• PRIMOZ (8/5): - Bazen, večerja, osebje. Ogrevanje sobe kljub mrzlim nočem ni bilo zadovoljivo , restavracija je bila dva dni zaprta, to smo izvedele šele ob prihodu. Zaračunali so parkirišče, čeprav je Booking zagotavljal samo še dodatno plačilo takse.
• Przemysław (2/5): Pokoje budget slabe, booking droższy niż bezpośrednia rezerwacje, dobra obsługa, piekny głowny budynek i strefa saunowo- - Bardzo dobra strefa saun i świetny basen. Po pierwsze - booking sprzedaje ofertę (nawet w promocji) znacznie drożej niż na miejscu. Po drugie - na zdjęciach widzimy głównie piękny główny budynek a nie dobudówki. W ofercie booking jest tylko opcja „budget”, ale nie jest napisane, że to najgorsze pokoje w hotelu. I tak np my mieliśmy widok na ścianę wentylatora, a w łazience bulgotały rury nad ranem. Obok były drzwi wyjściowe, także mieliśmy wrażenie mieszkania w takiej dziwnej przybudówce. Gdyby nie świetna obsługa i strefa basenowo-saunowa a także miłość do stoków Bad Gastein pobytu pod katem warunkow mieszkania nie można byłoby zaliczyć do udanych. Dodatkowo nie było informacji o platnym parkingu.

• Sabine (8/5): Ruhige Lage abseits vom Schuss. - Die Appartments sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbad sind sehr schön. Auch wenn die Saunas erst am Nachmittag eingeschaltet werden, wurde uns angeboten, sie schon in der Früh einzuschalten. Damit hatten wir einen ruhigen Wellnessbereich, während die meisten auf der Piste waren. Der kleine Shop ist gut ausgestattet und bietet auch unverpackte Ware, die man in beliebigen, auch sehr kleinen Mengen abfüllen kann (zB Essig, Öl, Majo, Müsli, Nudeln etc.). Das ist gerade für Kurzurlaube hilfreich! Nachdem wir mit dem Zug angereist sind und dieser Verspätung hatte, gab es keinen Schibus mehr zur Unterkunft. Der Weg ist daher mit Gepäck wirklich mühsam, v.a. bei Schnee und Eis. Leider war dann auch die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt, wodurch wir auch keine Ansprechperson mehr hatten, bei der wir reklamieren hätten können, dass ein Bettzeug fehlt. Das war leider suboptimal. Nichtsdestotrotz war das Personal am nächsten Tag sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer hat eine sehr dünne Matratze und ist wenig komfortabel.

• Agata (9/5): - It is very close to the ski bus stop and in less than 10 minutes you are at the Bahnhof station where is the ski slope. The shop by the reception was also very nice and with good and cheap products. It is a bit complicated at the beginning as it is very big building. The swimming pool is too cold for a leisure swimming pool with massages :(

• Stefanie (5/5): - Leihgebühr für Bademantel und Saunatuch ohne Zimmerschuhe. Es wäre hilfreich gewesen, eine solche Information im Vorfeld zu bekommen. Dann hätte man sich die Sachen für den Wellnessbereich von daheim mitnehmen können. Schwimmingpool war konstant sehr kalt.
• Sara (10/5): Trevligt, mysigt och funktionellt! - Oerhört fint boende. Fräscht och välstädat och en perfekt liten lägenhet för våra behov. Enkelt att ta sig till och från centrum och till alla liftsystem med stadens bussar. Fin pool med bra aktiviteter (vattengympa bland annat, perfekt för den familjemedlem som inte åker skidor). Skönt att man kunde boka tvättmaskin. Supertrevlig personal som verkligen var tillmötesgående och hjälpte till med allt vi behövde. En av oss fick sova i soffan och det var inte den bekvämaste sängen. Men det var inte olidligt utan det gick an. Vi saknade också möjlighet till ugn, hellre ugn än mikrovågsugn kände vi. Men detta är verkligen petitesser som vägdes upp av allt det andra trevliga!

• Dario (9/5): Vraćamo se. - Na recepciji nas je dočekala managrica Iva i omogućila nam jednostavan check in na hrvatskom jeziku. Iva je vrlo ljubazna i profesionalna. Temperatura vode u bazenu bi trebala biti malo viša.

• Maira (6/5): We expected more - Garage (extra 6€ per day) and easy access from luggage to the room. We expected a room with a nice view, but instead we were facing another building. At the reception they told if that next time we should not book a budget room - we weren’t aware of the category when we book as was not informed and the price was quite high. They have many buildings so you probably won’t stay in the beauty building that you see in booking. Breaking is just on the weekends and quite poor. Also note that you have to pay 23€ per person for a pack of towels and robe for your stay.

