- Akosua (10/5): Lovely suites in the centre of Athens - Beautiful suites, a lot nicer than the pictures. Very clean. Easy to vary the lighting and temperature in the room. The rooftop terrace has a nice view of most of Athens. Management was very responsive, polite and kind. QR code to recommendations on where to eat including food that could be delivered to the suites was a plus. Although there are some unavoidable stairs to the ground floor, the building does have a lift to the other floors except the rooftop terrace. Neighbourhood is quiet, three minutes from a bus stop that takes you to Monastiraki Square Πλατεία Μοναστηρακίου ànd Syntagma Square Πλατεία Συντάγματος. The suites are also a 10 to 15 minute walk away from the Agora, and two different metro stations, Thiseio and Kerameikos. Everything was great.

El desayuno es seco pero como en casa. Tenés todo lo necesario. Todo blanco, todo prolijo, todo reluciente, todo anda. Muy fácil el ingreso.

Είναι πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο, με ικανοποιητική θέρμανση και ψύξη (κλιματισμός οροφής) που μπορείς να αυξομειώσεις μόνος σου, ήσυχη και ασφαλής περιοχή πολύ κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο (5-10' περπάτημα). Σχετικά με το πάρκινγκ, εμείς έχουμε καταφέρει να παρκάρουμε με ευκολία τόσο μπροστά από το κατάλυμα, όσο και στη γύρω περιοχή. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικός και πρόθυμος. Πραγματικό value for money!

- Magda (10/5): - Very nice apartment. There is a lot of space, it's a great location near to most of the important places like agora or acropolis. The host was really nice and helpful. At the roof of the building there is a terrace with an impressive view, which is a very nice place to rest after long walks across the city. The lack of the wardrobe, and the green light above the door lighting all the time. Also all of the lights in the room are very light and white.

- Singryd (10/5): Excellent value - Modern apartment, strong efficient A/C, streaming TV services (Netflix) and spacious bathrooms. The TV appears small but has exceptional HD–movie was enjoyable. The bedroom's wardrobe were great to have, as well as an outlet adaptor, which I forgot to bring. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to a few restaurants and grocery stores. They also provided a map of the area, including points of interest, which was thoughtful. The staff were very friendly; check-in and check-out was a breeze. The living room doesn't have any privacy curtains/blinds but it's facing other buildings. As long as the neighbors didn't go to their window, there was privacy in the living room area. Nothing else can be improved.

- Rene Benjamin Schweizer (9/5): - Die Lage ist top und ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten (Fuss) in der Innenstadt. Ausserdem ist das Personal sehr nett und Nikolas hatte uns zu Beginn die gesamte Reise von der Ankunft am Flughafen zu den Apartments organisiert. Die Apartments sind sehr grosszügig, sehr sauber und ruhig. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Falls wir wieder Athen besuchen, werden wir hier übernachten.

Le quartier est calme et l’appartement est situé à 20’ à pied de l’entrée de l’acropole, à 10’ de deux stations de métro, et à moins de 10’ de chouettes quartiers pour passer la soirée. Rideaux manquent au salon si canapé lit utilisé et serait préférable de mettre un rideau opaque côté porte vitrée pour l’intimité de la chambre.

- Laurie (9/5): Wonderful s - Very clean and roomy. Easy access to walking to a convenience store for small supplies. 10-15 minute walk to local cafés. The staff was extremely helpful and maps and information for the area was available in the room. A very nice terrace was on the room, with a great view of the city. Beds were very comfy. Also had an elevator. Prior to our trip they were amazing and set up transportation to the room and to the airport as well. An overall wonderful experience. The bathroom was all incased in glass and didn't provide alot of privacy as the frosted glass wasn't quite high enough when using the facilities.

- Daniel Perez (8/5): - The service of the owners was amazing, any question we had was immediately answered. This personal touch was really appreciated. Furthermore the location was good, walking past the acropolis back to the appartments was very nice. Everything was within walking distance, and for a day to Piraeus we were able to take the metro within 5 mins walking distance. The bed was not the best, it creaked quite loudly and was not super comfortable. Furthermore, noise from the hallway was quite loud in the morning from other guests. Maybe a note to other guests to please be a little more quiet in the hallway would help a lot.

We have been traveling awhile and needed to do laundry, they have free washer, dryer and detergent! We loved this place and wish we would have booked it for our return to Athens!

Most all the comforts of home, great big shower, lots of hot water. - Matthias (9/5): - Wir fanden das Apartment toll gelegen, fußläufig zu den wichtigsten touristischen Attraktionen und gleichzeitig in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil. Wir genossen auch sehr den abendlichen Aufenthalt auf der Dachterrasse. Hervorzuheben m.E. war auch, dass der Vermieter wirklich bemüht war, den Aufenthalt so positiv wie möglich zu gestalten. Vielen Dank dafür. Ich fand das Bett nicht wirklich bequem und die Möbel z. T. bereits ein klein wenig abgewohnt.

- Carlos Alonso (10/5): FANTASTICO APARTAMENTO PARA DISFRUTAR ATENAS - La ubicación es perfecta; EN CENTRO DE TODO, cerca de buenos RESTAURANTES y para recorrer Atenas lo mejor. Nosotros fuimos a un restaurante (Abibayio) que esta a 3 min. , en una zona espectacular y con una comida muy buena y muy bien de precio. Dispone de una terraza con vistas 360º de toda Atenas. Para desayunar hay unos cafes con un Capuchino Fredo que se lleva ahora y sandwich (se llaman de otra forma), que merecen la pena. Ademas, nos facilitaron poder dejar el equipaje fuera de los horarios de Checkin / Checkout. Tambien nos dieron PLANO de Atenas, información, etc... ; tiene una lavanderia de lujo. Las habitaciones completamente nuevas y no se oye una mosca alli... En la nevera teniamos agua, café,... y hasta con zapatillas de casa. lo único que se me ocurre es que hubiera alguna Cerveza o vino Griego. El resto estaba todo completo.

The rooftop area is perfect to relax after enjoying your day. The laundry is free and easy to operate. Building is very secure and clean.

- Yvonne (10/5): Schöne Wohnung, guter Kontakt - wir würden sicher wieder bei Nikolas wohnen. - Wir hatten guten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der uns feine traditionelle Restaurants empfahl, und wir durften unser Gepäck am letzten Tag noch deponieren bis zur späteren Abreise. Er hat uns auch sehr gut per whats app begleitet für unsere späte Ankunft, Wir waren sehr gut umsorgt.

- Greg (10/5): Large, modern apartment in fantastic location - Large, modern apartment, and everything works (particularly the AC!). Great location close to restaurants (North and South), markets, bakeries, three metro lines, the Acropolis, and a nice hill nearby for walking and taking in the gorgeous views of the acropolis. And then there’s the grand rooftop terrace, ideal for dinner or evening drinks or just for enjoying the wonderful nighttime panorama. Very responsive owner.

- Sharon (10/5): Perfect in every way! - Fabulous location, easy walk to all the attractions through an elegant and safe neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Guest laundry a huge bonus and Nikolas supplied detergent too. The place is so well managed and perfect! This was our second stay here and we will return!

Vale la pena subir a la terraza, las vistas de la ciudad son inolvidables. Bien ubicado. El lado derecho de la cama de matrimonio hacia un poquito de ruido pero no nos impidió el descanso.

Fully equipped kitchen down to salt n pepper, kitchen roll and cling film😊 we were allowed early access which was a blessing after a 10 day cruise. Washers and dryers also included. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Definitely reccomend this place tho a 3 day heatwave was out of their control😁
