A damage deposit of GBP 185 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Guests are required to email photo identification (either a drivers licence or passport), and proof of address immediately after booking and prior to arrival, and it must match the original name used to make the booking.

- Anonymous (3/5): Quite Poor. I was quite disappointed - Proximity to my meeting venue The property was not clean. Black Mold noticed in many place. Window blinds were defective, dirty or absent.
Fridge was dirty and had a dank, stale smell. Air Vents in both bathrooms had massive dust build up. The Netflix stopped working after a few hours on day one.
- Matt (7/5): Great location however apartment feels like it could do with some TLC - Location fantastic for us out project was very near by. Apartment had wonderful balcony to watch people and trains passing below. The apartment on first inspection was fine however everything felt very tired. All the blinds were either in disrepair or very tatty and dirty.
The family bathroom was also very tired. Basin was very badly cracked, bath screen was letting water through at the hinge side. Floor tiles were loose and moving. I didn’t use the other bathroom.
- Valdas (8/5): Very good - Location. The exceptional place between Canary wharf skyscrapers creates a unique atmosphere especially at night. It says - you are in a really big city.
DLR and bus stops nearby underground station are 10-15 minutes away from the house so it's easy to reach the London centre.
And consierge was very helpful and polite. Windows blinds didn't work properly.

Hot water ran out if two people had a shower, kitchen utensils were not very clean
- Zureena (7/5): Pros and Cons - The house is clean, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The host was helpful and made everything straightforward. One small suggestion would be for the host team to review the quality of the chairs for safety reasons and remove the broken one, as it snapped when a child sat on it. This would help ensure a safer experience for future guests.

- Kudirat (8/5): Good environment and spacious apartment - Neat apartment and the staff were courteous Noticed the boiler was faulty, but it couldn't be repaired before we left the apartment
- Oxley (1/5): Cold water for the entire stay, we were promised that it was going to be fixed but it was ignored. - No hot water to shower and for washing up, the entire stay was ruined by the water heater not working. No effort was made by the host to call a a heater engineer or professional, presumably to save on call out costs. This made us feel neglected and we urge customers not to stay here as the hosts customer service for a satisfactory stay isn’t their priority.

- Emy (1/5): FAKE PICUTRES. - It was nothing like the pictures. Everything was dirty, pillows, bed sheets, toilet. For 7 people, they had just 5 towels, dirty glasses, and sink locks of the shower and hand washer. They ask you information as if you were going to leave there, this makes you expect a very nice place and a place cared for by the owner, but believe, it is nothing like that. I'm totally disappointed. At least you would like a good rest but not even the beds we're not comfortable at all, would you like a shower to relax? Hot water was not working eaither, aaaahhh of course all full of dust. I don't know what else bad things is missing to this place it count with all the requirements ... It's totally unworthy.

- Anonymous (6/5): All over it was good.The lady who introduced us to the flat had no idea about anything,but still she was trying to help - It was safe and secured and also a reception with somebody to help.Easy access to train.And almost good supermarkets and a restaurant near by. The linens were not good and also the bed in double bedroom was not so good..Need more cutlery items in kitchen.

The host and his team was always available to answer any questions. In addition, there's a 24-hour concierge in the building, which is helpful in so many ways. Nothing! A great stay and the perfect base from which you can explore all that London has to offer.