• Sarah (7/5): Fijn - Fijn groot appartement en mooie locatie. We konden pas na veel gedoe in het restaurant eten, want het zou volgeboekt zijn. Maar er zat, naast 1 andere tafel, helemaal niemand in de zaal gedurende ons hele diner. Ten tweede: de volgende ochtend gingen we naar de ontbijttafel en wederom hetzelfde moeilijke gedoe. We zouden niet gereserveerd hebben voor het ontbijt. Er zat weer niemand. Bovendien was bij het inchecken helemaal niet aan ons gevraagd of we ontbijt wilden, terwijl dat in ieder hotel toch altijd zo gaat. Beetje vreemd. Verder wel echt een prachtige plek. En ook vriendelijk groetend personeel in de gang.

• Dora (9/5): - Hotel położony w dobrej lokalizacji,Blisko Bus który dojeżdża do marketu pod górkę,ale pieszo najlepiej spacerkiem iść i podziwiać uroki wodospadu i widoki w koło .Blisko sklepik z pamiątkami,restauracje .W Hotelu czysto,W Basenie ciepła woda i można natrafić na ćwiczenia poranne z miłą Panią..Obok sauna,dla dzieci pokój zabaw, biblioteczka i gry.W pobliżu ok 1 godz bardzo dużo miejsc do zwiedzania kto co lubi.

• Eriksson (10/5): - Bra läge och trevlig personal som hjälpte gärna till med tips på vad man kan göra. Bodde i lägenhet och är mycket nöjd över utrustningen i köket och det kändes mycket fräscht. Smidigt med parkering och att man kan ta sig till huvuddelen där receptionen låg inomhus. Vi är mycket nöjda och kan rekommendera att bo där.

Quite place with a fantastic view from the balcony, perfect Therma pool and multiple various saunas. Even has small shop if short for some groceries. Liked basically everything, apart from renovation, wrapped in scaffolding of the main building, which was an unpleasant surprise.

• Dawn (10/5): An excellent choice for stay in Bad Gastein. - Location and its view are amazing. Extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment. Nothing had been forgotten and the kitchen equipment was of a high standard. Shop on site very handy. We ate in the restaurant once which was excellent and a fair price. Staff were lovely. We initially wanted to drop our luggage off a few hours early but they happily gave us the key to our apartment. Excellent access onto the promenade from rear of property for people who like walking Nothing

Excellent playing room for kids of different ages! Nice sauna free for hotel customers. A swimming pool was closed but we got unlucky since it was in the beginning of May (after winter season and before a summer season)
• Elena (10/5): Ski & Spa Weekend - The main building with lobby, restaurant and bar is very beautiful art deco style. Staff was extremely friendly. It's a short walk to downtown for restaurants. The spa was an excellent way to relax after a day of skiing, but the saunas are not on during the day-time.

The thermal pool was rather chilly but apart from that the wellness area was nice.Unfortunately no shops nearby but at least a small grocery store in the complex.

The Sofa bed was also comfortable and the provision of 2 bathrooms was great. It had all required amenities you would wish for a longer stay at an apartment. The balcony had an amazing view of Bad Gastein, and the pool was also lovely.

• Al (9/5): A beautiful hotel in a very picturesque ski area. Great skiing lifts nearby. - Excellent restaurant food that can be taken away to your apartment. Great vegan options. WiFi connection was poor at times. Streaming movies would buffer a lot. The bedroom was much too warm for sleeping. The comforters were too thick for a hot room.

• Andy-lee (8/5): Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, the perfect place to stay in Bad Gastein - The view was spectacular from our apartment. It was also a very peaceful and quiet location. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Though we didn't have time to use the facilities - pool, massage, etc - there certainly seemed to be ample amenities, including an on-site shop. It's a small thing, but it wasn't clear at the time of booking that there wouldn't be complimentary tea or coffee in the room (there usually is elsewhere), so we needed to go to the nearest supermarket to get it, which was less than ideal after a long journey. Also, if you want dinner at the restaurant, you must make reservations the day before. Another thing to be aware of is the guest cleans the dishes and cutlery in the room by hand, so I felt the need to clean them myself before use as I couldn't be sure of the standards of the previous occupant.

Номер понравился, но кровать жестковата. Коридоры отеля какие-то странные как бункер. Ресторан работает только 3 дня в неделю, вид отличный из ресторана и отель недалеко от центра
• Verified traveler (4/5): - First surprise was a big spider on the curtain scared my child then i couldn't sleep well for two night because of bed bugs my body was scratching me hall night. Main building and reception is nice but dont except to stay there.. You will be surprised by staying in another buildings next to it connected buy underground corridors and lifts very difficult to find the the way to room. Looks like prison break.. Nice view clean towels clean room but the only problem bed bugs you feel it
