. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und das Bett unheimlich bequem, eine Minibar im Zimmer wäre jedoch gut gewesen. Das Frühstück war auch gut, besonders cool waren die wechselnden warmen Gerichte und die Waffeln. Unser Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer in einer höheren Etage wurde berücksichtigt, vielen Dank ans Team! :) Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Städtetrip! Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wie gesagt, eine Minibar im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Beim Frühstück hat uns eine kleine Auswahl an Aufstrichen (z. B. Hummus, Eiersalat, etc.) gefehlt.

- Uta (10/5): Sorgenfreie Konzertnacht - Wir haben ein Konzert in der UberArena besucht und eine Nacht dort verbracht, die Lage ist für diesen Zweck perfekt Verlässt man das Konzert sind Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe, alles fussläufig erreichbar Zimmer waren nicht so groß, für einen Kurzbesuch völlig in Ordnung, alles sehr sauber, Betten sehr bequem , Zimmer direkt an der Straße, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig Frühstück ist immer inklusive, einfaches, gutes Buffet mit Kaffeeauswahl, Tee, Saft, Wasser, teilweise warm, Käse-und Wurstauswahl, sogar Waffeln kann man sich machen, Personal sehr beflissen und höflich Auto im Parkhaus mit Zugang zum Hotel abgestellt, schon kostspielige „ Metropol-Preise“, aber da in den Außenbereichen auch keine günstigen Parkplätze zu bekommen sind, steht das Auto wenigstens warm und sicher

Alles zur Zufriedenheit in Qualität und Menge vorhanden (auch hier natürl. das Personal) Parken im naheliegenden Einkaufzentrum halb so teuer als im benachbarten Hotel (Kooperationspartner zum Parken - keine eigenen Parkplätze) Wir hörten den Aufzug - obwohl unser Zimmer nicht direkt daran grenzte. Es war aber erträglich.

- Jana (7/5): Schönes Zimmer, gute Lage. Frühstück leider enttäuschend - Schönes Zimmer in guter Lage mit Blick auf die Spree und die Eastside Gallery. Wir waren für eine Veranstaltung auf dem Uber Platz vor Ort, dort war man innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Das Frühstück fand ich leider sehr enttäuschend. Es ist zwar im Zimmerpreis enthalten, die Auswahl fand ich jedoch sehr schwach. Als Vegetarier war es besonders schwierig. Aber generell wäre eine größere Auswahl an Obst oder mehr Müsli Sorten schön gewesen. Schade..

- Jolina P (6/5): - Sehr schöne lange, schneller erreichbar mit den Öffentlichen. Es war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für das große Frühstücksbuffet gab es meiner Meinung nach einfach zu wenig Plätze und auch zu wenig 'bequem' Möglichkeiten, Also kaum richtige Stühle und Tische, wir müssten auf einem Sofa sitzen mir einem Kaffeetisch, das Essen war sauber aber das hat doch deutlich gestört.

- Diana (9/5): Perfekter Kurzaufenthalt - Die Lage zur Uber Arena war top, aber auch so ist alles schnell erreichbar, zu Fuß oder mit den Öffis. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
- Katharina (7/5): - Die Lage ist super. Das Zimmer war gut, vor allem auch das man wenig vom Straßenverkehr gehört hat. Die Qualität vom Frühstück war sehr gut. Fehlende Informationen zum Hotel bzgl. Fahrstuhl, Besonderheiten u WLAN beim einchecken. Es gab im Schrank leider keine Ablagefächer. Schön wäre bei dem Preis auch eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer u Müllbeutel in den Abfalleimern. Das Chaos beim Frühstück war anstrengend. Trotzdem ein sehr schönes Hotel.
- Cornelia (6/5): Er war gut, aber ich würde beim nächsten mal wo anders schauen. - Lage für Konzerte top Barpersonal top und sehr freundlich, einchecken sehr gut, Frühstück leider ohne gekochtes Ei, obwohl es täglich wechseln sollte, defekte kleine Lampe am Bett, Parkplatz nur Seperat und keine Ermäßigung für Hotelgäste, für 3 Sterne ganz schön teuer.

- Rosemarie (9/5): - Wir waren zu den Ehrlich Brothers in der Uber Arena. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten vom UberPlatz entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und die Ausstattung der Hotelzimmer sind geschmackvoll. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei.
