• Ani_Aquafittt (10/5): - The guy was there by the check in,even though in the information letter was written,nobody is gonna be by the check in.He was really helpful. It's very close to everything. The Colosseum was 2.2km by feet,the night life in trastevere is just by the housedoor,with a beautiful view to to river,the Vatican is 1.4km,the Angels Castle as well. Opposite the flat is a perfect gluten and everything free bakery,and also some smaller shops,kiosks were there as well.In the apartment we had a capsule coffee machine,and some teabag as well with kettle.The room was always nice and clean and when we arrived,we even got a bottle of wine.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was actually nicer than the pictures. There was coffee, tea and complimentary water daily. Hair dryer, slippers, good WiFi. Safe. Breakfast decent with cold and hot options at 3 minutes walk from the actual location. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

• Laura (10/5): Good location and good place! - The location was perfect, plenty of bars and restaurants round the corner. Very close to the the main attractions of Rome, no more than 30/40 minutes walk. Elegant and clean. Great staff! I recommend it!

Be aware noise l - The location of the hotel was perfect, lots of restaurants and bars round the corner and only 40 minute walks to the main attractions. The noise outside kept us awake, bar across the road was open until 2am. We had to sleep with the aircon on to drown out the noise. The only way to get into the room was by phone, make sure you don’t use all your battery during the day otherwise you can’t get into the room!

• Tommaso (1/5): Pessima esperienza - La posizione Sono stato molte volte in questo B&B e devo dire che mi sono sempre trovato bene. Tuttavia, da qualche tempo hanno introdotto una procedura online, tramite un link, per aprire il portone d’ingresso, la porta interna e la porta della camera. Al mio arrivo il ragazzo mi ha spiegato la procedura e mi ha anche detto che la porta principale non sempre funzionava con il link online, ma che vicino alla porta era presente un codice che avrebbe comunque permesso l’apertura. Dopo cena, verso le 22:45, stanco rientro per andare nella mia camera. Arrivato alla porta del B&B inserisco il codice: si sente il rumore dello scatto, ma la porta non si apre. Dopo vari tentativi, anche tramite il link, provo a contattare qualcuno via WhatsApp, ma non risponde nessuno. Chiamo quindi il numero indicato su Booking e finalmente mi risponde un ragazzo (straniero), il quale mi dice che è impossibile che la porta non si apra. Mi chiede di aspettare, poi la linea cade. Dopo un altro tentativo, finalmente mi risponde su WhatsApp il ragazzo che aveva effettuato il check-in. Tramite videochiamata verifica anche lui che la porta non si apre. A quel punto mi comunica una sorta di “passepartout” da digitare sulla tastiera della porta e, dopo circa mezz’ora di attesa, riesco finalmente a entrare nella mia stanza. Per completezza segnalo anche che la TV non si accendeva, ma questo è nulla rispetto al rischio di rimanere fuori dalla struttura di notte. Considerando che la stanza costava quasi 170 € per una notte, trovo inaccettabile rischiare di restare fuori dalla struttura senza assistenza immediata. . Probabilmente questa sarà la mia ultima esperienza in questo B&B. In futuro preferirò strutture dove sia presente personale con cui parlare in caso di problemi.

• Craig (2/5): A bit of a dump! - The location is the only thing good about this property The staff were rude and extremely inefficient. One and a half hours to check in! The property is old, dirty and poorly kept. Plumbing not working correctly, mould in the showers, dirty bed cover and overall not one I would recommend.

La machine à café a urgemment besoin d’un détartrage. Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais un appartement avec plusieurs chambres. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres d’à côté.

• Sandra (2/5): Avoid if you need a proper hotel! - It is unfortunate I have to share this but this is not a proper hotel, if you’re looking for one. I was looking for a normal hotel and searched as such on Booking.com but this place does not qualify. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I’m doing this so someone else has a chance to avoid it. First, the positives: the place was well located, acceptably clean and Edward responded promptly every time we needed but we shouldn’t have needed this much! - [ ] Check in: incredibly stressful. Got to the city with my elderly mother, could not access the key via the links provided-the system did not work and had to get inside through instructions via a phone call. Incredibly stressful. No one showed up in person to help. Lucky that my phone had connection… If it hadn’t, we’d have to find another emergency accommodation… - [ ] Minibar: had two small bottles of water but the fridge doesn’t work properly- nothing gets cold. - [ ] Soundproof: doesn’t work. We could hear everything outside and inside the building. If you need to sleep properly, this is not the place. - [ ] No place to do laundry at all - [ ] There is no concierge: there is no in-person staff at all. There is a reception but it’s not manned. - [ ] Furniture: very outdated but not in a vintage-preserved way and some of it even damaged- really, really old. Same for the bedlinen. - [ ] Shared kitchen: There are not enough cups or glasses for all rooms. There’s a hob but no pans to heat anything. Also, no microwave. - [ ] There are no free toiletries as claimed - [ ] The lift/elevator would not accommodate a large, plus-sized person, let alone a wheelchair… As it was very old it was not obvious how to use it. Again, had to get instructions over the phone… - [ ] We felt unsafe as even other people were having trouble getting into the rooms and ended up knocking on our door.

• Deborah (7/5): Adequate but convenient for the restaurants etc - The room was adequate for a 2 night stay, the location is good but the noise from the main road and the nightlife is disturbing. The bar nearby (opposite) stays open till 2am and there are lots of youngsters hanging around in the street. The most annoying thing is the codes for the doors … After a long day it’s ridiculous to have to punch in each door code which are several digits long , the outer door then the main door then the room door completely ridiculous when a normal key would be far more sufficient! The hot water was not consistent and after a 1 minute shower it then turned freezing cold …. It’s January and needs to be hot ! The noise is terrible from outside , the windows could be soundproof.

The manager Edward couldn’t have been more helpful and made us feel that we were almost family. Hitting my head on the low iron gates at the front door to the building.

Поздно ночью проблема попасть в помещение. Съехал на следующий же день оттуда. Хотя проплачено было 4 дня. Не рекомендую.
• Diana (6/5): - The staff were very nice and very responsive. However the place itself is meh. The rooms are outdated and the way to get into the hotel/lobby/rooms are the absolute worst and biggest pain in the butt. Only a physical key opens the gate into the building which is fine. Howere the Vickey website you have to access to open the door into the lobby and into the room is awful and takes forever. The lobby is hot. It’s clean enough but has old doors into the shower which I’m sure is mold infested. No toiletries and I wish there was a station in the lobby to refill your water bottles. If it wasn’t for the location I wouldn’t have considered it. However I won’t come here again I rather go somewhere more updated and with key cards instead of the HORRIBLE app for room keys. Which if you are not on WiFi, does not work. As if traveling isn’t stressful enough.

It’s unbelievable they have not changed the process. There’s no one on site essentially. Electric pot for boiling water is filthy.

We were helped by a fellow guest whom already had checked in and then we had to help fellow guests to check in after they knocked on our door! Checking in to the accommodation that you have already paid for, should not be this difficult. It ruined our stay ro be honest. If you are not technically savvy, this accommodation is not for you.

• Piroi (7/5): - La posizione è strategica per poter sia visitare la città durante la giornata che uscire la sera senza prendere i mezzi. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche al di fuori dell’orario del check in Inizialmente l’apertura tramite codice Vikey ha reso l’ingresso nell’appartamento difficoltoso. Con un po’ di praticità siamo riusciti ad entrare / uscire con facilità.
• Praksitelis (9/5): Ήταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή και σίγουρα θα το προτείνω. - Εξαιρετική Τοποθεσία. Πολύ όμορφη η διακόσμηση του δωματίου. Ευγενέστατος ο οικοδεσπότης. Μάλιστα μας αναβάθμισε το δωμάτιο, χωρίς να το ζητήσουμε,δωρεάν, απλά γιατί υπήρχε η δυνατότητα. Νομίζω πως το check out στις 10.00 και check in στις 15.00 είναι ακραίες ώρες, γνωρίζω ότι και άλλα ξενοδοχεία έχουν παρόμοια λογική, πολλά όμως επιλέγουν το check in τουλάχιστον να είναι 13.00-14.00. Είναι πιο λογικό για ένα ταξιδιώτη που φθάνει στη πόλη, μετά από ταξίδι. Τέλος στις 4 μέρες θα ήθελα αλλαγή πετσετών στο μπάνιο. Όμως ήταν 3 πετσέτες ανά άτομο, οπότε το διαχειριστήκαμε.
